111. Al-Masad سُورَةُ المَسَدِ

Saheeh InternationalMay the hands of Abu Lahab be ruined, and ruined is he

Süleyman AteşEbuleheb'in iki eli kurusun (yok olsun o); zaten yok oldu ya

Yusuf AliPerish the hands of the Father of Flame! Perish he

Saheeh InternationalHis wealth will not avail him or that which he gained

Süleyman AteşNe malı, ne de kazandığı onu (Allah'ın kahrından) kurtaramadı

Yusuf AliNo profit to him from all his wealth, and all his gains

Saheeh InternationalHe will [enter to] burn in a Fire of [blazing] flame

Süleyman AteşAlevli bir ateşe girecektir (o)

Yusuf AliBurnt soon will he be in a Fire of Blazing Flame

Saheeh InternationalAnd his wife [as well] - the carrier of firewood

Süleyman AteşKarısı da, odun hamalı olarak

Yusuf AliHis wife shall carry the (crackling) wood - As fuel

Saheeh InternationalAround her neck is a rope of [twisted] fiber

Süleyman AteşBoynunda hurma lifinden bir ip olacaktır

Yusuf AliA twisted rope of palm-leaf fibre round her (own) neck
