77. Al-Mursalaat سُورَةُ المُرۡسَلَاتِ
Saheeh InternationalBy those [winds] sent forth in gusts
Yusuf AliBy the (Winds) sent forth one after another (to man's profit)
Ali BulaçBirbiri ardınca gönderilenlere andolsun
( والمرسلات عرفا ) يعني الرياح أرسلت متتابعة كعرف الفرس . وقيل : عرفا أي كثيرا . تقول العرب : الناس إلى فلان عرف واحد ، إذا توجهوا إليه فأكثروا ، هذا [ معنى ] قول مجاهد وقتادة . وقال مقاتل : يعني الملائكة التي أرسلت بالمعروف من أمر الله ونهيه ، وهي رواية مسروق عن ابن مسعود .
Saheeh InternationalAnd the winds that blow violently
Yusuf AliWhich then blow violently in tempestuous Gusts
Ali BulaçDerken kökünden koparıp savuranlara
"فالعاصفات عصفاً"، يعني الرياح الشديدة الهبوب.
Saheeh InternationalAnd [by] the winds that spread [clouds]
Yusuf AliAnd scatter (things) far and wide
Ali BulaçYaydıkça yayanlara
"والناشرات نشراً"، يعني الرياح اللينة. وقال الحسن: هي الرياح التي يرسلها الله بشراً بين يدي رحمته. وقيل: هي الرياح التي تنشر السحاب وتأتي بالمطر. وقال مقاتل:هم الملائكة ينشرون الكتب.
Saheeh InternationalAnd those [angels] who bring criterion
Yusuf AliThen separate them, one from another
Ali BulaçBöylece ayırdıkça ayıranlara
"فالفارقات فرقاً"، قال ابن عباس، ومجاهد، والضحاك: يعني الملائكة تأتي بما يفرق بين الحق والباطل. وقال قتادة والحسن: هي آي القرآن تفرق بين الحلال والحرام. وروي عن مجاهد قال: هي الرياح تفرق السحاب وتبدده.
Saheeh InternationalAnd those [angels] who deliver a message
Yusuf AliThen spread abroad a Message
Ali BulaçZikr (vahy, öğüt) bırakanlara
"فالملقيات ذكراً"، يعني الملائكة تلقي الذكر إلى الأنبياء، نظيرها: "يلقي الروح من أمره" (غافر- 15).
Saheeh InternationalAs justification or warning
Yusuf AliWhether of Justification or of Warning
Ali BulaçÖzür (suçu, eksikliği ortadan kaldırmak) veya uyarmak için
( عذرا أو نذرا ) أي للإعذار والإنذار . وقرأ الحسن " عذرا " بضم الذال . واختلف فيه عن أبي بكر عن عاصم ، وقراءة العامة بسكونها ، وقرأ أبو عمرو وحمزة والكسائي وحفص " [ عذرا أو ] نذرا " ساكنة الذال فيهما ، وقرأ الباقون بضمها ، ومن سكن قال : لأنهما في موضع مصدرين بمعنى الإنذار والإعذار ، وليسا بجمع فينقلا [ وقال ابن كثير ونافع ، وابن عامر ، وأبو بكر عن عاصم ويعقوب برواية رويس بن حسان : " عذرا " سكون الذال و " نذرا " بضم الذال ، وقرأ روح بالضم في العذر والنذر جميعا ، وهي قراءة الحسن . والوجه فيهما أن العذر والنذر بضمتين كالأذن والعنق هو الأصل ، ويجوز التخفيف فيهما كما يجوز التخفيف في العنق والأذن ، يقال : عذر ونذر ، وعذر ونذر ، كما يقال : عنق وعنق ، وأذن وأذن ، والعذر والنذر مصدران بمعنى الإعذار والإنذار كالنكير والعذير والنذير ، ويجوز أن يكونا جمعين لعذير ونذير ، ويجوز أن يكون العذر جمع عاذر ، كشارف وشرف ، والمعنى في التحريك والتسكين واحد على ما بينا .
Saheeh InternationalIndeed, what you are promised is to occur
Yusuf AliAssuredly, what ye are promised must come to pass
Ali BulaçŞüphesiz, size vaadedilen gerçekleşecektir
إلى هاهنا أقسام ] ذكرها على قوله : ( إن ما توعدون ) ( إن ما توعدون ) من أمر الساعة والبعث ( لواقع ) [ لكائن ] ثم ذكر متى يقع .
Saheeh InternationalSo when the stars are obliterated
Yusuf AliThen when the stars become dim
Ali BulaçYıldızlar 'örtülüp (ışıkları) silindiği' zaman
فقال "فإذا النجوم طمست"، محي نورها.
Saheeh InternationalAnd when the heaven is opened
Yusuf AliWhen the heaven is cleft asunder
Ali BulaçGök yarıldığı zaman
"وإذا السماء فرجت"، شقت.
Saheeh InternationalAnd when the mountains are blown away
Yusuf AliWhen the mountains are scattered (to the winds) as dust
Ali BulaçDağlar, kökünden sökülüp savurulduğu zaman
"وإذا الجبال نسفت"، قلعت من أماكنها.
Saheeh InternationalAnd when the messengers' time has come
Yusuf AliAnd when the apostles are (all) appointed a time (to collect)
Ali BulaçVe resuller de (şahitlik için) belli bir vakitte getirildiği zaman
( وإذا الرسل أقتت ) قرأ أهل البصرة " وقتت " بالواو ، وقرأ أبو جعفر بالواو وتخفيف القاف ، وقرأ الآخرون بالألف وتشديد القاف ، وهما لغتان . والعرب تعاقب بين الواو والهمزة كقولهم : وكدت وأكدت ، وورخت وأرخت ، ومعناهما : جمعت لميقات يوم معلوم ، وهو يوم القيامة ليشهدوا على الأمم
Saheeh InternationalFor what Day was it postponed
Yusuf AliFor what Day are these (portents) deferred
Ali Bulaç(Bu,) Hangi gün için ertelenmişti
"لأي يوم أجلت"، أي أخرجت، وضرب الأجل لجمعهم فعجب العباد من ذلك اليوم.

Ali Bulaç(Mü'mini müşrikten, haklıyı haksızdan) Ayırma günü için
ثم بين فقال: "ليوم الفصل"، قال ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما: يوم يفصل الرحمن عز وجل بين الخلائق.
Saheeh InternationalAnd what can make you know what is the Day of Judgement
Yusuf AliAnd what will explain to thee what is the Day of Sorting out
Ali BulaçBu ayırma gününü sana ne bildirdi
"وما أدراك ما يوم الفصل".
Saheeh InternationalWoe, that Day, to the deniers
Yusuf AliAh woe, that Day, to the Rejecters of Truth
Ali BulaçO gün, yalanlayanların vay haline
"ويل يومئذ للمكذبين".
Saheeh InternationalDid We not destroy the former peoples
Yusuf AliDid We not destroy the men of old (for their evil)
Ali BulaçBiz, öncekileri helak etmedik mi
"ألم نهلك الأولين"، يعني الأمم الماضية بالعذاب في الدنيا حين كذبوا رسلهم.
Saheeh InternationalThen We will follow them with the later ones
Yusuf AliSo shall We make later (generations) follow them
Ali BulaçSonra arkadan gelenleri onların izinde yürüteceğiz
"ثم نتبعهم الآخرين"، السالكين سبلهم في الكفر والتكذيب يعني كفار مكة بتكذيبهم محمداً صلى الله عليه وسلم.
Saheeh InternationalThus do We deal with the criminals
Yusuf AliThus do We deal with men of sin
Ali Bulaçİşte Biz, suçlu-günahkarlara böyle yapıyoruz
"كذلك نفعل بالمجرمين".
Saheeh InternationalWoe, that Day, to the deniers
Yusuf AliAh woe, that Day, to the Rejecters of Truth

"ويل يومئذ للمكذبين".
Saheeh InternationalDid We not create you from a liquid disdained
Yusuf AliHave We not created you from a fluid (held) despicable
Ali BulaçSizi basbayağı bir sudan yaratmadık mı
"ألم نخلقكم من ماء مهين"، يعني النطفة.
Saheeh InternationalAnd We placed it in a firm lodging
Yusuf AliThe which We placed in a place of rest, firmly fixed
Ali BulaçSonra onu savunması sağlam bir karar yerine yerleştirdik
"فجعلناه في قرار مكين"، يعني الرحم.
Saheeh InternationalFor a known extent
Yusuf AliFor a period (of gestation), determined (according to need)
Ali BulaçBelli bir süreye kadar
"إلى قدر معلوم"، وهو وقت الولادة.
Saheeh InternationalAnd We determined [it], and excellent [are We] to determine
Yusuf AliFor We do determine (according to need); for We are the best to determine (things)
Ali Bulaçİşte (buna) güç yetirdik. Demek ki, Biz ne güzel güç yetirenleriz
"فقدرنا"، قرأ أهل المدينة والكسائي: "فقدرنا" بالتشديد من التقدير، وقرأ الآخرون بالتخفيف من القدرة، لقوله: "فنعم القادرون"، وقيل: معناهما واحد، وقوله: "فنعم القادرون" أي المقدرون.

Yusuf AliAh woe, that Day! to the Rejecters of Truth

"ويل يومئذ للمكذبين".
Saheeh InternationalHave We not made the earth a container
Yusuf AliHave We not made the earth (as a place) to draw together
Ali BulaçBiz yeryüzünü bir toplanma yeri kılmadık mı
"ألم نجعل الأرض كفاتاً"، وعاءً، ومعنى الكفت: الضم والجمع، يقال: كفت الشيء: إذا ضمه وجمعه. وقال الفراء: يريد تكفتهم أحياء على ظهرها في دورهم ومنازلهم، وتكفتهم أمواتاً في بطنها، أي: تحوزهم.
Saheeh InternationalOf the living and the dead
Yusuf AliThe living and the dead
Ali BulaçDirilere ve ölülere
وهو قوله: "أحياءً وأمواتاً".
Saheeh InternationalAnd We placed therein lofty, firmly set mountains and have given you to drink sweet water
Yusuf AliAnd made therein mountains standing firm, lofty (in stature); and provided for you water sweet (and wholesome)
Ali BulaçVe onda sabit yüksek dağlar var etmedik mi? Size tatlı bir su içirmedik mi
"وجعلنا فيها رواسي"، جبالاً "شامخات"، عاليات، "وأسقيناكم ماءً فراتاً"، عذباً.
Saheeh InternationalWoe, that Day, to the deniers
Yusuf AliAh woe, that Day, to the Rejecters of Truth
Ali BulaçO gün, yalanlayanların vay haline
"ويل يومئذ للمكذبين"، قال مقاتل: وهذا كله أعجب من البعث.
Saheeh International[They will be told], "Proceed to that which you used to deny
Yusuf Ali(It will be said:) "Depart ye to that which ye used to reject as false
Ali BulaçKendisini yalanladığınız (azab)a gidin
ثم أخبر أنه يقال لهم يوم القيامة: "انطلقوا إلى ما كنتم به تكذبون"، في الدنيا.
Saheeh InternationalProceed to a shadow [of smoke] having three columns
Yusuf AliDepart ye to a Shadow (of smoke ascending) in three columns
Ali BulaçÜç dala ayrılmış bir gölgeye gidin
( انطلقوا إلى ظل ذي ثلاث شعب ) يعني دخان جهنم إذا ارتفع انشعب وافترق ثلاث فرق . وقيل : يخرج عنق من النار فيتشعب ثلاث شعب ، أما النور فيقف على رءوس المؤمنين ، والدخان يقف على رءوس المنافقين ، واللهب الصافي يقف على رءوس الكافرين .
Saheeh International[But having] no cool shade and availing not against the flame
Yusuf Ali(Which yields) no shade of coolness, and is of no use against the fierce Blaze
Ali BulaçNe gölge altında barındırır, ne (yakıcı) alevden korur
ثم وصف ذلك الظل فقال - عز وجل - ( لا ظليل ) لا يظل من الحر ( ولا يغني من اللهب ) قال الكلبي : لا يرد لهب جهنم عنكم ، والمعنى أنهم [ إذا ] استظلوا بذلك الظل لم يدفع عنهم حر اللهب .
Saheeh InternationalIndeed, it throws sparks [as huge] as a fortress
Yusuf AliIndeed it throws about sparks (huge) as Forts
Ali BulaçGerçekten o, sanki her biri saray olan bir kıvılcım saçar
( إنها ) يعني جهنم ( ترمي بشرر ) وهو ما تطاير من النار ، واحدها شررة ( كالقصر ) وهو البناء العظيم ، قال ابن مسعود : يعني الحصون .وقال عبد الرحمن بن عياش سألت ابن عباس عن قوله تعالى : " إنها ترمي بشرر كالقصر " قال : هي الخشب العظام المقطعة ، وكنا نعمد إلى الخشب فنقطعها ثلاثة أذرع وفوق ذلك ودونه ندخرها للشتاء ، فكنا نسميها القصر .وقال سعيد بن جبير ، والضحاك : هي أصول النخل والشجر العظام ، واحدتها قصرة ، مثل تمرة وتمر ، وجمرة وجمر .وقرأ علي وابن عباس " كالقصر " بفتح الصاد ، أي أعناق النخل ، والقصرة العنق ، وجمعها قصر وقصرات .
Saheeh InternationalAs if they were yellowish [black] camels
Yusuf AliAs if there were (a string of) yellow camels (marching swiftly)
Ali BulaçHer biri, sanki sapsarı erkek deve sürüleri gibidir
( كأنه ) رد الكناية إلى اللفظ ( جمالة ) قرأ حمزة والكسائي وحفص : " جمالة " على جمع الجمل ، مثل حجر وحجارة ، وقرأ يعقوب بضم الجيم بلا ألف ، أراد : الأشياء العظام المجموعة ، وقرأ الآخرون : " جمالات " بالألف وكسر الجيم على جمع الجمال ، وقال ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما وسعيد بن جبير : هي حبال السفن يجمع بعضها إلى بعض ، حتى تكون كأوساط الرجال ، ( صفر ) جمع الأصفر ، يعني لون النار ، وقيل : " الصفر " معناه : السود ؛ لأنه جاء في الحديث : " إن شرر نار جهنم أسود كالقير " . والعرب تسمى سود الإبل صفرا ؛ لأنه يشوب سوادها شيء من صفرة كما يقال لبيض الظباء : أدم ؛ لأن بياضها يعلوه كدرة .

"ويل يومئذ للمكذبين".
Saheeh InternationalThis is a Day they will not speak
Yusuf AliThat will be a Day when they shall not be able to speak
Ali BulaçBu, onların konuşamayacakları bir gündür
"هذا يوم لا ينطقون"، وفي القيامة مواقف، ففي بعضها يختصمون ويتكلمون، وفي بعضها يختم على أفواههم فلا ينطقون.
Saheeh InternationalNor will it be permitted for them to make an excuse
Yusuf AliNor will it be open to them to put forth pleas
Ali BulaçVe onlara özür beyan etmeleri için izin verilmez
"ولا يؤذن لهم فيعتذرون"، رفع عطف على قوله: "يؤذن"، قال الجنيد: أي لا عذر لمن أعرض عن منعمه وكفر بأياديه ونعمه.

Yusuf AliAh woe, that Day, to the Rejecters of Truth
Ali BulaçO gün, yalanlayanların vay haline
"ويل يومئذ للمكذبين".
Saheeh InternationalThis is the Day of Judgement; We will have assembled you and the former peoples
Yusuf AliThat will be a Day of Sorting out! We shall gather you together and those before (you)
Ali BulaçBu, hüküm günüdür; sizi ve öncekileri 'birarada topladık
"هذا يوم الفصل"، بين أهل الجنة والنار، "جمعناكم والأولين"، يعني مكذبي هذه الأمة والأولين الذين كذبوا أنبياءهم.
Saheeh InternationalSo if you have a plan, then plan against Me
Yusuf AliNow, if ye have a trick (or plot), use it against Me
Ali BulaçŞayet kurabileceğiniz hileli bir düzeniniz varsa, durmaksızın bana karşı kurun
"فإن كان لكم كيد فكيدون"، قال مقاتل: إن كانت لكم حيلة فاحتالوا لأنفسكم.
Saheeh InternationalWoe, that Day, to the deniers
Yusuf AliAh woe, that Day, to the Rejecters of Truth
Ali BulaçO gün, yalanlayanların vay haline
"ويل يومئذ للمكذبين".
Saheeh InternationalIndeed, the righteous will be among shades and springs
Yusuf AliAs to the Righteous, they shall be amidst (cool) shades and springs (of water)
Ali BulaçŞüphesiz muttaki olanlar, gölgeliklerde ve pınar-başlarındadır
"إن المتقين في ظلال"، جمع ظل أي في ظلال الشجر، "وعيون"، الماء.
Saheeh InternationalAnd fruits from whatever they desire
Yusuf AliAnd (they shall have) fruits,- all they desire
Ali BulaçVe canlarının çekip-arzu ettiği meyveler (arasındadırlar)
"وفواكه مما يشتهون".
Saheeh International[Being told], "Eat and drink in satisfaction for what you used to do
Yusuf AliEat ye and drink ye to your heart's content: for that ye worked (Righteousness)
Ali BulaçYaptıklarınıza karşılık olmak üzere, afiyetle yiyin ve için
ويقال لهم: "كلوا واشربوا هنيئاً بما كنتم تعملون"، في الدنيا بطاعتي.
Saheeh InternationalIndeed, We thus reward the doers of good
Yusuf AliThus do We certainly reward the Doers of Good
Ali BulaçElbette Biz, 'iyi ve güzel' davrananları işte böyle ödüllendiririz
"إنا كذلك نجزي المحسنين".
Saheeh InternationalWoe, that Day, to the deniers
Yusuf AliAh woe, that Day, to the Rejecters of Truth
Ali BulaçO gün, yalanlayanların vay haline
"ويل يومئذ للمكذبين".
Saheeh International[O disbelievers], eat and enjoy yourselves a little; indeed, you are criminals
Yusuf Ali(O ye unjust!) Eat ye and enjoy yourselves (but) a little while, for that ye are Sinners
Ali Bulaç(Sizler de dünyada) Yiyin ve biraz yararlanın. Çünkü siz, suçlu-günahkar kimselersiniz
ثم قال لكفار مكة: "كلوا وتمتعوا قليلاً"، في الدنيا، "إنكم مجرمون"، مشركون بالله عز وجل مستحقون للعذاب.

Ali BulaçO gün, yalanlayanların vay haline
"ويل يومئذ للمكذبين".
Saheeh InternationalAnd when it is said to them, "Bow [in prayer]," they do not bow
Yusuf AliAnd when it is said to them, "Prostrate yourselves!" they do not so
Ali BulaçOnlara: "Rüku edin" denildiği zaman, rüku etmezler
"وإذا قيل لهم اركعوا" صلوا، "لا يركعون"، لا يصلون، وقال ابن عباس رضي الله تعالى عنهما: إنما يقال لهم هذا يوم القيامة حين يدعون إلى السجود فلا يستطيعون.

Yusuf AliAh woe, that Day, to the Rejecters of Truth
Ali BulaçO gün, yalanlayanların vay haline
"ويل يومئذ للمكذبين".
Saheeh InternationalThen in what statement after the Qur'an will they believe
Yusuf AliThen what Message, after that, will they believe in
Ali BulaçArtık onlar, bundan sonra hangi söze inanacaklar
"فبأي حديث بعده" بعد القرآن، "يؤمنون"، إذا لم يؤمنوا به.
