Yusuf Ali(It is) the Star of piercing brightness

Saheeh InternationalIt is the piercing star

Ali BulaçÜzerinde gözetleyici-koruyucu bulunmayan hiçbir nefis (kimse) yoktur

Yusuf AliThere is no soul but has a protector over it

Saheeh InternationalThere is no soul but that it has over it a protector

Ali Bulaçİnsan bir baksın, hangi şeyden yaratıldı

Yusuf AliNow let man but think from what he is created

Saheeh InternationalSo let man observe from what he was created

Ali BulaçDökülüp atılan bir sudan yaratıldı

Yusuf AliHe is created from a drop emitted

Saheeh InternationalHe was created from a fluid, ejected

Ali Bulaç(Bu su,) Bel kemiği ile kaburgalar arasında(ki organlar)dan çıkar

Yusuf AliProceeding from between the backbone and the ribs

Saheeh InternationalEmerging from between the backbone and the ribs

Ali BulaçŞüphesiz (Allah), onu yeniden-döndürmeye güç yetirendir

Yusuf AliSurely (God) is able to bring him back (to life)

Saheeh InternationalIndeed, Allah, to return him [to life], is Able

Ali BulaçSırların orta yere çıkarılacağı gün

Yusuf AliThe Day that (all) things secret will be tested

Saheeh InternationalThe Day when secrets will be put on trial

Ali BulaçArtık onun ne gücü vardır, ne yardımcısı

Yusuf Ali(Man) will have no power, and no helper

Saheeh InternationalThen man will have no power or any helper

Ali BulaçDönüşlü olan göğe andolsun

Yusuf AliBy the Firmament which returns (in its round)

Saheeh InternationalBy the sky which returns [rain]

Ali BulaçYarılan yere de

Yusuf AliAnd by the Earth which opens out (for the gushing of springs or the sprouting of vegetation)

Saheeh InternationalAnd [by] the earth which cracks open

Ali BulaçŞüphesiz o (Kur'an), ayırdeden bir sözdür

Yusuf AliBehold this is the Word that distinguishes (Good from Evil)

Saheeh InternationalIndeed, the Qur'an is a decisive statement

Ali BulaçO, bir şaka değildir

Yusuf AliIt is not a thing for amusement

Saheeh InternationalAnd it is not amusement

Ali BulaçDoğrusu onlar, hileli bir düzen planlayıp kuruyorlar

Yusuf AliAs for them, they are but plotting a scheme

Saheeh InternationalIndeed, they are planning a plan
