Yusuf AliVerily, they shall soon (come to) know

Süleyman AteşHayır (dedikleri gibi değil), yakında bilecekler

Saheeh InternationalNo! They are going to know

Yusuf AliVerily, verily they shall soon (come to) know

Süleyman AteşSonra hayır (dedikleri gibi değil), yakında bilecekler

Saheeh InternationalThen, no! They are going to know

Yusuf AliHave We not made the earth as a wide expanse

Süleyman AteşYapmadık mı biz, Arzı bir beşik

Saheeh InternationalHave We not made the earth a resting place

Yusuf AliAnd the mountains as pegs

Süleyman AteşDağları birer kazık

Saheeh InternationalAnd the mountains as stakes

Yusuf AliAnd (have We not) created you in pairs

Süleyman AteşVe sizi çift çift yarattık

Saheeh InternationalAnd We created you in pairs

Yusuf AliAnd made your sleep for rest

Süleyman AteşUykunuzu dinlenme yaptık

Saheeh InternationalAnd made your sleep [a means for] rest

Yusuf AliAnd made the night as a covering

Süleyman AteşGeceyi (sizi sarıp örten) bir giysi yaptık

Saheeh InternationalAnd made the night as clothing

Yusuf AliAnd made the day as a means of subsistence

Süleyman AteşGündüzü de geçim zamanı yaptık

Saheeh InternationalAnd made the day for livelihood

Yusuf AliAnd (have We not) built over you the seven firmaments

Süleyman AteşÜstünüzde yedi sağlam (gök) bina ettik

Saheeh InternationalAnd constructed above you seven strong [heavens]

Yusuf AliAnd placed (therein) a Light of Splendour

Süleyman AteşVe (orada) parıl parıl parlayan bir lamba yarattık

Saheeh InternationalAnd made [therein] a burning lamp

Yusuf AliAnd do We not send down from the clouds water in abundance

Süleyman AteşSıkışan(bulut)lardan şarıl şarıl su indirdik

Saheeh InternationalAnd sent down, from the rain clouds, pouring water

Yusuf AliThat We may produce therewith corn and vegetables

Süleyman AteşKi onunla çıkaralım: Dane(ler), bitki(ler)

Saheeh InternationalThat We may bring forth thereby grain and vegetation

Yusuf AliAnd gardens of luxurious growth

Süleyman AteşVe (ağaçları) birbirine sarmaş dolaş bahçeler

Saheeh InternationalAnd gardens of entwined growth

Yusuf AliVerily the Day of Sorting out is a thing appointed

Süleyman AteşMuhakkak ki (haklının, haksızın ayırdedileceği) hüküm günü, belirlenmiş bir vakittir

Saheeh InternationalIndeed, the Day of Judgement is an appointed time

Yusuf AliThe Day that the Trumpet shall be sounded, and ye shall come forth in crowds

Süleyman AteşO gün Sur'a üflenir, bölük bölük gelirsiniz

Saheeh InternationalThe Day the Horn is blown and you will come forth in multitudes

Yusuf AliAnd the heavens shall be opened as if there were doors

Süleyman AteşGök açılmış, kapı kapı olmuştur

Saheeh InternationalAnd the heaven is opened and will become gateways

Yusuf AliAnd the mountains shall vanish, as if they were a mirage

Süleyman AteşDağlar yürütülmüş, bir serab olmuştur

Saheeh InternationalAnd the mountains are removed and will be [but] a mirage

Yusuf AliTruly Hell is as a place of ambush

Süleyman AteşCehennem de gözetleme yeri olmuş(suçluları gözetleyip durmakta)dır

Saheeh InternationalIndeed, Hell has been lying in wait

Yusuf AliFor the transgressors a place of destination

Süleyman AteşAzgınların varacağı yerdir

Saheeh InternationalFor the transgressors, a place of return

Yusuf AliThey will dwell therein for ages

Süleyman AteşOrada çağlar boyu kalacalardır

Saheeh InternationalIn which they will remain for ages [unending]

Yusuf AliNothing cool shall they taste therein, nor any drink

Süleyman AteşOrada ne bir serinlik, ne de içilecek bir şey tadarlar

Saheeh InternationalThey will not taste therein [any] coolness or drink

Yusuf AliSave a boiling fluid and a fluid, dark, murky, intensely cold

Süleyman AteşYalnız kaynar su ve irin (içerler)

Saheeh InternationalExcept scalding water and [foul] purulence

Yusuf AliA fitting recompense (for them)

Süleyman AteşYaptıklarına uygun bir ceza olarak

Saheeh InternationalAn appropriate recompense

Yusuf AliFor that they used not to fear any account (for their deeds)

Süleyman AteşÇünkü onlar bir hesap (görüleceğini) ummuyorlardı

Saheeh InternationalIndeed, they were not expecting an account

Yusuf AliBut they (impudently) treated Our Signs as false

Süleyman AteşAyetlerimizi de tamamen yalanlamışlardı

Saheeh InternationalAnd denied Our verses with [emphatic] denial

Yusuf AliAnd all things have We preserved on record

Süleyman AteşBiz de her şeyi sayıp yazmıştık

Saheeh InternationalBut all things We have enumerated in writing

Yusuf AliSo taste ye (the fruits of your deeds); for no increase shall We grant you, except in Punishment

Süleyman AteşŞimdi tadın (yaptıklarınızın tadını), artık size azabdan başka bir şey artırmayacağız! So taste (of that which ye have earned). No increase do We give you save of torment

Saheeh InternationalSo taste [the penalty], and never will We increase you except in torment

Yusuf AliVerily for the Righteous there will be a fulfilment of (the heart's) desires

Saheeh InternationalIndeed, for the righteous is attainment

Yusuf AliGardens enclosed, and grapevines

Saheeh InternationalGardens and grapevines

Yusuf AliCompanions of equal age

Süleyman AteşGöğüsleri tomurcuklanmış yaşıt kızlar

Saheeh InternationalAnd full-breasted [companions] of equal age

Yusuf AliAnd a cup full (to the brim)

Süleyman AteşVe dolu kadeh(ler)

Saheeh InternationalAnd a full cup

Yusuf AliNo vanity shall they hear therein, nor Untruth

Süleyman AteşOrada ne boş söz ne de yalan işitirler

Saheeh InternationalNo ill speech will they hear therein or any falsehood

Yusuf AliRecompense from thy Lord, a gift, (amply) sufficient

Süleyman AteşRabbinden bir karşılık, yeterli bir bağış olarak

Saheeh International[As] reward from your Lord, [a generous] gift [made due by] account

Yusuf Ali(From) the Lord of the heavens and the earth, and all between, (God) Most Gracious: None shall have power to argue with Him

Saheeh International[From] the Lord of the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them, the Most Merciful. They possess not from Him [authority for] speech

Yusuf AliThe Day that the Spirit and the angels will stand forth in ranks, none shall speak except any who is permitted by (God) Most Gracious, and He will say what is right

Süleyman AteşO gün Ruh ve melekler, sıra sıra dururlar. Ancak Rahman'ın izin verdiği konuşabilir, o da doğruyu söyler

Saheeh InternationalThe Day that the Spirit and the angels will stand in rows, they will not speak except for one whom the Most Merciful permits, and he will say what is correct

Yusuf AliThat Day will be the sure Reality: Therefore, whoso will, let him take a (straight) return to his Lord

Süleyman Ateşİşte bu, hak günüdür. Artık dileyen, Rabbine varan bir yol tutar

Saheeh InternationalThat is the True Day; so he who wills may take to his Lord a [way of] return

Yusuf AliVerily, We have warned you of a Penalty near, the Day when man will see (the deeds) which his hands have sent forth, and the Unbeliever will say, "Woe unto me! Would that I were (metre) dust

Süleyman AteşBiz sizi yakın bir azab ile uyardık. O gün kişi, ellerinin (yapıp) öne sürdüğü işlere bakar ve kafir: "Keşke ben, toprak olsaydım!" der

Saheeh InternationalIndeed, We have warned you of a near punishment on the Day when a man will observe what his hands have put forth and the disbeliever will say, "Oh, I wish that I were dust
