Yusuf AliThat Day shall they be thrust down to the Fire of Hell, irresistibly

Saheeh InternationalThe Day they are thrust toward the fire of Hell with a [violent] thrust, [its angels will say]

Yusuf AliThis:, it will be said, "Is the Fire,- which ye were wont to deny

Yusuf AliBurn ye therein: the same is it to you whether ye bear it with patience, or not: Ye but receive the recompense of your (own) deeds

Saheeh International[Enter to] burn therein; then be patient or impatient - it is all the same for you. You are only being recompensed [for] what you used to do

Diyanet İşleri MealiAllah'a karşı gelmekten sakınanlar, şüphesiz, cennetlerde ve Rablerinin kendilerine verdikleriyle zevk duyarak nimetler içindedirler. Rableri onları cehennem azabından korumuştur

Yusuf AliAs to the Righteous, they will be in Gardens, and in Happiness

Saheeh InternationalIndeed, the righteous will be in gardens and pleasure

Diyanet İşleri MealiAllah'a karşı gelmekten sakınanlar, şüphesiz, cennetlerde ve Rablerinin kendilerine verdikleriyle zevk duyarak nimetler içindedirler. Rableri onları cehennem azabından korumuştur

Yusuf AliEnjoying the (Bliss) which their Lord hath bestowed on them, and their Lord shall deliver them from the Penalty of the Fire

Saheeh InternationalEnjoying what their Lord has given them, and their Lord protected them from the punishment of Hellfire

Diyanet İşleri MealiOnlara şöyle denir: "İşlediklerinizden ötürü, dizi dizi tahtlara yaslanarak afiyetle yiyin için." Onlara, ceylan gözlü eşler veririz

Yusuf Ali(To them will be said:) "Eat and drink ye, with profit and health, because of your (good) deeds

Saheeh International[They will be told], "Eat and drink in satisfaction for what you used to do

Yusuf AliThey will recline (with ease) on Thrones (of dignity) arranged in ranks; and We shall join them to Companions, with beautiful big and lustrous eyes

Saheeh InternationalThey will be reclining on thrones lined up, and We will marry them to fair women with large, [beautiful] eyes

Diyanet İşleri Mealiİnanan, soyları da inançta kendilerine uyan kimselere soylarını da katarız. Onların işlediklerinden hiçbir şey eksiltmeyiz. Herkes kazancına bağlıdır

Yusuf AliAnd those who believe and whose families follow them in Faith,- to them shall We join their families: Nor shall We deprive them (of the fruit) of aught of their works: (Yet) is each individual in pledge for his deeds

Saheeh InternationalAnd those who believed and whose descendants followed them in faith - We will join with them their descendants, and We will not deprive them of anything of their deeds. Every person, for what he earned, is retained

Diyanet İşleri MealiCennette olanlara diledikleri meyve ve etten bol bol veririz

Yusuf AliAnd We shall bestow on them, of fruit and meat, anything they shall desire

Saheeh InternationalAnd We will provide them with fruit and meat from whatever they desire

Diyanet İşleri MealiOrada kadeh tokuştururlar; fakat bunda ne bir saçmalama, ne de bir günaha girme vardır

Yusuf AliThey shall there exchange, one with another, a (loving) cup free of frivolity, free of all taint of ill

Saheeh InternationalThey will exchange with one another a cup [of wine] wherein [results] no ill speech or commission of sin

Diyanet İşleri MealiSedefteki inciler gibi olan gençler yanlarında dolaşırlar

Yusuf AliRound about them will serve, (devoted) to them. Youths (handsome) as Pearls well-guarded

Saheeh InternationalThere will circulate among them [servant] boys [especially] for them, as if they were pearls well-protected

Diyanet İşleri MealiBirbirlerine dönüp soruşurlar

Yusuf AliThey will advance to each other, engaging in mutual enquiry

Saheeh InternationalAnd they will approach one another, inquiring of each other

Diyanet İşleri MealiDoğrusu bundan önce ailemizin yanında bile korku içindeydik; Allah lütfedip bizi kavurucu azabdan korudu; doğrusu bundan önce de O'na yalvarıyorduk; şüphesiz O, iyilik yapandır, acıyandır" derler

Yusuf AliThey will say: "Aforetime, we were not without fear for the sake of our people

Saheeh InternationalThey will say, "Indeed, we were previously among our people fearful [of displeasing Allah]

Yusuf AliBut God has been good to us, and has delivered us from the Penalty of the Scorching Wind

Saheeh InternationalSo Allah conferred favor upon us and protected us from the punishment of the Scorching Fire

Diyanet İşleri MealiDoğrusu bundan önce ailemizin yanında bile korku içindeydik; Allah lütfedip bizi kavurucu azabdan korudu; doğrusu bundan önce de O'na yalvarıyorduk; şüphesiz O, iyilik yapandır, acıyandır" derler

Yusuf AliTruly, we did call unto Him from of old: truly it is He, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Saheeh InternationalIndeed, we used to supplicate Him before. Indeed, it is He who is the Beneficent, the Merciful

Diyanet İşleri MealiÖğüt ver; Rabbinin nimetiyle sen, ne kahinsin ne de delisin

Yusuf AliTherefore proclaim thou the praises (of thy Lord): for by the Grace of thy Lord, thou art no (vulgar) soothsayer, nor art thou one possessed

Saheeh InternationalSo remind [O Muhammad], for you are not, by the favor of your Lord, a soothsayer or a madman

Diyanet İşleri MealiYoksa senin için şöyle mi derler: "Şairdir, zamanın onun aleyhine dönmesini gözlüyoruz

Yusuf AliOr do they say:- "A Poet! we await for him some calamity (hatched) by Time

Saheeh InternationalOr do they say [of you], "A poet for whom we await a misfortune of time

Diyanet İşleri MealiDe ki: "Gözleyin, doğrusu ben de sizinle beraber gözlemekteyim

Yusuf AliSay thou: "Await ye!- I too will wait along with you

Saheeh InternationalSay, "Wait, for indeed I am, with you, among the waiters

Diyanet İşleri MealiBunu onlara akılları mı buyuruyor? Yoksa onlar azgın bir millet midirler

Yusuf AliIs it that their faculties of understanding urge them to this, or are they but a people transgressing beyond bounds

Saheeh InternationalOr do their minds command them to [say] this, or are they a transgressing people

Diyanet İşleri MealiYahut: "Onu kendi uydurdu" diyorlar öyle mi? Hayır, inanmıyorlar

Yusuf AliOr do they say, "He fabricated the (Message)"? Nay, they have no faith

Saheeh InternationalOr do they say, "He has made it up"? Rather, they do not believe

Diyanet İşleri MealiEğer iddialarında samimi iseler Kuran'ın benzeri bir söz meydana getirsinler

Yusuf AliLet them then produce a recital like unto it,- If (it be) they speak the truth

Saheeh InternationalThen let them produce a statement like it, if they should be truthful

Diyanet İşleri MealiOnlar, yaratan olmaksızın mı yaratıldılar yoksa yaratanlar kendileri midir

Yusuf AliWere they created of nothing, or were they themselves the creators

Saheeh InternationalOr were they created by nothing, or were they the creators [of themselves]

Diyanet İşleri MealiYoksa gökleri ve yeri kendileri mi yarattılar? Hayır, Allah'a kesin olarak inanmıyorlar

Yusuf AliOr did they create the heavens and the earth? Nay, they have no firm belief

Saheeh InternationalOr did they create the heavens and the earth? Rather, they are not certain

Diyanet İşleri MealiYoksa Rabbinin hazineleri onların yanında mıdır? Yoksa onlar mı işe hakimdirler

Yusuf AliOr are the Treasures of thy Lord with them, or are they the managers (of affairs)

Saheeh InternationalOr have they the depositories [containing the provision] of your Lord? Or are they the controllers [of them]

Diyanet İşleri MealiYoksa, üzerine çıkıp vahiy dinledikleri bir merdivenleri mi var? Öyleyse, dinleyenleri açık bir delil getirsin

Yusuf AliOr have they a ladder, by which they can (climb up to heaven and) listen (to its secrets)? Then let (such a) listener of theirs produce a manifest proof

Saheeh InternationalOr have they a stairway [into the heaven] upon which they listen? Then let their listener produce a clear authority

Diyanet İşleri MealiDemek kızlar Allah'ın, oğullar sizin öyle mi

Yusuf AliOr has He only daughters and ye have sons

Saheeh InternationalOr has He daughters while you have sons

Diyanet İşleri MealiYahut sen onlardan bir ücret istiyorsun da onlar ağır bir borç altında mı kalıyorlar

Yusuf AliOr is it that thou dost ask for a reward, so that they are burdened with a load of debt

Saheeh InternationalOr do you, [O Muhammad], ask of them a payment, so they are by debt burdened down

Diyanet İşleri MealiVeya, görülmeyeni bilmek kendilerine aittir de, onlar mı yazıyorlar

Yusuf AliOr that the Unseen in it their hands, and they write it down

Saheeh InternationalOr have they [knowledge of] the unseen, so they write [it] down

Diyanet İşleri MealiYoksa bir tuzak mı kurmak istiyorlar? Ama o tuzağa yakalanacak olanlar inkar edenlerdir

Yusuf AliOr do they intend a plot (against thee)? But those who defy God are themselves involved in a Plot

Saheeh InternationalOr do they intend a plan? But those who disbelieve - they are the object of a plan

Diyanet İşleri MealiYoksa Allah'tan başka bir tanrıları mı vardır? Allah, onların ortak koşmalarından münezzehtir

Yusuf AliOr have they a god other than God? Exalted is God far above the things they associate with Him

Saheeh InternationalOr have they a deity other than Allah? Exalted is Allah above whatever they associate with Him

Yusuf AliWere they to see a piece of the sky falling (on them), they would (only) say: "Clouds gathered in heaps

Saheeh InternationalAnd if they were to see a fragment from the sky falling, they would say, "[It is merely] clouds heaped up

Yusuf AliSo leave them alone until they encounter that Day of theirs, wherein they shall (perforce) swoon (with terror)

Saheeh InternationalSo leave them until they meet their Day in which they will be struck insensible

Yusuf AliThe Day when their plotting will avail them nothing and no help shall be given them

Saheeh InternationalThe Day their plan will not avail them at all, nor will they be helped

Yusuf AliAnd verily, for those who do wrong, there is another punishment besides this: But most of them understand not

Saheeh InternationalAnd indeed, for those who have wronged is a punishment before that, but most of them do not know

Saheeh InternationalAnd be patient, [O Muhammad], for the decision of your Lord, for indeed, you are in Our eyes. And exalt [Allah] with praise of your Lord when you arise

Diyanet İşleri MealiGeceleyin ve yıldızlar kaybolurken de O'nu tesbih et

Yusuf AliAnd for part of the night also praise thou Him,- and at the retreat of the stars

Saheeh InternationalAnd in a part of the night exalt Him and after [the setting of] the stars
