15:1
الٓرۚ تِلۡكَ ءَايَٰتُ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ وَقُرۡءَانࣲ مُّبِينࣲ‏

Diyanet İşleri MealiElif, Lam, Ra. Bunlar Kitap'ın ve apaçık olan Kuran'ın ayetleridir

Yusuf AliL. R. These are the Ayats of Revelation,- of a Qur'an that makes things clear

Saheeh InternationalAlif, Lam, Ra. These are the verses of the Book and a clear Qur'an

15:2 📚 4
رُّبَمَا يَوَدُّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ لَوۡ كَانُواْ مُسۡلِمِينَ

Diyanet İşleri Mealiİnkar edenler, keşke müslüman olsaydık temennisinde bulunacaklardır

Yusuf AliAgain and again will those who disbelieve, wish that they had bowed (to God's will) in Islam

Saheeh InternationalPerhaps those who disbelieve will wish that they had been Muslims

15:3 📚 1
ذَرۡهُمۡ يَأۡكُلُواْ وَيَتَمَتَّعُواْ وَيُلۡهِهِمُ ٱلۡأَمَلُۖ فَسَوۡفَ يَعۡلَمُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiBırak onları yesinler, zevk alsınlar; ümit onları avundursun; ilerde öğrenecekler

Yusuf AliLeave them alone, to enjoy (the good things of this life) and to please themselves: let (false) hope amuse them: soon will knowledge (undeceive them)

Saheeh InternationalLet them eat and enjoy themselves and be diverted by [false] hope, for they are going to know

15:4
وَمَآ أَهۡلَكۡنَا مِن قَرۡيَةٍ إِلَّا وَلَهَا كِتَابࣱ مَّعۡلُومࣱ‏

Diyanet İşleri MealiYok ettiğimiz herhangi bir kasabanın elbette belli bir yazısı vardır

Yusuf AliNever did We destroy a population that had not a term decreed and assigned beforehand

Saheeh InternationalAnd We did not destroy any city but that for it was a known decree

15:5
مَّا تَسۡبِقُ مِنۡ أُمَّةٍ أَجَلَهَا وَمَا يَسۡتَـٔۡخِرُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiHiçbir ümmet kendi süresini öne alamaz, geciktiremez de

Yusuf AliNeither can a people anticipate its term, nor delay it

Saheeh InternationalNo nation will precede its term, nor will they remain thereafter

15:6 📚 1
وَقَالُواْ يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِي نُزِّلَ عَلَيۡهِ ٱلذِّكۡرُ إِنَّكَ لَمَجۡنُونࣱ‏

Diyanet İşleri MealiOnlar: "Ey kendisine Kitap indirilen kimse! Sen mutlaka delisin. Doğrulardan isen melekleri bize getirsene" dediler

Yusuf AliThey say: "O thou to whom the Message is being revealed! truly thou art mad (or possessed)

Saheeh InternationalAnd they say, "O you upon whom the message has been sent down, indeed you are mad

15:7
لَّوۡمَا تَأۡتِينَا بِٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةِ إِن كُنتَ مِنَ ٱلصَّٰدِقِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiOnlar: "Ey kendisine Kitap indirilen kimse! Sen mutlaka delisin. Doğrulardan isen melekleri bize getirsene" dediler

Yusuf AliWhy bringest thou not angels to us if it be that thou hast the Truth

Saheeh InternationalWhy do you not bring us the angels, if you should be among the truthful

15:8
مَا نُنَزِّلُ ٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةَ إِلَّا بِٱلۡحَقِّ وَمَا كَانُوٓاْ إِذࣰ ا مُّنظَرِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiBiz melekleri ancak gerekince indiririz. O takdirde de ceza görecekler asla geri bırakılmazlar

Yusuf AliWe send not the angels down except for just cause: if they came (to the ungodly), behold! no respite would they have

Saheeh InternationalWe do not send down the angels except with truth; and the disbelievers would not then be reprieved

15:9 📚 7
إِنَّا نَحۡنُ نَزَّلۡنَا ٱلذِّكۡرَ وَإِنَّا لَهُۥ لَحَٰفِظُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiDoğrusu Kitap'ı Biz indirdik, onun koruyucusu elbette Biziz

Yusuf AliWe have, without doubt, sent down the Message; and We will assuredly guard it (from corruption)

Saheeh InternationalIndeed, it is We who sent down the Qur'an and indeed, We will be its guardian

15:10
وَلَقَدۡ أَرۡسَلۡنَا مِن قَبۡلِكَ فِي شِيَعِ ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiAnd olsun ki, senden önce çeşitli ümmetlere peygamber göndermiştik

Yusuf AliWe did send apostles before thee amongst the religious sects of old

Saheeh InternationalAnd We had certainly sent [messengers] before you, [O Muhammad], among the sects of the former peoples

15:11 📚 1
وَمَا يَأۡتِيهِم مِّن رَّسُولٍ إِلَّا كَانُواْ بِهِۦ يَسۡتَهۡزِءُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiOnlara gelen her peygamberi alaya alıyorlardı

Yusuf AliBut never came an apostle to them but they mocked him

Saheeh InternationalAnd no messenger would come to them except that they ridiculed him

15:12
كَذَٰلِكَ نَسۡلُكُهُۥ فِي قُلُوبِ ٱلۡمُجۡرِمِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiAynı şekilde biz de Kitap'ı suçluların kalblerine sokarız, ama ona yine de inanmazlar. Oysa kendilerinden öncekilerin uğradıkları meydandadır

Yusuf AliEven so do we let it creep into the hearts of the sinners

Saheeh InternationalThus do We insert denial into the hearts of the criminals

15:13
لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ بِهِۦ وَقَدۡ خَلَتۡ سُنَّةُ ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiAynı şekilde biz de Kitap'ı suçluların kalblerine sokarız, ama ona yine de inanmazlar. Oysa kendilerinden öncekilerin uğradıkları meydandadır

Yusuf AliThat they should not believe in the (Message); but the ways of the ancients have passed away

Saheeh InternationalThey will not believe in it, while there has already occurred the precedent of the former peoples

15:14
وَلَوۡ فَتَحۡنَا عَلَيۡهِم بَابࣰ ا مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ فَظَلُّواْ فِيهِ يَعۡرُجُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiOnlara gökten bir kapı açsak da, oradan çıkmağa koyulsalar: "Gözlerimiz döndü, biz herhalde büyülendik" derler

Yusuf AliEven if We opened out to them a gate from heaven, and they were to continue (all day) ascending therein

Saheeh InternationalAnd [even] if We opened to them a gate from the heaven and they continued therein to ascend

15:15
لَقَالُوٓاْ إِنَّمَا سُكِّرَتۡ أَبۡصَٰرُنَا بَلۡ نَحۡنُ قَوۡمࣱ مَّسۡحُورُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiOnlara gökten bir kapı açsak da, oradan çıkmağa koyulsalar: "Gözlerimiz döndü, biz herhalde büyülendik" derler

Yusuf AliThey would only say: "Our eyes have been intoxicated: Nay, we have been bewitched by sorcery

Saheeh InternationalThey would say, "Our eyes have only been dazzled. Rather, we are a people affected by magic

15:16
وَلَقَدۡ جَعَلۡنَا فِي ٱلسَّمَآءِ بُرُوجࣰ ا وَزَيَّنَّٰهَا لِلنَّٰظِرِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiAnd olsun ki, gökte burçlar meydana getirdik, onları bakanlar için donattık

Yusuf AliIt is We Who have set out the zodiacal signs in the heavens, and made them fair-seeming to (all) beholders

Saheeh InternationalAnd We have placed within the heaven great stars and have beautified it for the observers

15:17
وَحَفِظۡنَٰهَا مِن كُلِّ شَيۡطَٰنࣲ رَّجِيمٍ

Diyanet İşleri MealiOnları, kovulmuş her şeytandan koruduk

Yusuf AliAnd (moreover) We have guarded them from every evil spirit accursed

Saheeh InternationalAnd We have protected it from every devil expelled [from the mercy of Allah]

15:18
إِلَّا مَنِ ٱسۡتَرَقَ ٱلسَّمۡعَ فَأَتۡبَعَهُۥ شِهَابࣱ مُّبِينࣱ‏

Diyanet İşleri MealiFakat kulak hırsızlığı yapan olursa, parlak bir ateş onu kovalar

Yusuf AliBut any that gains a hearing by stealth, is pursued by a flaming fire, bright (to see)

Saheeh InternationalExcept one who steals a hearing and is pursued by a clear burning flame

15:19 📚 1
وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ مَدَدۡنَٰهَا وَأَلۡقَيۡنَا فِيهَا رَوَٰسِيَ وَأَنۢبَتۡنَا فِيهَا مِن كُلِّ شَيۡءࣲ مَّوۡزُونࣲ‏

Diyanet İşleri MealiYeri yaydık, oraya sabit dağlar yerleştirdik, orada her şeyi bir ölçüye göre bitirdik

Yusuf AliAnd the earth We have spread out (like a carpet); set thereon mountains firm and immovable; and produced therein all kinds of things in due balance

Saheeh InternationalAnd the earth - We have spread it and cast therein firmly set mountains and caused to grow therein [something] of every well-balanced thing

15:20
وَجَعَلۡنَا لَكُمۡ فِيهَا مَعَٰيِشَ وَمَن لَّسۡتُمۡ لَهُۥ بِرَٰزِقِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiOrada sizin ve rızık veremeyeceğiniz kimseler için geçimlikler meydana getirdik

Yusuf AliAnd We have provided therein means of subsistence,- for you and for those for whose sustenance ye are not responsible

Saheeh InternationalAnd We have made for you therein means of living and [for] those for whom you are not providers

15:21 📚 1
وَإِن مِّن شَيۡءٍ إِلَّا عِندَنَا خَزَآئِنُهُۥ وَمَا نُنَزِّلُهُۥٓ إِلَّا بِقَدَرࣲ مَّعۡلُومࣲ‏

Diyanet İşleri MealiHazinesi Bizim katımızda olmayan hiçbir şey yoktur. Biz onu ancak belli bir ölçüye göre indiririz

Yusuf AliAnd there is not a thing but its (sources and) treasures (inexhaustible) are with Us; but We only send down thereof in due and ascertainable measures

Saheeh InternationalAnd there is not a thing but that with Us are its depositories, and We do not send it down except according to a known measure

15:22
وَأَرۡسَلۡنَا ٱلرِّيَٰحَ لَوَٰقِحَ فَأَنزَلۡنَا مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءࣰ فَأَسۡقَيۡنَٰكُمُوهُ وَمَآ أَنتُمۡ لَهُۥ بِخَٰزِنِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiRüzgarları aşılayıcı olarak gönderdik; yukarıdan su indirdik de sizi onunla suladık. Yoksa siz onu toplayamazdınız

Yusuf AliAnd We send the fecundating winds, then cause the rain to descend from the sky, therewith providing you with water (in abundance), though ye are not the guardians of its stores

Saheeh InternationalAnd We have sent the fertilizing winds and sent down water from the sky and given you drink from it. And you are not its retainers

15:23
وَإِنَّا لَنَحۡنُ نُحۡيِۦ وَنُمِيتُ وَنَحۡنُ ٱلۡوَٰرِثُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiDoğrusu dirilten ve öldüren Biziz; hepsinin gerisinde de Biz kalırız

Yusuf AliAnd verily, it is We Who give life, and Who give death: it is We Who remain inheritors (after all else passes away)

Saheeh InternationalAnd indeed, it is We who give life and cause death, and We are the Inheritor

15:24 📚 3
وَلَقَدۡ عَلِمۡنَا ٱلۡمُسۡتَقۡدِمِينَ مِنكُمۡ وَلَقَدۡ عَلِمۡنَا ٱلۡمُسۡتَـٔۡخِرِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiAnd olsun ki, sizden önce geçenleri biliriz; and olsun ki, geri kalanları da biliriz

Yusuf AliTo Us are known those of you who hasten forward, and those who lag behind

Saheeh InternationalAnd We have already known the preceding [generations] among you, and We have already known the later [ones to come]

15:25
وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ هُوَ يَحۡشُرُهُمۡۚ إِنَّهُۥ حَكِيمٌ عَلِيمࣱ‏

Diyanet İşleri MealiDoğrusu Rabbin onları diriltip bir araya getirecektir. Şüphesiz O Hakim'dir, Herşeyi Bilen'dir

Yusuf AliAssuredly it is thy Lord Who will gather them together: for He is perfect in Wisdom and Knowledge

Saheeh InternationalAnd indeed, your Lord will gather them; indeed, He is Wise and Knowing

15:26
وَلَقَدۡ خَلَقۡنَا ٱلۡإِنسَٰنَ مِن صَلۡصَٰلࣲ مِّنۡ حَمَإࣲ مَّسۡنُونࣲ‏

Diyanet İşleri MealiAnd olsun ki, insanı kuru balçıktan, işlenebilen kara topraktan yarattık

Yusuf AliWe created man from sounding clay, from mud moulded into shape

Saheeh InternationalAnd We did certainly create man out of clay from an altered black mud

15:27
وَٱلۡجَآنَّ خَلَقۡنَٰهُ مِن قَبۡلُ مِن نَّارِ ٱلسَّمُومِ

Diyanet İşleri MealiCinleri de, daha önce, dumansız ateşten yarattık

Yusuf AliAnd the Jinn race, We had created before, from the fire of a scorching wind

Saheeh InternationalAnd the jinn We created before from scorching fire

15:28
وَإِذۡ قَالَ رَبُّكَ لِلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةِ إِنِّي خَٰلِقُۢ بَشَرࣰ ا مِّن صَلۡصَٰلࣲ مِّنۡ حَمَإࣲ مَّسۡنُونࣲ‏

Diyanet İşleri MealiRabbin meleklere: "Ben, balçıktan, işlenebilen kara topraktan bir insan yaratacağım. Onu yapıp ruhumdan üflediğimde ona secdeye kapanın" demişti

Yusuf AliBehold! thy Lord said to the angels: "I am about to create man, from sounding clay from mud moulded into shape

Saheeh InternationalAnd [mention, O Muhammad], when your Lord said to the angels, "I will create a human being out of clay from an altered black mud

15:29 📚 4
فَإِذَا سَوَّيۡتُهُۥ وَنَفَخۡتُ فِيهِ مِن رُّوحِي فَقَعُواْ لَهُۥ سَٰجِدِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiRabbin meleklere: "Ben, balçıktan, işlenebilen kara topraktan bir insan yaratacağım. Onu yapıp ruhumdan üflediğimde ona secdeye kapanın" demişti

Yusuf AliWhen I have fashioned him (in due proportion) and breathed into him of My spirit, fall ye down in obeisance unto him

Saheeh InternationalAnd when I have proportioned him and breathed into him of My [created] soul, then fall down to him in prostration

15:30
فَسَجَدَ ٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ كُلُّهُمۡ أَجۡمَعُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiBunun üzerine, İblis'in dışında bütün melekler hemen secde ettiler. O, secde edenlerle beraber olmaktan çekindi

Yusuf AliSo the angels prostrated themselves, all of them together

Saheeh InternationalSo the angels prostrated - all of them entirely

15:31
إِلَّآ إِبۡلِيسَ أَبَىٰٓ أَن يَكُونَ مَعَ ٱلسَّٰجِدِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiBunun üzerine, İblis'in dışında bütün melekler hemen secde ettiler. O, secde edenlerle beraber olmaktan çekindi

Yusuf AliNot so Iblis: he refused to be among those who prostrated themselves

Saheeh InternationalExcept Iblees, he refused to be with those who prostrated

15:32
قَالَ يَٰٓإِبۡلِيسُ مَا لَكَ أَلَّا تَكُونَ مَعَ ٱلسَّٰجِدِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiAllah: "Ey İblis! Secde edenlerle beraber olmaktan seni alıkoyan nedir?" dedi

Yusuf Ali(God) said: "O Iblis! what is your reason for not being among those who prostrated themselves

Saheeh International[Allah] said, O Iblees, what is [the matter] with you that you are not with those who prostrate

15:33
قَالَ لَمۡ أَكُن لِّأَسۡجُدَ لِبَشَرٍ خَلَقۡتَهُۥ مِن صَلۡصَٰلࣲ مِّنۡ حَمَإࣲ مَّسۡنُونࣲ‏

Diyanet İşleri MealiO: "Balçıktan, işlenebilen kara topraktan yarattığın insana secde edemem" dedi

Yusuf Ali(Iblis) said: "I am not one to prostrate myself to man, whom Thou didst create from sounding clay, from mud moulded into shape

Saheeh InternationalHe said, "Never would I prostrate to a human whom You created out of clay from an altered black mud

15:34
قَالَ فَٱخۡرُجۡ مِنۡهَا فَإِنَّكَ رَجِيمࣱ‏

Diyanet İşleri MealiÖyleyse defol oradan, sen artık kovulmuş birisin. Doğrusu hesap gününe kadar lanet sanadır" dedi

Yusuf Ali(God) said: "Then get thee out from here; for thou art rejected, accursed

Saheeh International[Allah] said, "Then get out of it, for indeed, you are expelled

15:35
وَإِنَّ عَلَيۡكَ ٱللَّعۡنَةَ إِلَىٰ يَوۡمِ ٱلدِّينِ

Diyanet İşleri MealiÖyleyse defol oradan, sen artık kovulmuş birisin. Doğrusu hesap gününe kadar lanet sanadır" dedi

Yusuf AliAnd the curse shall be on thee till the day of Judgment

Saheeh InternationalAnd indeed, upon you is the curse until the Day of Recompense

15:36 📚 1
قَالَ رَبِّ فَأَنظِرۡنِيٓ إِلَىٰ يَوۡمِ يُبۡعَثُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiRabbim! Beni hiç olmazsa, tekrar dirilecekleri güne kadar ertele" dedi

Yusuf Ali(Iblis) said: "O my Lord! give me then respite till the Day the (dead) are raised

Saheeh InternationalHe said, "My Lord, then reprieve me until the Day they are resurrected

15:37
قَالَ فَإِنَّكَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُنظَرِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiAllah: "Sen, bilinen gün gelene kadar bırakılanlardansın" dedi

Yusuf Ali(God) said: "Respite is granted thee

Saheeh International[Allah] said, "So indeed, you are of those reprieved

15:38
إِلَىٰ يَوۡمِ ٱلۡوَقۡتِ ٱلۡمَعۡلُومِ

Diyanet İşleri MealiAllah: "Sen, bilinen gün gelene kadar bırakılanlardansın" dedi

Yusuf AliTill the Day of the Time appointed

Saheeh InternationalUntil the Day of the time well-known

15:39
قَالَ رَبِّ بِمَآ أَغۡوَيۡتَنِي لَأُزَيِّنَنَّ لَهُمۡ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَلَأُغۡوِيَنَّهُمۡ أَجۡمَعِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiRabbim! Beni saptırdığın için, and olsun ki yeryüzünde fenalıkları onlara güzel göstereceğim; halis kıldığın kulların bir yana, onların hepsini saptıracağım" dedi

Yusuf Ali(Iblis) said: "O my Lord! because Thou hast put me in the wrong, I will make (wrong) fair-seeming to them on the earth, and I will put them all in the wrong

Saheeh International[Iblees] said, "My Lord, because You have put me in error, I will surely make [disobedience] attractive to them on earth, and I will mislead them all

15:40 📚 4
إِلَّا عِبَادَكَ مِنۡهُمُ ٱلۡمُخۡلَصِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiRabbim! Beni saptırdığın için, and olsun ki yeryüzünde fenalıkları onlara güzel göstereceğim; halis kıldığın kulların bir yana, onların hepsini saptıracağım" dedi

Yusuf AliExcept Thy servants among them, sincere and purified (by Thy Grace)

Saheeh InternationalExcept, among them, Your chosen servants

15:41
قَالَ هَٰذَا صِرَٰطٌ عَلَيَّ مُسۡتَقِيمٌ

Diyanet İşleri MealiAllah şöyle dedi: "Benim gerekli kıldığım dosdoğru yol budur; kullarımın üzerinde senin bir nüfuzun olamaz. Ancak sana uyan sapıklar bunun dışındadır

Yusuf Ali(God) said: "This (way of My sincere servants) is indeed a way that leads straight to Me

Saheeh International[Allah] said, "This is a path [of return] to Me [that is] straight

15:42
إِنَّ عِبَادِي لَيۡسَ لَكَ عَلَيۡهِمۡ سُلۡطَٰنٌ إِلَّا مَنِ ٱتَّبَعَكَ مِنَ ٱلۡغَاوِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiAllah şöyle dedi: "Benim gerekli kıldığım dosdoğru yol budur; kullarımın üzerinde senin bir nüfuzun olamaz. Ancak sana uyan sapıklar bunun dışındadır

Yusuf AliFor over My servants no authority shalt thou have, except such as put themselves in the wrong and follow thee

Saheeh InternationalIndeed, My servants - no authority will you have over them, except those who follow you of the deviators

15:43 📚 2
وَإِنَّ جَهَنَّمَ لَمَوۡعِدُهُمۡ أَجۡمَعِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiVe Cehennem onların hepsinin toplanacağı yerdir

Yusuf AliAnd verily, Hell is the promised abode for them all

Saheeh InternationalAnd indeed, Hell is the promised place for them all

15:44
لَهَا سَبۡعَةُ أَبۡوَٰبࣲ لِّكُلِّ بَابࣲ مِّنۡهُمۡ جُزۡءࣱ مَّقۡسُومٌ

Diyanet İşleri MealiO cehennemin yedi kapısı olup, her kapıdan onların girecekleri ayrılmış bir kısım vardır

Yusuf AliTo it are seven gates: for each of those gates is a (special) class (of sinners) assigned

Saheeh InternationalIt has seven gates; for every gate is of them a portion designated

15:45
إِنَّ ٱلۡمُتَّقِينَ فِي جَنَّٰتࣲ وَعُيُونٍ

Diyanet İşleri MealiAllah'a karşı gelmekten sakınanlar ise, cennetlerde, pınar başlarındadırlar

Yusuf AliThe righteous (will be) amid gardens and fountains (of clear-flowing water)

Saheeh InternationalIndeed, the righteous will be within gardens and springs

15:46
ٱدۡخُلُوهَا بِسَلَٰمٍ ءَامِنِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiOraya güven içinde, esenlikle girin" denilir

Yusuf Ali(Their greeting will be): "Enter ye here in peace and security

Saheeh International[Having been told], "Enter it in peace, safe [and secure]

15:47 📚 4
وَنَزَعۡنَا مَا فِي صُدُورِهِم مِّنۡ غِلٍّ إِخۡوَٰنًا عَلَىٰ سُرُرࣲ مُّتَقَٰبِلِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiBiz onların gönüllerinde olan kini çıkardık, artık onlar sedirler üzerinde karşılıklı oturan kardeşlerdir

Yusuf AliAnd We shall remove from their hearts any lurking sense of injury: (they will be) brothers (joyfully) facing each other on thrones (of dignity)

Saheeh InternationalAnd We will remove whatever is in their breasts of resentment, [so they will be] brothers, on thrones facing each other

15:48 📚 1
لَا يَمَسُّهُمۡ فِيهَا نَصَبࣱ وَمَا هُم مِّنۡهَا بِمُخۡرَجِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiOnlar orada bir yorgunluk hissetmezler. Oradan çıkarılacak da değillerdir

Yusuf AliThere no sense of fatigue shall touch them, nor shall they (ever) be asked to leave

Saheeh InternationalNo fatigue will touch them therein, nor from it will they [ever] be removed

15:49
۞نَبِّئۡ عِبَادِيٓ أَنِّيٓ أَنَا ٱلۡغَفُورُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ

Diyanet İşleri MealiKullarıma Benim bağışlayan, merhamet eden olduğumu, azabımın can yakıcı bir azap olduğunu haber ver

Yusuf AliTell My servants that I am indeed the Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful

Saheeh International[O Muhammad], inform My servants that it is I who am the Forgiving, the Merciful

15:50
وَأَنَّ عَذَابِي هُوَ ٱلۡعَذَابُ ٱلۡأَلِيمُ

Diyanet İşleri MealiKullarıma Benim bağışlayan, merhamet eden olduğumu, azabımın can yakıcı bir azap olduğunu haber ver

Yusuf AliAnd that My Penalty will be indeed the most grievous Penalty

Saheeh InternationalAnd that it is My punishment which is the painful punishment

15:51
وَنَبِّئۡهُمۡ عَن ضَيۡفِ إِبۡرَٰهِيمَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiOnlara İbrahim'in konuklarını da anlat

Yusuf AliTell them about the guests of Abraham

Saheeh InternationalAnd inform them about the guests of Abraham

15:52
إِذۡ دَخَلُواْ عَلَيۡهِ فَقَالُواْ سَلَٰمࣰ ا قَالَ إِنَّا مِنكُمۡ وَجِلُونَ

Diyanet İşleri Mealiİbrahim'in yanına girdiklerinde selam vermişlerdi. O: "Doğrusu biz sizden korkuyoruz" demişti de: "Korkma, biz sana, bilgin bir oğlun olacağını müjdelemeye geldik" demişlerdi

Yusuf AliWhen they entered his presence and said, "Peace!" He said, "We feel afraid of you

Saheeh InternationalWhen they entered upon him and said, "Peace." [Abraham] said, "Indeed, we are fearful of you

15:53
قَالُواْ لَا تَوۡجَلۡ إِنَّا نُبَشِّرُكَ بِغُلَٰمٍ عَلِيمࣲ‏

Diyanet İşleri Mealiİbrahim'in yanına girdiklerinde selam vermişlerdi. O: "Doğrusu biz sizden korkuyoruz" demişti de: "Korkma, biz sana, bilgin bir oğlun olacağını müjdelemeye geldik" demişlerdi

Yusuf AliThey said: "Fear not! We give thee glad tidings of a son endowed with wisdom

Saheeh International[The angels] said, "Fear not. Indeed, we give you good tidings of a learned boy

15:54
قَالَ أَبَشَّرۡتُمُونِي عَلَىٰٓ أَن مَّسَّنِيَ ٱلۡكِبَرُ فَبِمَ تُبَشِّرُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiBen kocamışken bana müjde mi veriyorsunuz? Neye dayanarak müjdeliyorsunuz?" deyince

Yusuf AliHe said: "Do ye give me glad tidings that old age has seized me? Of what, then, is your good news

Saheeh InternationalHe said, "Have you given me good tidings although old age has come upon me? Then of what [wonder] do you inform

15:55
قَالُواْ بَشَّرۡنَٰكَ بِٱلۡحَقِّ فَلَا تَكُن مِّنَ ٱلۡقَٰنِطِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiSeni gerçekten müjdeliyoruz, umutsuzlardan olma" demişlerdi

Yusuf AliThey said: "We give thee glad tidings in truth: be not then in despair

Saheeh InternationalThey said, "We have given you good tidings in truth, so do not be of the despairing

15:56 📚 3
قَالَ وَمَن يَقۡنَطُ مِن رَّحۡمَةِ رَبِّهِۦٓ إِلَّا ٱلضَّآلُّونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiZaten sapıklardan başka kim Rabbinin rahmetinden umudunu keser!" diyerek sormuştu: "Ey elçiler! İşiniz nedir

Yusuf AliHe said: "And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord, but such as go astray

Saheeh InternationalHe said, "And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord except for those astray

15:57 📚 1
قَالَ فَمَا خَطۡبُكُمۡ أَيُّهَا ٱلۡمُرۡسَلُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiZaten sapıklardan başka kim Rabbinin rahmetinden umudunu keser!" diyerek sormuştu: "Ey elçiler! İşiniz nedir

Yusuf AliAbraham said: "What then is the business on which ye (have come), O ye messengers (of God)

Saheeh International[Abraham] said, "Then what is your business [here], O messengers

15:58
قَالُوٓاْ إِنَّآ أُرۡسِلۡنَآ إِلَىٰ قَوۡمࣲ مُّجۡرِمِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiŞöyle cevap vermişlerdi: "Biz şüphesiz suçlu bir millete gönderildik. Lut'un ailesi bunun dışındadır. Karısı hariç hepsini kurtaracağız. Karısının geride kalanlardan olmasını gerekli bulduk

Yusuf AliThey said: "We have been sent to a people (deep) in sin

Saheeh InternationalThey said, "Indeed, we have been sent to a people of criminals

15:59
إِلَّآ ءَالَ لُوطٍ إِنَّا لَمُنَجُّوهُمۡ أَجۡمَعِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiŞöyle cevap vermişlerdi: "Biz şüphesiz suçlu bir millete gönderildik. Lut'un ailesi bunun dışındadır. Karısı hariç hepsini kurtaracağız. Karısının geride kalanlardan olmasını gerekli bulduk

Yusuf AliExcepting the adherents of Lut: them we are certainly (charged) to save (from harm),- All

Saheeh InternationalExcept the family of Lot; indeed, we will save them all

15:60
إِلَّا ٱمۡرَأَتَهُۥ قَدَّرۡنَآ إِنَّهَا لَمِنَ ٱلۡغَٰبِرِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiŞöyle cevap vermişlerdi: "Biz şüphesiz suçlu bir millete gönderildik. Lut'un ailesi bunun dışındadır. Karısı hariç hepsini kurtaracağız. Karısının geride kalanlardan olmasını gerekli bulduk

Yusuf AliExcept his wife, who, We have ascertained, will be among those who will lag behind

Saheeh InternationalExcept his wife." Allah decreed that she is of those who remain behind

15:61
فَلَمَّا جَآءَ ءَالَ لُوطٍ ٱلۡمُرۡسَلُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiElçiler Lut'un ailesine gelince, Lut: "Doğrusu siz tanınmayan kimselersiniz" dedi

Yusuf AliAt length when the messengers arrived among the adherents of Lut

Saheeh InternationalAnd when the messengers came to the family of Lot

15:62
قَالَ إِنَّكُمۡ قَوۡمࣱ مُّنكَرُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiElçiler Lut'un ailesine gelince, Lut: "Doğrusu siz tanınmayan kimselersiniz" dedi

Yusuf AliHe said: "Ye appear to be uncommon folk

Saheeh InternationalHe said, "Indeed, you are people unknown

15:63
قَالُواْ بَلۡ جِئۡنَٰكَ بِمَا كَانُواْ فِيهِ يَمۡتَرُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiBiz sana sadece şüphe edip durdukları azabı getirdik. Sana gerçekle geldik. Şüphesiz biz doğru söyleyenleriz. Artık, geceleyin bir ara, aileni yola çıkar, sen de arkalarından git; hiçbiriniz arkaya bakmasın; emrolunduğunuz yere doğru yürüyün" dediler

Yusuf AliThey said: "Yea, we have come to thee to accomplish that of which they doubt

Saheeh InternationalThey said, "But we have come to you with that about which they were disputing

15:64
وَأَتَيۡنَٰكَ بِٱلۡحَقِّ وَإِنَّا لَصَٰدِقُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiBiz sana sadece şüphe edip durdukları azabı getirdik. Sana gerçekle geldik. Şüphesiz biz doğru söyleyenleriz. Artık, geceleyin bir ara, aileni yola çıkar, sen de arkalarından git; hiçbiriniz arkaya bakmasın; emrolunduğunuz yere doğru yürüyün" dediler

Yusuf AliWe have brought to thee that which is inevitably due, and assuredly we tell the truth

Saheeh InternationalAnd we have come to you with truth, and indeed, we are truthful

15:65
فَأَسۡرِ بِأَهۡلِكَ بِقِطۡعࣲ مِّنَ ٱلَّيۡلِ وَٱتَّبِعۡ أَدۡبَٰرَهُمۡ وَلَا يَلۡتَفِتۡ مِنكُمۡ أَحَدࣱ وَٱمۡضُواْ حَيۡثُ تُؤۡمَرُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiBiz sana sadece şüphe edip durdukları azabı getirdik. Sana gerçekle geldik. Şüphesiz biz doğru söyleyenleriz. Artık, geceleyin bir ara, aileni yola çıkar, sen de arkalarından git; hiçbiriniz arkaya bakmasın; emrolunduğunuz yere doğru yürüyün" dediler

Yusuf AliThen travel by night with thy household, when a portion of the night (yet remains), and do thou bring up the rear: let no one amongst you look back, but pass on whither ye are ordered

Saheeh InternationalSo set out with your family during a portion of the night and follow behind them and let not anyone among you look back and continue on to where you are commanded

15:66 📚 1
وَقَضَيۡنَآ إِلَيۡهِ ذَٰلِكَ ٱلۡأَمۡرَ أَنَّ دَابِرَ هَٰٓؤُلَآءِ مَقۡطُوعࣱ مُّصۡبِحِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiBöylece Lut'a bunların sonlarının kesilmiş olarak sabahlıyacaklarını bildirdik

Yusuf AliAnd We made known this decree to him, that the last remnants of those (sinners) should be cut off by the morning

Saheeh InternationalAnd We conveyed to him [the decree] of that matter: that those [sinners] would be eliminated by early morning

15:67
وَجَآءَ أَهۡلُ ٱلۡمَدِينَةِ يَسۡتَبۡشِرُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiŞehir halkı, sevinerek geldiler

Yusuf AliThe inhabitants of the city came in (mad) joy (at news of the young men)

Saheeh InternationalAnd the people of the city came rejoicing

15:68
قَالَ إِنَّ هَٰٓؤُلَآءِ ضَيۡفِي فَلَا تَفۡضَحُونِ

Diyanet İşleri MealiLut: "Bunlar benim konuklarımdır, onlara karşı beni rüsvay etmeyin, Allah'tan korkun, beni utandırmayın" dedi

Yusuf AliLut said: "These are my guests: disgrace me not

Saheeh International[Lot] said, "Indeed, these are my guests, so do not shame me

15:69
وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَلَا تُخۡزُونِ

Diyanet İşleri MealiLut: "Bunlar benim konuklarımdır, onlara karşı beni rüsvay etmeyin, Allah'tan korkun, beni utandırmayın" dedi

Yusuf AliBut fear God, and shame me not

Saheeh InternationalAnd fear Allah and do not disgrace me

15:70
قَالُوٓاْ أَوَلَمۡ نَنۡهَكَ عَنِ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiBiz sana kimseyi misafir kabul etmeyi yasak etmemiş miydik?" dediler

Yusuf AliThey said: "Did we not forbid thee (to speak) for all and sundry

Saheeh InternationalThey said, "Have we not forbidden you from [protecting] people

15:71
قَالَ هَٰٓؤُلَآءِ بَنَاتِيٓ إِن كُنتُمۡ فَٰعِلِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiLut: "Alacaksanız, işte benim kızlarım" dedi

Yusuf AliHe said: "There are my daughters (to marry), if ye must act (so)

Saheeh International[Lot] said, "These are my daughters - if you would be doers [of lawful marriage]

15:72 📚 3
لَعَمۡرُكَ إِنَّهُمۡ لَفِي سَكۡرَتِهِمۡ يَعۡمَهُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiSenin hayatına and olsun ki, onlar sarhoşlukları içinde bocalayıp duruyorlardı

Yusuf AliVerily, by thy life (O Prophet), in their wild intoxication, they wander in distraction, to and fro

Saheeh InternationalBy your life, [O Muhammad], indeed they were, in their intoxication, wandering blindly

15:73
فَأَخَذَتۡهُمُ ٱلصَّيۡحَةُ مُشۡرِقِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiTanyeri ağarırken, çığlık onları yakalayıverdi

Yusuf AliBut the (mighty) Blast overtook them before morning

Saheeh InternationalSo the shriek seized them at sunrise

15:74
فَجَعَلۡنَا عَٰلِيَهَا سَافِلَهَا وَأَمۡطَرۡنَا عَلَيۡهِمۡ حِجَارَةࣰ مِّن سِجِّيلٍ

Diyanet İşleri MealiMemleketlerini alt üst ettik, üzerlerine sert taş yağdırdık

Yusuf AliAnd We turned (the cities) upside down, and rained down on them brimstones hard as baked clay

Saheeh InternationalAnd We made the highest part [of the city] its lowest and rained upon them stones of hard clay

15:75
إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَأٓيَٰتࣲ لِّلۡمُتَوَسِّمِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiBunda, görebilen insanlar için ibretler vardır

Yusuf AliBehold! in this are Signs for those who by tokens do understand

Saheeh InternationalIndeed in that are signs for those who discern

15:76
وَإِنَّهَا لَبِسَبِيلࣲ مُّقِيمٍ

Diyanet İşleri MealiO şehrin kalıntıları işlek yollar üzerinde hala durmaktadır

Yusuf AliAnd the (cities were) right on the high-road

Saheeh InternationalAnd indeed, those cities are [situated] on an established road

15:77
إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَأٓيَةࣰ لِّلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiBunda inananlar için ibret vardır

Yusuf AliBehold! in this is a sign for those who believed

Saheeh InternationalIndeed in that is a sign for the believers

15:78
وَإِن كَانَ أَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلۡأَيۡكَةِ لَظَٰلِمِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiEykeliler de, şüphesiz zalim kimselerdi

Yusuf AliAnd the Companions of the Wood were also wrong-doers

Saheeh InternationalAnd the companions of the thicket were [also] wrongdoers

15:79
فَٱنتَقَمۡنَا مِنۡهُمۡ وَإِنَّهُمَا لَبِإِمَامࣲ مُّبِينࣲ‏

Diyanet İşleri MealiBunun için onlardan da öç aldık. Hala her iki memleket de işlek bir yol üzerindedirler

Yusuf AliSo We exacted retribution from them. They were both on an open highway, plain to see

Saheeh InternationalSo We took retribution from them, and indeed, both [cities] are on a clear highway

15:80
وَلَقَدۡ كَذَّبَ أَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلۡحِجۡرِ ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiAnd olsun ki, Hicr halkı peygamberi yalanlamışlardı

Yusuf AliThe Companions of the Rocky Tract also rejected the apostles

Saheeh InternationalAnd certainly did the companions of Thamud deny the messengers

15:81
وَءَاتَيۡنَٰهُمۡ ءَايَٰتِنَا فَكَانُواْ عَنۡهَا مُعۡرِضِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiOnlara ayetlerimizi verdiğimiz halde, yüz çevirmişlerdi

Yusuf AliWe sent them Our Sings, but they persisted in turning away from them

Saheeh InternationalAnd We gave them Our signs, but from them they were turning away

15:82
وَكَانُواْ يَنۡحِتُونَ مِنَ ٱلۡجِبَالِ بُيُوتًا ءَامِنِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiDağlarda, güven içinde olarak evler yontuyorlardı

Yusuf AliOut of the mountains did they hew (their) edifices, (feeling themselves) secure

Saheeh InternationalAnd they used to carve from the mountains, houses, feeling secure

15:83
فَأَخَذَتۡهُمُ ٱلصَّيۡحَةُ مُصۡبِحِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiSabaha karşı çığlık onları yakalayıverdi

Yusuf AliBut the (mighty) Blast seized them of a morning

Saheeh InternationalBut the shriek seized them at early morning

15:84
فَمَآ أَغۡنَىٰ عَنۡهُم مَّا كَانُواْ يَكۡسِبُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiYaptıkları kendilerine bir fayda sağlamadı

Yusuf AliAnd of no avail to them was all that they did (with such art and care)

Saheeh InternationalSo nothing availed them [from] what they used to earn

15:85 📚 2
وَمَا خَلَقۡنَا ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ وَمَا بَيۡنَهُمَآ إِلَّا بِٱلۡحَقِّۗ وَإِنَّ ٱلسَّاعَةَ لَأٓتِيَةࣱۖ فَٱصۡفَحِ ٱلصَّفۡحَ ٱلۡجَمِيلَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiBiz, gökleri, yeri ve her ikisi arasında bulunanları gereğince yarattık. Kıyamet günü şüphesiz gelecektir. O halde yumuşak ve iyi davran

Yusuf AliWe created not the heavens, the earth, and all between them, but for just ends. And the Hour is surely coming (when this will be manifest). So overlook (any human faults) with gracious forgiveness

Saheeh InternationalAnd We have not created the heavens and earth and that between them except in truth. And indeed, the Hour is coming; so forgive with gracious forgiveness

15:86
إِنَّ رَبَّكَ هُوَ ٱلۡخَلَّٰقُ ٱلۡعَلِيمُ

Diyanet İşleri MealiDoğrusu yaratan ve bilen ancak Rabbindir

Yusuf AliFor verily it is thy Lord who is the Master-Creator, knowing all things

Saheeh InternationalIndeed, your Lord - He is the Knowing Creator

15:87
وَلَقَدۡ ءَاتَيۡنَٰكَ سَبۡعࣰ ا مِّنَ ٱلۡمَثَانِي وَٱلۡقُرۡءَانَ ٱلۡعَظِيمَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiAnd olsun ki, sana daima tekrarlanan yedi ayetli Fatiha'yı ve Kuran-ı Azim'i verdik

Yusuf AliAnd We have bestowed upon thee the Seven Oft-repeated (verses) and the Grand Qur'an

Saheeh InternationalAnd We have certainly given you, [O Muhammad], seven of the often repeated [verses] and the great Qur'an

15:88 📚 12
لَا تَمُدَّنَّ عَيۡنَيۡكَ إِلَىٰ مَا مَتَّعۡنَا بِهِۦٓ أَزۡوَٰجࣰ ا مِّنۡهُمۡ وَلَا تَحۡزَنۡ عَلَيۡهِمۡ وَٱخۡفِضۡ جَنَاحَكَ لِلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiKafirler içinde bazı kimselere verdiğimiz kat kat servete gözünü dikme, onlara üzülme; inananları kanatların altına al

Yusuf AliStrain not thine eyes. (Wistfully) at what We have bestowed on certain classes of them, nor grieve over them: but lower thy wing (in gentleness) to the believers

Saheeh InternationalDo not extend your eyes toward that by which We have given enjoyment to [certain] categories of the disbelievers, and do not grieve over them. And lower your wing to the believers

15:89 📚 3
وَقُلۡ إِنِّيٓ أَنَا ٱلنَّذِيرُ ٱلۡمُبِينُ

Diyanet İşleri MealiDe ki: "Doğrusu ben apaçık bir uyarıcıyım

Yusuf AliAnd say: "I am indeed he that warneth openly and without ambiguity

Saheeh InternationalAnd say, "Indeed, I am the clear warner

15:90 📚 1
كَمَآ أَنزَلۡنَا عَلَى ٱلۡمُقۡتَسِمِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiKuran'ı işlerine geldiği gibi bölenlere de, kendi Kitablarının bir kısmına inanıp bir kısmını kabul etmeyen yahudi ve hıristiyanlara da nitekim Kitap indirmiştik; Rabbine and olsun ki hepsini, yaptıklarından sorumlu tutacağız

Yusuf Ali(Of just such wrath) as We sent down on those who divided (Scripture into arbitrary parts)

Saheeh InternationalJust as We had revealed [scriptures] to the separators

15:91
ٱلَّذِينَ جَعَلُواْ ٱلۡقُرۡءَانَ عِضِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiKuran'ı işlerine geldiği gibi bölenlere de, kendi Kitablarının bir kısmına inanıp bir kısmını kabul etmeyen yahudi ve hıristiyanlara da nitekim Kitap indirmiştik; Rabbine and olsun ki hepsini, yaptıklarından sorumlu tutacağız

Yusuf Ali(So also on such) as have made Qur'an into shreds (as they please)

Saheeh InternationalWho have made the Qur'an into portions

15:92
فَوَرَبِّكَ لَنَسۡـَٔلَنَّهُمۡ أَجۡمَعِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiKuran'ı işlerine geldiği gibi bölenlere de, kendi Kitablarının bir kısmına inanıp bir kısmını kabul etmeyen yahudi ve hıristiyanlara da nitekim Kitap indirmiştik; Rabbine and olsun ki hepsini, yaptıklarından sorumlu tutacağız

Yusuf AliTherefore, by the Lord, We will, of a surety, call them to account

Saheeh InternationalSo by your Lord, We will surely question them all

15:93 📚 7
عَمَّا كَانُواْ يَعۡمَلُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiKuran'ı işlerine geldiği gibi bölenlere de, kendi Kitablarının bir kısmına inanıp bir kısmını kabul etmeyen yahudi ve hıristiyanlara da nitekim Kitap indirmiştik; Rabbine and olsun ki hepsini, yaptıklarından sorumlu tutacağız

Yusuf AliFor all their deeds

Saheeh InternationalAbout what they used to do

15:94
فَٱصۡدَعۡ بِمَا تُؤۡمَرُ وَأَعۡرِضۡ عَنِ ٱلۡمُشۡرِكِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiArtık buyrulanı açıkça ortaya koy, puta tapanlara aldırış etme

Yusuf AliTherefore expound openly what thou art commanded, and turn away from those who join false gods with God

Saheeh InternationalThen declare what you are commanded and turn away from the polytheists

15:95
إِنَّا كَفَيۡنَٰكَ ٱلۡمُسۡتَهۡزِءِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiAllah'la beraber başka bir tanrının bulunduğunu kabul eden alaycılara karşı şüphesiz Biz sana kafiyiz. Yakında ne olduğunu öğreneceklerdir

Yusuf AliFor sufficient are We unto thee against those who scoff

Saheeh InternationalIndeed, We are sufficient for you against the mockers

15:96
ٱلَّذِينَ يَجۡعَلُونَ مَعَ ٱللَّهِ إِلَٰهًا ءَاخَرَۚ فَسَوۡفَ يَعۡلَمُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiAllah'la beraber başka bir tanrının bulunduğunu kabul eden alaycılara karşı şüphesiz Biz sana kafiyiz. Yakında ne olduğunu öğreneceklerdir

Yusuf AliThose who adopt, with God, another god: but soon will they come to know

Saheeh InternationalWho make [equal] with Allah another deity. But they are going to know

15:97 📚 5
وَلَقَدۡ نَعۡلَمُ أَنَّكَ يَضِيقُ صَدۡرُكَ بِمَا يَقُولُونَ

Saheeh InternationalSo exalt [Allah] with praise of your Lord and be of those who prostrate [to Him]
