74:1
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلۡمُدَّثِّرُ
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا
ey
ٱلْمُدَّثِّرُ
örtüsüne bürünen

Saheeh InternationalO you who covers himself [with a garment]

74:2
قُمۡ فَأَنذِرۡ
قُمْ
kalk
فَأَنذِرْ
ve uyar

Saheeh InternationalArise and warn

74:3
وَرَبَّكَ فَكَبِّرۡ
وَرَبَّكَ
ve Rabbini
فَكَبِّرْ
tekbir et

Saheeh InternationalAnd your Lord glorify

74:4
وَثِيَابَكَ فَطَهِّرۡ
وَثِيَابَكَ
ve elbiseni
فَطَهِّرْ
temizle

Saheeh InternationalAnd your clothing purify

74:5
وَٱلرُّجۡزَ فَٱهۡجُرۡ
وَٱلرُّجْزَ
ve pislikten
فَٱهْجُرْ
kaçın

Saheeh InternationalAnd uncleanliness avoid

74:6 📚 5
وَلَا تَمۡنُن تَسۡتَكۡثِرُ
وَلَا
ve
تَمْنُن
başa kakma
تَسْتَكْثِرُ
verdiğini çok bularak

Saheeh InternationalAnd do not confer favor to acquire more

74:7
وَلِرَبِّكَ فَٱصۡبِرۡ
وَلِرَبِّكَ
ve Rabbin için
فَٱصْبِرْ
sabret

Saheeh InternationalBut for your Lord be patient

74:8 📚 8
فَإِذَا نُقِرَ فِي ٱلنَّاقُورِ
فَإِذَا
zaman
نُقِرَ
üflendiği
فِى
Sur'a (boruya)
ٱلنَّاقُورِ
the trumpet

Saheeh InternationalAnd when the trumpet is blown

74:9
فَذَٰلِكَ يَوۡمَئِذࣲ يَوۡمٌ عَسِيرٌ
فَذَٰلِكَ
işte
يَوْمَئِذٍۢ
o gün
يَوْمٌ
bir gündür
عَسِيرٌ
çetin

Saheeh InternationalThat Day will be a difficult day

74:10
عَلَى ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ غَيۡرُ يَسِيرࣲ‏
عَلَى
için
ٱلْكَـٰفِرِينَ
kafirler
غَيْرُ
değildir
يَسِيرٍۢ
kolay

Saheeh InternationalFor the disbelievers - not easy

74:11
ذَرۡنِي وَمَنۡ خَلَقۡتُ وَحِيدࣰ ا
ذَرْنِى
beni yalnız bırak
وَمَنْ
ve adamı
خَلَقْتُ
yarattığım
وَحِيدًۭا
tek olarak

Saheeh InternationalLeave Me with the one I created alone

74:12
وَجَعَلۡتُ لَهُۥ مَالࣰ ا مَّمۡدُودࣰ ا
وَجَعَلْتُ
ve verdim
لَهُۥ
ona
مَالًۭا
mal
مَّمْدُودًۭا
uzun boylu

Saheeh InternationalAnd to whom I granted extensive wealth

74:13
وَبَنِينَ شُهُودࣰ ا
وَبَنِينَ
ve oğullar
شُهُودًۭا
göz önünde

Saheeh InternationalAnd children present [with him]

74:14
وَمَهَّدتُّ لَهُۥ تَمۡهِيدࣰ ا
وَمَهَّدتُّ
ve döşedim
لَهُۥ
kendisine
تَمْهِيدًۭا
bir döşeyişle

Saheeh InternationalAnd spread [everything] before him, easing [his life]

74:15
ثُمَّ يَطۡمَعُ أَنۡ أَزِيدَ
ثُمَّ
sonra
يَطْمَعُ
hırsla ister
أَنْ
daha da artırmamı
أَزِيدَ
I (should) add more

Saheeh InternationalThen he desires that I should add more

74:16
كَلَّآۖ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ لِأٓيَٰتِنَا عَنِيدࣰ ا
كَلَّآ ۖ
hayır
إِنَّهُۥ
çünkü o
كَانَ
oldu
لِـَٔايَـٰتِنَا
bizim ayetlerimize karşı
عَنِيدًۭا
bir inatçı

Saheeh InternationalNo! Indeed, he has been toward Our verses obstinate

74:17
سَأُرۡهِقُهُۥ صَعُودًا
سَأُرْهِقُهُۥ
onu sardıracağım
صَعُودًا
dimdik bir yokuşa

Saheeh InternationalI will cover him with arduous torment

74:18
إِنَّهُۥ فَكَّرَ وَقَدَّرَ
إِنَّهُۥ
zira o
فَكَّرَ
düşündü
وَقَدَّرَ
ölçtü biçti

Saheeh InternationalIndeed, he thought and deliberated

74:19
فَقُتِلَ كَيۡفَ قَدَّرَ
فَقُتِلَ
kahrolası
كَيْفَ
nasıl da
قَدَّرَ
ölçtü biçti

Saheeh InternationalSo may he be destroyed [for] how he deliberated

74:20
ثُمَّ قُتِلَ كَيۡفَ قَدَّرَ
ثُمَّ
sonra
قُتِلَ

كَيْفَ
nasıl
قَدَّرَ
ölçtü biçti

Saheeh InternationalThen may he be destroyed [for] how he deliberated

74:21
ثُمَّ نَظَرَ
ثُمَّ

Saheeh InternationalThen he considered [again]

74:22
ثُمَّ عَبَسَ وَبَسَرَ
ثُمَّ
sonra
عَبَسَ
surat astı
وَبَسَرَ
kaşlarını çattı

Saheeh InternationalThen he frowned and scowled

74:23
ثُمَّ أَدۡبَرَ وَٱسۡتَكۡبَرَ
ثُمَّ
sonra
أَدْبَرَ
arkasını döndü
وَٱسْتَكْبَرَ
ve böbürlendi

Saheeh InternationalThen he turned back and was arrogant

74:24
فَقَالَ إِنۡ هَٰذَآ إِلَّا سِحۡرࣱ يُؤۡثَرُ
فَقَالَ
sonra dedi
إِنْ
değildir
هَـٰذَآ
bu
إِلَّا
başka bir şey
سِحْرٌۭ
bir büyü(den)
يُؤْثَرُ
rivayet edilip öğretilen

Saheeh InternationalAnd said, "This is not but magic imitated [from others]

74:25 📚 3
إِنۡ هَٰذَآ إِلَّا قَوۡلُ ٱلۡبَشَرِ
إِنْ
değildir
هَـٰذَآ
bu
إِلَّا
başka bir şey
قَوْلُ
sözü(nden)
ٱلْبَشَرِ
bir insan

Saheeh InternationalThis is not but the word of a human being

74:26
سَأُصۡلِيهِ سَقَرَ
سَأُصْلِيهِ
onu sokacağım
سَقَرَ
Sekar'a

Saheeh InternationalI will drive him into Saqar

74:27
وَمَآ أَدۡرَىٰكَ مَا سَقَرُ
وَمَآ
ve
أَدْرَىٰكَ
sen nereden bileceksin?
مَا
ne olduğunu
سَقَرُ
Sekar'ın

Saheeh InternationalAnd what can make you know what is Saqar

74:28 📚 5
لَا تُبۡقِي وَلَا تَذَرُ
لَا
geriye bir şey komaz
تُبْقِى
it lets remain
وَلَا
ve ne de
تَذَرُ
bırakmaz

Saheeh InternationalIt lets nothing remain and leaves nothing [unburned]

74:29
لَوَّاحَةࣱ لِّلۡبَشَرِ
لَوَّاحَةٌۭ
yakar kavurur
لِّلْبَشَرِ
insanı

Saheeh InternationalBlackening the skins

74:30 📚 4
عَلَيۡهَا تِسۡعَةَ عَشَرَ
عَلَيْهَا
üzerinde vardır
تِسْعَةَ
(on)dokuz
عَشَرَ
on(dokuz)

Saheeh InternationalOver it are nineteen [angels]

74:31 📚 3
وَمَا جَعَلۡنَآ أَصۡحَٰبَ ٱلنَّارِ إِلَّا مَلَٰٓئِكَةࣰۖ وَمَا جَعَلۡنَا عِدَّتَهُمۡ إِلَّا فِتۡنَةࣰ لِّلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ لِيَسۡتَيۡقِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ وَيَزۡدَادَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓاْ إِيمَٰنࣰ ا وَلَا يَرۡتَابَ ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ وَٱلۡمُؤۡمِنُونَ وَلِيَقُولَ ٱلَّذِينَ فِي قُلُوبِهِم مَّرَضࣱ وَٱلۡكَٰفِرُونَ مَاذَآ أَرَادَ ٱللَّهُ بِهَٰذَا مَثَلࣰ اۚ كَذَٰلِكَ يُضِلُّ ٱللَّهُ مَن يَشَآءُ وَيَهۡدِي مَن يَشَآءُۚ وَمَا يَعۡلَمُ جُنُودَ رَبِّكَ إِلَّا هُوَۚ وَمَا هِيَ إِلَّا ذِكۡرَىٰ لِلۡبَشَرِ
وَمَا
ve
جَعَلْنَآ
biz yapmadık
أَصْحَـٰبَ
muhafızları
ٱلنَّارِ
cehennemin
إِلَّا
başkasını
مَلَـٰٓئِكَةًۭ ۙ
meleklerden
وَمَا
ve
جَعَلْنَا
yapmadık
عِدَّتَهُمْ
onların sayısını
إِلَّا
başka bir şey
فِتْنَةًۭ
bir sınavdan
لِّلَّذِينَ
için
كَفَرُوا۟
inkar edenler;
لِيَسْتَيْقِنَ
iyice inansın diye
ٱلَّذِينَ
olanlar
أُوتُوا۟
kendilerine verilmiş
ٱلْكِتَـٰبَ
Kitap
وَيَزْدَادَ
ve artsın diye
ٱلَّذِينَ
inananların
ءَامَنُوٓا۟
believe
إِيمَـٰنًۭا ۙ
imanı
وَلَا
ve
يَرْتَابَ
kuşkulanmasınlar
ٱلَّذِينَ
olanlar
أُوتُوا۟
verilmiş
ٱلْكِتَـٰبَ
Kitap
وَٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَ ۙ
ve inananlar
وَلِيَقُولَ
ve desinler diye
ٱلَّذِينَ
kimseler
فِى
bulunan
قُلُوبِهِم
kalblerinde
مَّرَضٌۭ
hastalık
وَٱلْكَـٰفِرُونَ
ve kafirler
مَاذَآ
ne?
أَرَادَ
demek istedi
ٱللَّهُ
Allah
بِهَـٰذَا
bu
مَثَلًۭا ۚ
misalle
كَذَٰلِكَ
böylece
يُضِلُّ
şaşırtır
ٱللَّهُ
Allah
مَن
kimseyi
يَشَآءُ
dilediği
وَيَهْدِى
ve doğru yola iletir
مَن
kimseyi
يَشَآءُ ۚ
dilediği
وَمَا
ve
يَعْلَمُ
bilmez
جُنُودَ
ordularını
رَبِّكَ
Rabbinin
إِلَّا
başkası
هُوَ ۚ
O'ndan
وَمَا
ve değildir
هِىَ
bu
إِلَّا
başka bir şey
ذِكْرَىٰ
bir uyarı(dan)
لِلْبَشَرِ
insanlara

Saheeh InternationalAnd We have not made the keepers of the Fire except angels. And We have not made their number except as a trial for those who disbelieve - that those who were given the Scripture will be convinced and those who have believed will increase in faith and those who were given the Scripture and the believers will not doubt and that those in whose hearts is hypocrisy and the disbelievers will say, "What does Allah intend by this as an example?" Thus does Allah leave astray whom He wills and guides whom He wills. And none knows the soldiers of your Lord except Him. And mention of the Fire is not but a reminder to humanity

74:32
كَلَّا وَٱلۡقَمَرِ
كَلَّا
hayır
وَٱلْقَمَرِ
andolsun Aya

Saheeh InternationalNo! By the moon

74:33
وَٱلَّيۡلِ إِذۡ أَدۡبَرَ
وَٱلَّيْلِ
ve geceye
إِذْ
dönüp gitmekte olan
أَدْبَرَ
it departs

Saheeh InternationalAnd [by] the night when it departs

74:34 📚 1
وَٱلصُّبۡحِ إِذَآ أَسۡفَرَ
وَٱلصُّبْحِ
ve sabaha
إِذَآ
ağardığında
أَسْفَرَ
it brightens

Saheeh InternationalAnd [by] the morning when it brightens

74:35 📚 2
إِنَّهَا لَإِحۡدَى ٱلۡكُبَرِ
إِنَّهَا
şüphesiz ki o
لَإِحْدَى
biridir
ٱلْكُبَرِ
büyüklerden

Saheeh InternationalIndeed, the Fire is of the greatest [afflictions]

74:36
نَذِيرࣰ ا لِّلۡبَشَرِ
نَذِيرًۭا
uyarıcıdır
لِّلْبَشَرِ
insanlar için

Saheeh InternationalAs a warning to humanity

74:37 📚 2
لِمَن شَآءَ مِنكُمۡ أَن يَتَقَدَّمَ أَوۡ يَتَأَخَّرَ
لِمَن
kimseler için
شَآءَ
dileyen
مِنكُمْ
sizden
أَن
ileri gitmek
يَتَقَدَّمَ
proceed
أَوْ
veya
يَتَأَخَّرَ
geri kalmak

Saheeh InternationalTo whoever wills among you to proceed or stay behind

74:38 📚 7
كُلُّ نَفۡسِۭ بِمَا كَسَبَتۡ رَهِينَةٌ
كُلُّ
her
نَفْسٍۭ
can
بِمَا
kazandığıyle
كَسَبَتْ
it has earned
رَهِينَةٌ
rehin alınmıştır

Saheeh InternationalEvery soul, for what it has earned, will be retained

74:39
إِلَّآ أَصۡحَٰبَ ٱلۡيَمِينِ
إِلَّآ
yalnız hariçtir
أَصْحَـٰبَ
adamları
ٱلْيَمِينِ
sağın

Saheeh InternationalExcept the companions of the right

74:40
فِي جَنَّٰتࣲ يَتَسَآءَلُونَ
فِى
içinde
جَنَّـٰتٍۢ
cennetler
يَتَسَآءَلُونَ
soruyorlar

Saheeh International[Who will be] in gardens, questioning each other

74:41
عَنِ ٱلۡمُجۡرِمِينَ
عَنِ
suçluların
ٱلْمُجْرِمِينَ
the criminals

Saheeh InternationalAbout the criminals

74:42 📚 6
مَا سَلَكَكُمۡ فِي سَقَرَ
مَا
nedir?
سَلَكَكُمْ
sizi sürükleyen
فِى
içine
سَقَرَ
yakıcı ateş

Saheeh International[And asking them], "What put you into Saqar

74:43 📚 7
قَالُواْ لَمۡ نَكُ مِنَ ٱلۡمُصَلِّينَ
قَالُوا۟
dediler ki
لَمْ
biz olmadık
نَكُ
we were
مِنَ
namaz kılanlardan
ٱلْمُصَلِّينَ
those who prayed

Saheeh InternationalThey will say, "We were not of those who prayed

74:44 📚 1
وَلَمۡ نَكُ نُطۡعِمُ ٱلۡمِسۡكِينَ
وَلَمْ
ve
نَكُ
değildik
نُطْعِمُ
yediren
ٱلْمِسْكِينَ
yoksula

Saheeh InternationalNor did we used to feed the poor

74:45
وَكُنَّا نَخُوضُ مَعَ ٱلۡخَآئِضِينَ
وَكُنَّا
ve biz
نَخُوضُ
dalardık
مَعَ
ile birlikte
ٱلْخَآئِضِينَ
boş şeylere dalanlar

Saheeh InternationalAnd we used to enter into vain discourse with those who engaged [in it]

74:46 📚 2
وَكُنَّا نُكَذِّبُ بِيَوۡمِ ٱلدِّينِ
وَكُنَّا
ve biz
نُكَذِّبُ
yalanlardık
بِيَوْمِ
gününü
ٱلدِّينِ
ceza

Saheeh InternationalAnd we used to deny the Day of Recompense

74:47
حَتَّىٰٓ أَتَىٰنَا ٱلۡيَقِينُ
حَتَّىٰٓ
nihayet
أَتَىٰنَا
bize gelip çattı
ٱلْيَقِينُ
ölüm

Saheeh InternationalUntil there came to us the certainty

74:48
فَمَا تَنفَعُهُمۡ شَفَٰعَةُ ٱلشَّٰفِعِينَ
فَمَا
artık
تَنفَعُهُمْ
onlara fayda vermez
شَفَـٰعَةُ
şefa'ati
ٱلشَّـٰفِعِينَ
şefa'atçilerin

Saheeh InternationalSo there will not benefit them the intercession of [any] intercessors

74:49
فَمَا لَهُمۡ عَنِ ٱلتَّذۡكِرَةِ مُعۡرِضِينَ
فَمَا
ne oluyor ki?
لَهُمْ
onlara
عَنِ
öğütten
ٱلتَّذْكِرَةِ
the Reminder
مُعْرِضِينَ
yüz çeviriyorlar

Saheeh InternationalThen what is [the matter] with them that they are, from the reminder, turning away

74:50
كَأَنَّهُمۡ حُمُرࣱ مُّسۡتَنفِرَةࣱ‏
كَأَنَّهُمْ
sanki onlar gibidir
حُمُرٌۭ
yaban eşekleri
مُّسْتَنفِرَةٌۭ
kaçan

Saheeh InternationalAs if they were alarmed donkeys

74:51 📚 1
فَرَّتۡ مِن قَسۡوَرَةِۭ
فَرَّتْ
ürkmüş
مِن
aslandan
قَسْوَرَةٍۭ
a lion

Saheeh InternationalFleeing from a lion

74:52
بَلۡ يُرِيدُ كُلُّ ٱمۡرِيࣲٕ مِّنۡهُمۡ أَن يُؤۡتَىٰ صُحُفࣰ ا مُّنَشَّرَةࣰ‏
بَلْ
hayır
يُرِيدُ
istiyor
كُلُّ
her
ٱمْرِئٍۢ
kişi
مِّنْهُمْ
onlardan
أَن
kendisine verilmesini
يُؤْتَىٰ
he may be given
صُحُفًۭا
sahifeler
مُّنَشَّرَةًۭ
açılan

Saheeh InternationalRather, every person among them desires that he would be given scriptures spread about

74:53
كَلَّاۖ بَل لَّا يَخَافُونَ ٱلۡأٓخِرَةَ
كَلَّا ۖ
hayır
بَل
bilakis
لَّا
onlar korkmuyorlar
يَخَافُونَ
they fear
ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةَ
ahiretten

Saheeh InternationalNo! But they do not fear the Hereafter

74:54 📚 1
كَلَّآ إِنَّهُۥ تَذۡكِرَةࣱ‏
كَلَّآ
hayır
إِنَّهُۥ
muhakkak o
تَذْكِرَةٌۭ
bir ikazdır

Saheeh InternationalNo! Indeed, the Qur'an is a reminder

74:55 📚 1
فَمَن شَآءَ ذَكَرَهُۥ
فَمَن
kimse
شَآءَ
dileyen
ذَكَرَهُۥ
onu düşünür öğüt alır'

Saheeh InternationalThen whoever wills will remember it

74:56 📚 1
وَمَا يَذۡكُرُونَ إِلَّآ أَن يَشَآءَ ٱللَّهُۚ هُوَ أَهۡلُ ٱلتَّقۡوَىٰ وَأَهۡلُ ٱلۡمَغۡفِرَةِ
وَمَا
ve
يَذْكُرُونَ
onlar öğüt almazlar
إِلَّآ
dışında
أَن
dilemesi
يَشَآءَ
wills
ٱللَّهُ ۚ
Allah
هُوَ
O'dur
أَهْلُ
ehli
ٱلتَّقْوَىٰ
takva
وَأَهْلُ
ve ehli
ٱلْمَغْفِرَةِ
mağfiret

Saheeh InternationalAnd they will not remember except that Allah wills. He is worthy of fear and adequate for [granting] forgiveness
