38:1 ▶ ⧉ ☆
صٓۚ وَٱلۡقُرۡءَانِ ذِي ٱلذِّكۡرِ
وَٱلْقُرْءَانِ
Kur'an'a andolsun
Yusuf Ali Sad: By the Qur'an, Full of Admonition: (This is the Truth)
38:2 ▶ ⧉ ☆
بَلِ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ فِي عِزَّةࣲ وَشِقَاقࣲ
Yusuf Ali But the Unbelievers (are steeped) in self-glory and Separatism
كَمۡ أَهۡلَكۡنَا مِن قَبۡلِهِم مِّن قَرۡنࣲ فَنَادَواْ وَّلَاتَ حِينَ مَنَاصࣲ
Yusuf Ali How many generations before them did We destroy? In the end they cried (for mercy)- when there was no longer time for being saved
38:4 ▶ ⧉ ☆
وَعَجِبُوٓاْ أَن جَآءَهُم مُّنذِرࣱ مِّنۡهُمۡۖ وَقَالَ ٱلۡكَٰفِرُونَ هَٰذَا سَٰحِرࣱ كَذَّابٌ
وَعَجِبُوٓا۟
ve hayret ettiler
جَآءَهُم
has come to them
مُّنذِرٌۭ
bir uyarıcı (peygamber)
Yusuf Ali So they wonder that a Warner has come to them from among themselves! and the Unbelievers say, "This is a sorcerer telling lies
38:5 ▶ ⧉ ☆
أَجَعَلَ ٱلۡأٓلِهَةَ إِلَٰهࣰ ا وَٰحِدًاۖ إِنَّ هَٰذَا لَشَيۡءٌ عُجَابࣱ
Yusuf Ali Has he made the gods (all) into one God? Truly this is a wonderful thing
38:6 ▶ ⧉ ☆
وَٱنطَلَقَ ٱلۡمَلَأُ مِنۡهُمۡ أَنِ ٱمۡشُواْ وَٱصۡبِرُواْ عَلَىٰٓ ءَالِهَتِكُمۡۖ إِنَّ هَٰذَا لَشَيۡءࣱ يُرَادُ
وَٱصْبِرُوا۟
ve bağlı kalın
Yusuf Ali And the leader among them go away (impatiently), (saying), "Walk ye away, and remain constant to your gods! For this is truly a thing designed (against you)
38:7 ▶ ⧉ ☆
مَا سَمِعۡنَا بِهَٰذَا فِي ٱلۡمِلَّةِ ٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ إِنۡ هَٰذَآ إِلَّا ٱخۡتِلَٰقٌ
Yusuf Ali We never heard (the like) of this among the people of these latter days: this is nothing but a made-up tale
38:8 ▶ ⧉ ☆
أَءُنزِلَ عَلَيۡهِ ٱلذِّكۡرُ مِنۢ بَيۡنِنَاۚ بَلۡ هُمۡ فِي شَكࣲّ مِّن ذِكۡرِيۚ بَل لَّمَّا يَذُوقُواْ عَذَابِ
لَّمَّا
onlar henüz tadmadılar
يَذُوقُوا۟
they have tasted
Yusuf Ali What! has the Message been sent to him - (Of all persons) among us?"...but they are in doubt concerning My (Own) Message! Nay, they have not yet tasted My Punishment
38:9 ▶ ⧉ ☆
أَمۡ عِندَهُمۡ خَزَآئِنُ رَحۡمَةِ رَبِّكَ ٱلۡعَزِيزِ ٱلۡوَهَّابِ
عِندَهُمْ
onların yanında (mı?)
ٱلْعَزِيزِ
daima üstün olan
ٱلْوَهَّابِ
çok lutufta bulunan
Yusuf Ali Or have they the treasures of the mercy of thy Lord,- the Exalted in Power, the Grantor of Bounties without measure
38:10 ▶ ⧉ ☆
أَمۡ لَهُم مُّلۡكُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَمَا بَيۡنَهُمَاۖ فَلۡيَرۡتَقُواْ فِي ٱلۡأَسۡبَٰبِ
بَيْنَهُمَا ۖ
ikisi arasında
فَلْيَرْتَقُوا۟
öyleyse yükselsinler
ٱلْأَسْبَـٰبِ
sebepler (vasıtalar)
Yusuf Ali Or have they the dominion of the heavens and the earth and all between? If so, let them mount up with the ropes and means (to reach that end)
جُندࣱ مَّا هُنَالِكَ مَهۡزُومࣱ مِّنَ ٱلۡأَحۡزَابِ
مَهْزُومٌۭ
bozguna uğratılacak
ٱلْأَحْزَابِ
the companies
Yusuf Ali But there - will be put to flight even a host of confederates
38:12 ▶ ⧉ ☆
كَذَّبَتۡ قَبۡلَهُمۡ قَوۡمُ نُوحࣲ وَعَادࣱ وَفِرۡعَوۡنُ ذُو ٱلۡأَوۡتَادِ
Yusuf Ali Before them (were many who) rejected apostles,- the people of Noah, and 'Ad, and Pharaoh, the Lord of Stakes
38:13 ▶ ⧉ ☆
وَثَمُودُ وَقَوۡمُ لُوطࣲ وَأَصۡحَٰبُ لۡـَٔيۡكَةِۚ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ ٱلۡأَحۡزَابُ
Yusuf Ali And Thamud, and the people of Lut, and the Companions of the Wood; - such were the Confederates
38:14 ▶ ⧉ ☆
إِن كُلٌّ إِلَّا كَذَّبَ ٱلرُّسُلَ فَحَقَّ عِقَابِ
Yusuf Ali Not one (of them) but rejected the apostles, but My punishment came justly and inevitably (on them)
38:15 ▶ ⧉ ☆
وَمَا يَنظُرُ هَٰٓؤُلَآءِ إِلَّا صَيۡحَةࣰ وَٰحِدَةࣰ مَّا لَهَا مِن فَوَاقࣲ
Yusuf Ali These (today) only wait for a single mighty Blast, which (when it comes) will brook no delay
38:16 ▶ ⧉ ☆
وَقَالُواْ رَبَّنَا عَجِّل لَّنَا قِطَّنَا قَبۡلَ يَوۡمِ ٱلۡحِسَابِ
قِطَّنَا
bizim (azab) payımızı
Yusuf Ali They say: "Our Lord! hasten to us our sentence (even) before the Day of Account
ٱصۡبِرۡ عَلَىٰ مَا يَقُولُونَ وَٱذۡكُرۡ عَبۡدَنَا دَاوُۥدَ ذَا ٱلۡأَيۡدِۖ إِنَّهُۥٓ أَوَّابٌ
يَقُولُونَ
onların dedikleri
أَوَّابٌ
(bize) çok başvururdu
Yusuf Ali Have patience at what they say, and remember our servant David, the man of strength: for he ever turned (to God)
إِنَّا سَخَّرۡنَا ٱلۡجِبَالَ مَعَهُۥ يُسَبِّحۡنَ بِٱلۡعَشِيِّ وَٱلۡإِشۡرَاقِ
سَخَّرْنَا
boyun eğdirmiştik
يُسَبِّحْنَ
tesbih ederlerdi
Yusuf Ali It was We that made the hills declare, in unison with him, Our Praises, at eventide and at break of day
38:19 ▶ ⧉ ☆
وَٱلطَّيۡرَ مَحۡشُورَةࣰۖ كُلࣱّ لَّهُۥٓ أَوَّابࣱ
مَحْشُورَةًۭ ۖ
toplanıp gelen
Yusuf Ali And the birds gathered (in assemblies): all with him did turn (to God)
38:20 ▶ ⧉ ☆
وَشَدَدۡنَا مُلۡكَهُۥ وَءَاتَيۡنَٰهُ ٱلۡحِكۡمَةَ وَفَصۡلَ ٱلۡخِطَابِ
وَشَدَدْنَا
güçlendirmiştik
وَءَاتَيْنَـٰهُ
ve kendisine vermiştik
Yusuf Ali We strengthened his kingdom, and gave him wisdom and sound judgment in speech and decision
38:21 ▶ ⧉ ☆
۞وَهَلۡ أَتَىٰكَ نَبَؤُاْ ٱلۡخَصۡمِ إِذۡ تَسَوَّرُواْ ٱلۡمِحۡرَابَ
تَسَوَّرُوا۟
tırmanmışlardı
ٱلْمِحْرَابَ
mabed(in duvarına)
Yusuf Ali Has the Story of the Disputants reached thee? Behold, they climbed over the wall of the private chamber
38:22 ▶ ⧉ ☆
إِذۡ دَخَلُواْ عَلَىٰ دَاوُۥدَ فَفَزِعَ مِنۡهُمۡۖ قَالُواْ لَا تَخَفۡۖ خَصۡمَانِ بَغَىٰ بَعۡضُنَا عَلَىٰ بَعۡضࣲ فَٱحۡكُم بَيۡنَنَا بِٱلۡحَقِّ وَلَا تُشۡطِطۡ وَٱهۡدِنَآ إِلَىٰ سَوَآءِ ٱلصِّرَٰطِ
خَصْمَانِ
biz iki davacıyız
Yusuf Ali When they entered the presence of David, and he was terrified of them, they said: "Fear not: we are two disputants, one of whom has wronged the other: Decide now between us with truth, and treat us not with injustice, but guide us to the even Path
إِنَّ هَٰذَآ أَخِي لَهُۥ تِسۡعࣱ وَتِسۡعُونَ نَعۡجَةࣰ وَلِيَ نَعۡجَةࣱ وَٰحِدَةࣱ فَقَالَ أَكۡفِلۡنِيهَا وَعَزَّنِي فِي ٱلۡخِطَابِ
وَتِسْعُونَ
doksan (dokuz)
فَقَالَ
fakat (kardeşim) dedi
أَكْفِلْنِيهَا
onu da bana ver
وَعَزَّنِى
ve bana ağır bastı
Yusuf Ali This man is my brother: He has nine and ninety ewes, and I have (but) one: Yet he says, 'commit her to my care,' and is (moreover) harsh to me in speech
38:24 ▶ ⧉ ☆
قَالَ لَقَدۡ ظَلَمَكَ بِسُؤَالِ نَعۡجَتِكَ إِلَىٰ نِعَاجِهِۦۖ وَإِنَّ كَثِيرࣰ ا مِّنَ ٱلۡخُلَطَآءِ لَيَبۡغِي بَعۡضُهُمۡ عَلَىٰ بَعۡضٍ إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ وَقَلِيلࣱ مَّا هُمۡۗ وَظَنَّ دَاوُۥدُ أَنَّمَا فَتَنَّٰهُ فَٱسۡتَغۡفَرَ رَبَّهُۥ وَخَرَّۤ رَاكِعࣰ اۤ وَأَنَابَ۩
ظَلَمَكَ
sana zulmetmiştir
مِّنَ
karıştıran(ortak)ların
ٱلْخُلَطَآءِ
the partners
إِلَّا
yalnız bunun dışındadır
أَنَّمَا
kendisini denediğimizi
فَتَنَّـٰهُ
We (had) tried him
فَٱسْتَغْفَرَ
mağfiret diledi
رَاكِعًۭا
eğilerek (secdeye)
وَأَنَابَ ۩
ve (bize) döndü
Yusuf Ali (David) said: "He has undoubtedly wronged thee in demanding thy (single) ewe to be added to his (flock of) ewes: truly many are the partners (in business) who wrong each other: Not so do those who believe and work deeds of righteousness, and h ow few are they?"...and David gathered that We had tried him: he asked forgiveness of his Lord, fell down, bowing (in prostration), and turned (to God in repentance)
فَغَفَرۡنَا لَهُۥ ذَٰلِكَۖ وَإِنَّ لَهُۥ عِندَنَا لَزُلۡفَىٰ وَحُسۡنَ مَـَٔابࣲ
فَغَفَرْنَا
biz de affettik
Yusuf Ali So We forgave him this (lapse): he enjoyed, indeed, a Near Approach to Us, and a beautiful place of (Final) Return
يَٰدَاوُۥدُ إِنَّا جَعَلۡنَٰكَ خَلِيفَةࣰ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ فَٱحۡكُم بَيۡنَ ٱلنَّاسِ بِٱلۡحَقِّ وَلَا تَتَّبِعِ ٱلۡهَوَىٰ فَيُضِلَّكَ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِۚ إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ يَضِلُّونَ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ لَهُمۡ عَذَابࣱ شَدِيدُۢ بِمَا نَسُواْ يَوۡمَ ٱلۡحِسَابِ
فَيُضِلَّكَ
sonra seni saptırır
Yusuf Ali O David! We did indeed make thee a vicegerent on earth: so judge thou between men in truth (and justice): Nor follow thou the lusts (of thy heart), for they will mislead thee from the Path of God: for those who wander astray from the Path of G od, is a Penalty Grievous, for that they forget the Day of Account
وَمَا خَلَقۡنَا ٱلسَّمَآءَ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ وَمَا بَيۡنَهُمَا بَٰطِلࣰ اۚ ذَٰلِكَ ظَنُّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْۚ فَوَيۡلࣱ لِّلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ مِنَ ٱلنَّارِ
بَيْنَهُمَا
ikisi arasındakileri
كَفَرُوا۟ ۚ
inkar eden(lerin)
كَفَرُوا۟
inkar eden(lerin)
Yusuf Ali Not without purpose did We create heaven and earth and all between! that were the thought of Unbelievers! but woe to the Unbelievers because of the Fire (of Hell)
أَمۡ نَجۡعَلُ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ كَٱلۡمُفۡسِدِينَ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ أَمۡ نَجۡعَلُ ٱلۡمُتَّقِينَ كَٱلۡفُجَّارِ
كَٱلْمُفْسِدِينَ
bozgunculuk yapanlar gibi (mi?)
كَٱلْفُجَّارِ
yoldan çıkanlar gibi (mi?)
Yusuf Ali Shall We treat those who believe and work deeds of righteousness, the same as those who do mischief on earth? Shall We treat those who guard against evil, the same as those who turn aside from the right
38:29 ▶ ⧉ ☆
كِتَٰبٌ أَنزَلۡنَٰهُ إِلَيۡكَ مُبَٰرَكࣱ لِّيَدَّبَّرُوٓاْ ءَايَٰتِهِۦ وَلِيَتَذَكَّرَ أُوْلُواْ ٱلۡأَلۡبَٰبِ
أَنزَلْنَـٰهُ
onu indirdik
لِّيَدَّبَّرُوٓا۟
düşünsünler diye
وَلِيَتَذَكَّرَ
ve öğüt alsınlar diye
Yusuf Ali (Here is) a Book which We have sent down unto thee, full of blessings, that they may mediate on its Signs, and that men of understanding may receive admonition
38:30 ▶ ⧉ ☆
وَوَهَبۡنَا لِدَاوُۥدَ سُلَيۡمَٰنَۚ نِعۡمَ ٱلۡعَبۡدُ إِنَّهُۥٓ أَوَّابٌ
وَوَهَبْنَا
ve biz armağan ettik
أَوَّابٌ
(Allah'a) yönelirdi
Yusuf Ali To David We gave Solomon (for a son),- How excellent in Our service! Ever did he turn (to Us)
38:31 ▶ ⧉ ☆
إِذۡ عُرِضَ عَلَيۡهِ بِٱلۡعَشِيِّ ٱلصَّٰفِنَٰتُ ٱلۡجِيَادُ
ٱلصَّـٰفِنَـٰتُ
safin (görkemli)
ٱلْجِيَادُ
(saf kan Arap) atları
Yusuf Ali Behold, there were brought before him, at eventide coursers of the highest breeding, and swift of foot
فَقَالَ إِنِّيٓ أَحۡبَبۡتُ حُبَّ ٱلۡخَيۡرِ عَن ذِكۡرِ رَبِّي حَتَّىٰ تَوَارَتۡ بِٱلۡحِجَابِ
تَوَارَتْ
(atlar) gizlendi
Yusuf Ali And he said, "Truly do I love the love of good, with a view to the glory of my Lord,"- until (the sun) was hidden in the veil (of night)
رُدُّوهَا عَلَيَّۖ فَطَفِقَ مَسۡحَۢا بِٱلسُّوقِ وَٱلۡأَعۡنَاقِ
وَٱلْأَعْنَاقِ
ve boyunlarını
Yusuf Ali Bring them back to me." then began he to pass his hand over (their) legs and their necks
38:34 ▶ ⧉ ☆
وَلَقَدۡ فَتَنَّا سُلَيۡمَٰنَ وَأَلۡقَيۡنَا عَلَىٰ كُرۡسِيِّهِۦ جَسَدࣰ ا ثُمَّ أَنَابَ
Yusuf Ali And We did try Solomon: We placed on his throne a body (without life); but he did turn (to Us in true devotion)
38:35 ▶ ⧉ ☆
قَالَ رَبِّ ٱغۡفِرۡ لِي وَهَبۡ لِي مُلۡكࣰ ا لَّا يَنۢبَغِي لِأَحَدࣲ مِّنۢ بَعۡدِيٓۖ إِنَّكَ أَنتَ ٱلۡوَهَّابُ
مُلْكًۭا
bir mülk (hükümdarlık)
Yusuf Ali He said, "O my Lord! Forgive me, and grant me a kingdom which, (it may be), suits not another after me: for Thou art the Grantor of Bounties (without measure)
38:36 ▶ ⧉ ☆
فَسَخَّرۡنَا لَهُ ٱلرِّيحَ تَجۡرِي بِأَمۡرِهِۦ رُخَآءً حَيۡثُ أَصَابَ
فَسَخَّرْنَا
biz boyun eğdirdik
بِأَمْرِهِۦ
onun buyruğuyla
Yusuf Ali Then We subjected the wind to his power, to flow gently to his order, Whithersoever he willed
38:37 ▶ ⧉ ☆
وَٱلشَّيَٰطِينَ كُلَّ بَنَّآءࣲ وَغَوَّاصࣲ
وَٱلشَّيَـٰطِينَ
ve şeytanları
Yusuf Ali As also the evil ones, (including) every kind of builder and diver
38:38 ▶ ⧉ ☆
وَءَاخَرِينَ مُقَرَّنِينَ فِي ٱلۡأَصۡفَادِ
وَءَاخَرِينَ
ve başka (şeytan)ları
مُقَرَّنِينَ
birbirine bağlanmış
Yusuf Ali As also others bound together in fetters
38:39 ▶ ⧉ ☆
هَٰذَا عَطَآؤُنَا فَٱمۡنُنۡ أَوۡ أَمۡسِكۡ بِغَيۡرِ حِسَابࣲ
عَطَآؤُنَا
bizim ihsanımızdır
فَٱمْنُنْ
artık dilediğine ver
Yusuf Ali Such are Our Bounties: whether thou bestow them (on others) or withhold them, no account will be asked
وَإِنَّ لَهُۥ عِندَنَا لَزُلۡفَىٰ وَحُسۡنَ مَـَٔابࣲ
Yusuf Ali And he enjoyed, indeed, a Near Approach to Us, and a beautiful Place of (Final) Return
وَٱذۡكُرۡ عَبۡدَنَآ أَيُّوبَ إِذۡ نَادَىٰ رَبَّهُۥٓ أَنِّي مَسَّنِيَ ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنُ بِنُصۡبࣲ وَعَذَابٍ
Yusuf Ali Commemorate Our Servant Job. Behold he cried to his Lord: "The Evil One has afflicted me with distress and suffering
ٱرۡكُضۡ بِرِجۡلِكَۖ هَٰذَا مُغۡتَسَلُۢ بَارِدࣱ وَشَرَابࣱ
Yusuf Ali (The command was given:) "Strike with thy foot: here is (water) wherein to wash, cool and refreshing, and (water) to drink
38:43 ▶ ⧉ ☆
وَوَهَبۡنَا لَهُۥٓ أَهۡلَهُۥ وَمِثۡلَهُم مَّعَهُمۡ رَحۡمَةࣰ مِّنَّا وَذِكۡرَىٰ لِأُوْلِي ٱلۡأَلۡبَٰبِ
وَوَهَبْنَا
ve armağan ettik
رَحْمَةًۭ
bir rahmet olarak
وَذِكْرَىٰ
ve bir ibret olarak
Yusuf Ali And We gave him (back) his people, and doubled their number,- as a Grace from Ourselves, and a thing for commemoration, for all who have Understanding
38:44 ▶ ⧉ ☆
وَخُذۡ بِيَدِكَ ضِغۡثࣰ ا فَٱضۡرِب بِّهِۦ وَلَا تَحۡنَثۡۗ إِنَّا وَجَدۡنَٰهُ صَابِرࣰ اۚ نِّعۡمَ ٱلۡعَبۡدُ إِنَّهُۥٓ أَوَّابࣱ
وَجَدْنَـٰهُ
onu bulmuştuk
صَابِرًۭا ۚ
sabreden (bir kul)
أَوَّابٌۭ
(bize) başvururdu
Yusuf Ali And take in thy hand a little grass, and strike therewith: and break not (thy oath)." Truly We found him full of patience and constancy. How excellent in Our service! ever did he turn (to Us)
38:45 ▶ ⧉ ☆
وَٱذۡكُرۡ عِبَٰدَنَآ إِبۡرَٰهِيمَ وَإِسۡحَٰقَ وَيَعۡقُوبَ أُوْلِي ٱلۡأَيۡدِي وَٱلۡأَبۡصَٰرِ
وَٱلْأَبْصَـٰرِ
ve basiretli
Yusuf Ali And commemorate Our Servants Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, possessors of Power and Vision
38:46 ▶ ⧉ ☆
إِنَّآ أَخۡلَصۡنَٰهُم بِخَالِصَةࣲ ذِكۡرَى ٱلدَّارِ
أَخْلَصْنَـٰهُم
onları ihlaslı (kul) yaptık
Yusuf Ali Verily We did choose them for a special (purpose)- proclaiming the Message of the Hereafter
وَإِنَّهُمۡ عِندَنَا لَمِنَ ٱلۡمُصۡطَفَيۡنَ ٱلۡأَخۡيَارِ
ٱلْمُصْطَفَيْنَ
the chosen ones
ٱلْأَخْيَارِ
hayırlılardandır
Yusuf Ali They were, in Our sight, truly, of the company of the Elect and the Good
38:48 ▶ ⧉ ☆
وَٱذۡكُرۡ إِسۡمَٰعِيلَ وَٱلۡيَسَعَ وَذَا ٱلۡكِفۡلِۖ وَكُلࣱّ مِّنَ ٱلۡأَخۡيَارِ
Yusuf Ali And commemorate Isma'il, Elisha, and Zul-Kifl: Each of them was of the Company of the Good
هَٰذَا ذِكۡرࣱۚ وَإِنَّ لِلۡمُتَّقِينَ لَحُسۡنَ مَـَٔابࣲ
ذِكْرٌۭ ۚ
bir hatırlamadır
لِلْمُتَّقِينَ
korunanlar için vardır
Yusuf Ali This is a Message (of admonition): and verily, for the righteous, is a beautiful Place of (Final) Return
38:50 ▶ ⧉ ☆
جَنَّٰتِ عَدۡنࣲ مُّفَتَّحَةࣰ لَّهُمُ ٱلۡأَبۡوَٰبُ
Yusuf Ali Gardens of Eternity, whose doors will (ever) be open to them
38:51 ▶ ⧉ ☆
مُتَّكِـِٔينَ فِيهَا يَدۡعُونَ فِيهَا بِفَٰكِهَةࣲ كَثِيرَةࣲ وَشَرَابࣲ
مُتَّكِـِٔينَ
(koltuklara) yaslanılar
Yusuf Ali Therein will they recline (at ease): Therein can they call (at pleasure) for fruit in abundance, and (delicious) drink
38:52 ▶ ⧉ ☆
۞وَعِندَهُمۡ قَٰصِرَٰتُ ٱلطَّرۡفِ أَتۡرَابٌ
۞ وَعِندَهُمْ
ve yanlarında (vardır)
قَـٰصِرَٰتُ
(eşlerine) diken
Yusuf Ali And beside them will be chaste women restraining their glances, (companions) of equal age
38:53 ▶ ⧉ ☆
هَٰذَا مَا تُوعَدُونَ لِيَوۡمِ ٱلۡحِسَابِ
تُوعَدُونَ
size söz verilen
Yusuf Ali Such is the Promise made, to you for the Day of Account
38:54 ▶ ⧉ ☆
إِنَّ هَٰذَا لَرِزۡقُنَا مَا لَهُۥ مِن نَّفَادٍ
لَرِزْقُنَا
bizim rızkımızın
Yusuf Ali Truly such will be Our Bounty (to you); it will never fail
38:55 ▶ ⧉ ☆
هَٰذَاۚ وَإِنَّ لِلطَّٰغِينَ لَشَرَّ مَـَٔابࣲ
لِلطَّـٰغِينَ
azgınlara vardır
Yusuf Ali Yea, such! but - for the wrong-doers will be an evil place of (Final) Return
38:56 ▶ ⧉ ☆
جَهَنَّمَ يَصۡلَوۡنَهَا فَبِئۡسَ ٱلۡمِهَادُ
يَصْلَوْنَهَا
oraya girerler
Yusuf Ali Hell!- they will burn therein, - an evil bed (indeed, to lie on)
38:57 ▶ ⧉ ☆
هَٰذَا فَلۡيَذُوقُوهُ حَمِيمࣱ وَغَسَّاقࣱ
فَلْيَذُوقُوهُ
onu tadsınlar
وَغَسَّاقٌۭ
ve kokuşmuşdur
Yusuf Ali Yea, such! - then shall they taste it,- a boiling fluid, and a fluid dark, murky, intensely cold
38:58 ▶ ⧉ ☆
وَءَاخَرُ مِن شَكۡلِهِۦٓ أَزۡوَٰجٌ
وَءَاخَرُ
ve daha başka (vardır)
Yusuf Ali And other Penalties of a similar kind, to match them
38:59 ▶ ⧉ ☆
هَٰذَا فَوۡجࣱ مُّقۡتَحِمࣱ مَّعَكُمۡ لَا مَرۡحَبَۢا بِهِمۡۚ إِنَّهُمۡ صَالُواْ ٱلنَّارِ
مُّقْتَحِمٌۭ
(cehenneme) girecek
مَّعَكُمْ ۖ
sizinle beraber
Yusuf Ali Here is a troop rushing headlong with you! No welcome for them! truly, they shall burn in the Fire
قَالُواْ بَلۡ أَنتُمۡ لَا مَرۡحَبَۢا بِكُمۡۖ أَنتُمۡ قَدَّمۡتُمُوهُ لَنَاۖ فَبِئۡسَ ٱلۡقَرَارُ
قَدَّمْتُمُوهُ
bunu önümüze getirdiniz
Yusuf Ali (The followers shall cry to the misleaders:) "Nay, ye (too)! No welcome for you! It is ye who have brought this upon us! Now evil is (this) place to stay in
قَالُواْ رَبَّنَا مَن قَدَّمَ لَنَا هَٰذَا فَزِدۡهُ عَذَابࣰ ا ضِعۡفࣰ ا فِي ٱلنَّارِ
قَدَّمَ
önümüze getirdiyse
Yusuf Ali They will say: "Our Lord! whoever brought this upon us,- Add to him a double Penalty in the Fire
38:62 ▶ ⧉ ☆
وَقَالُواْ مَا لَنَا لَا نَرَىٰ رِجَالࣰ ا كُنَّا نَعُدُّهُم مِّنَ ٱلۡأَشۡرَارِ
Yusuf Ali And they will say: "What has happened to us that we see not men whom we used to number among the bad ones
38:63 ▶ ⧉ ☆
أَتَّخَذۡنَٰهُمۡ سِخۡرِيًّا أَمۡ زَاغَتۡ عَنۡهُمُ ٱلۡأَبۡصَٰرُ
أَتَّخَذْنَـٰهُمْ
hani onları edinirdik
ٱلْأَبْصَـٰرُ
gözler(imiz)
Yusuf Ali Did we treat them (as such) in ridicule, or have (our) eyes failed to perceive them
إِنَّ ذَٰلِكَ لَحَقࣱّ تَخَاصُمُ أَهۡلِ ٱلنَّارِ
Yusuf Ali Truly that is just and fitting,- the mutual recriminations of the People of the Fire
قُلۡ إِنَّمَآ أَنَا۠ مُنذِرࣱۖ وَمَا مِنۡ إِلَٰهٍ إِلَّا ٱللَّهُ ٱلۡوَٰحِدُ ٱلۡقَهَّارُ
Yusuf Ali Say: "Truly am I a Warner: no god is there but the one God, Supreme and Irresistible
38:66 ▶ ⧉ ☆
رَبُّ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَمَا بَيۡنَهُمَا ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلۡغَفَّٰرُ
بَيْنَهُمَا
ikisi arasında
ٱلْغَفَّـٰرُ
çok bağışlayandır
Yusuf Ali The Lord of the heavens and the earth, and all between,- Exalted in Might, able to enforce His Will, forgiving again and again
38:67 ▶ ⧉ ☆
قُلۡ هُوَ نَبَؤٌاْ عَظِيمٌ
Yusuf Ali Say: "That is a Message Supreme (above all)
أَنتُمۡ عَنۡهُ مُعۡرِضُونَ
مُعْرِضُونَ

Yusuf Ali From which ye do turn away
38:69 ▶ ⧉ ☆
مَا كَانَ لِيَ مِنۡ عِلۡمِۭ بِٱلۡمَلَإِ ٱلۡأَعۡلَىٰٓ إِذۡ يَخۡتَصِمُونَ
يَخْتَصِمُونَ

Yusuf Ali No knowledge have I of the Chiefs on high, when they discuss (matters) among themselves
38:70 ▶ ⧉ ☆
إِن يُوحَىٰٓ إِلَيَّ إِلَّآ أَنَّمَآ أَنَا۠ نَذِيرࣱ مُّبِينٌ
يُوحَىٰٓ
has been revealed
Yusuf Ali Only this has been revealed to me: that I am to give warning plainly and publicly
38:71 ▶ ⧉ ☆
إِذۡ قَالَ رَبُّكَ لِلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةِ إِنِّي خَٰلِقُۢ بَشَرࣰ ا مِّن طِينࣲ
لِلْمَلَـٰٓئِكَةِ
meleklere
Yusuf Ali Behold, thy Lord said to the angels: "I am about to create man from clay
فَإِذَا سَوَّيۡتُهُۥ وَنَفَخۡتُ فِيهِ مِن رُّوحِي فَقَعُواْ لَهُۥ سَٰجِدِينَ
سَوَّيْتُهُۥ
onu biçimlendirdiğim
Yusuf Ali When I have fashioned him (in due proportion) and breathed into him of My spirit, fall ye down in obeisance unto him
38:73 ▶ ⧉ ☆
فَسَجَدَ ٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ كُلُّهُمۡ أَجۡمَعُونَ
Yusuf Ali So the angels prostrated themselves, all of them together
38:74 ▶ ⧉ ☆
إِلَّآ إِبۡلِيسَ ٱسۡتَكۡبَرَ وَكَانَ مِنَ ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ
ٱسْتَكْبَرَ
o büyüklük tasladı
ٱلْكَـٰفِرِينَ
the disbelievers
Yusuf Ali Not so Iblis: he was haughty, and became one of those who reject Faith
قَالَ يَٰٓإِبۡلِيسُ مَا مَنَعَكَ أَن تَسۡجُدَ لِمَا خَلَقۡتُ بِيَدَيَّۖ أَسۡتَكۡبَرۡتَ أَمۡ كُنتَ مِنَ ٱلۡعَالِينَ
تَسْجُدَ
you (should) prostrate
أَسْتَكْبَرْتَ
büyüklük mü tasladın?
ٱلْعَالِينَ
the exalted ones
Yusuf Ali (God) said: "O Iblis! What prevents thee from prostrating thyself to one whom I have created with my hands? Art thou haughty? Or art thou one of the high (and mighty) ones
قَالَ أَنَا۠ خَيۡرࣱ مِّنۡهُ خَلَقۡتَنِي مِن نَّارࣲ وَخَلَقۡتَهُۥ مِن طِينࣲ
وَخَلَقْتَهُۥ
onu ise yarattın
Yusuf Ali (Iblis) said: "I am better than he: thou createdst me from fire, and him thou createdst from clay
38:77 ▶ ⧉ ☆
قَالَ فَٱخۡرُجۡ مِنۡهَا فَإِنَّكَ رَجِيمࣱ
Yusuf Ali (God) said: "Then get thee out from here: for thou art rejected, accursed
38:78 ▶ ⧉ ☆
وَإِنَّ عَلَيۡكَ لَعۡنَتِيٓ إِلَىٰ يَوۡمِ ٱلدِّينِ
Yusuf Ali And My curse shall be on thee till the Day of Judgment
قَالَ رَبِّ فَأَنظِرۡنِيٓ إِلَىٰ يَوۡمِ يُبۡعَثُونَ
فَأَنظِرْنِىٓ
öyleyse bana süre ver
يُبْعَثُونَ
yeniden dirilecekleri
Yusuf Ali (Iblis) said: "O my Lord! Give me then respite till the Day the (dead) are raised
38:80 ▶ ⧉ ☆
قَالَ فَإِنَّكَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُنظَرِينَ
مِنَ
süre verilenlerdensin
ٱلْمُنظَرِينَ
those given respite
Yusuf Ali (God) said: "Respite then is granted thee
38:81 ▶ ⧉ ☆
إِلَىٰ يَوۡمِ ٱلۡوَقۡتِ ٱلۡمَعۡلُومِ
Yusuf Ali Till the Day of the Time Appointed
قَالَ فَبِعِزَّتِكَ لَأُغۡوِيَنَّهُمۡ أَجۡمَعِينَ
فَبِعِزَّتِكَ
senin izzetine and olsun ki
لَأُغْوِيَنَّهُمْ
onları azdıracağım
Yusuf Ali (Iblis) said: "Then, by Thy power, I will put them all in the wrong
إِلَّا عِبَادَكَ مِنۡهُمُ ٱلۡمُخۡلَصِينَ
Yusuf Ali Except Thy Servants amongst them, sincere and purified (by Thy Grace)
قَالَ فَٱلۡحَقُّ وَٱلۡحَقَّ أَقُولُ
Yusuf Ali (God) said: "Then it is just and fitting- and I say what is just and fitting
لَأَمۡلَأَنَّ جَهَنَّمَ مِنكَ وَمِمَّن تَبِعَكَ مِنۡهُمۡ أَجۡمَعِينَ
لَأَمْلَأَنَّ
elbette dolduracağım
Yusuf Ali That I will certainly fill Hell with thee and those that follow thee,- every one
قُلۡ مَآ أَسۡـَٔلُكُمۡ عَلَيۡهِ مِنۡ أَجۡرࣲ وَمَآ أَنَا۠ مِنَ ٱلۡمُتَكَلِّفِينَ
مَآ
ben sizden istemiyorum
أَسْـَٔلُكُمْ
I ask of you
ٱلْمُتَكَلِّفِينَ
the ones who pretend
Yusuf Ali Say: "No reward do I ask of you for this (Qur'an), nor am I a pretender
38:87 ▶ ⧉ ☆
إِنۡ هُوَ إِلَّا ذِكۡرࣱ لِّلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
لِّلْعَـٰلَمِينَ
bütün alemlere
Yusuf Ali This is no less than a Message to (all) the Worlds
وَلَتَعۡلَمُنَّ نَبَأَهُۥ بَعۡدَ حِينِۭ
وَلَتَعْلَمُنَّ
gayet iyi bileceksiniz
Yusuf Ali And ye shall certainly know the truth of it (all) after a while
