85. Al-Burooj سُورَةُ البُرُوجِ

Saheeh InternationalBy the sky containing great stars

Ali BulaçBurçları olan göğe andolsun

Yusuf AliBy the sky, (displaying) the Zodiacal Signs

Saheeh InternationalAnd [by] the promised Day

Ali BulaçO vadedilen güne

Yusuf AliBy the promised Day (of Judgment)

Saheeh InternationalAnd [by] the witness and what is witnessed

Ali BulaçŞahid olana (görene) ve şahit olunana (görülene)

Yusuf AliBy one that witnesses, and the subject of the witness

Saheeh InternationalCursed were the companions of the trench

Ali BulaçKahrolsun Ashab-ı Uhdud

Yusuf AliWoe to the makers of the pit (of fire)

Saheeh International[Containing] the fire full of fuel

Ali BulaçTutuşturucu-yakıt dolu o ateş

Yusuf AliFire supplied (abundantly) with fuel

Saheeh InternationalWhen they were sitting near it

Ali BulaçHani kendileri (ateş hendeğinin) çevresinde oturmuşlardı

Yusuf AliBehold! they sat over against the (fire)

Saheeh InternationalAnd they, to what they were doing against the believers, were witnesses

Ali BulaçVe mü'minlere yaptıklarını seyrediyorlardı

Yusuf AliAnd they witnessed (all) that they were doing against the Believers

Saheeh InternationalAnd they resented them not except because they believed in Allah, the Exalted in Might, the Praiseworthy

Ali BulaçOnlardan, yalnızca 'üstün ve güçlü olan,' öğülen Allah'a iman ettiklerinden dolayı intikam alıyorlardı

Yusuf AliAnd they ill-treated them for no other reason than that they believed in God, Exalted in Power, Worthy of all Praise

Saheeh InternationalTo whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth. And Allah, over all things, is Witness

Ali BulaçKi O (Allah), göklerin ve yerin mülkü O'nundur. Allah, herşeyin üzerinde şahid olandır

Yusuf AliHim to Whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth! And God is Witness to all things

Saheeh InternationalIndeed, those who have tortured the believing men and believing women and then have not repented will have the punishment of Hell, and they will have the punishment of the Burning Fire

Ali BulaçGerçek şu ki, mü'min erkeklerle mü'min kadınlara işkence (fitne) uygulayanlar, sonra tevbe etmeyenler; işte onlar için, cehennem azabı vardır ve yakıcı azap onlaradır

Yusuf AliThose who persecute (or draw into temptation) the Believers, men and women, and do not turn in repentance, will have the Penalty of Hell: They will have the Penalty of the Burning Fire

Saheeh InternationalIndeed, those who have believed and done righteous deeds will have gardens beneath which rivers flow. That is the great attainment

Ali BulaçŞüphesiz iman edip salih amellerde bulunanlara gelince; onlar için altından ırmaklar akan cennetler vardır. İşte büyük 'kurtuluş ve mutluluk' budur

Yusuf AliFor those who believe and do righteous deeds, will be Gardens; beneath which rivers flow: That is the great Salvation, (the fulfilment of all desires)

Saheeh InternationalIndeed, the vengeance of your Lord is severe

Ali BulaçDoğrusu, Rabbinin 'zorlu yakalayışı' şiddetlidir

Yusuf AliTruly strong is the Grip (and Power) of thy Lord

Saheeh InternationalIndeed, it is He who originates [creation] and repeats

Ali BulaçÇünkü O, ilkin var eden, (sonra dirilterek) döndürecek olandır

Yusuf AliIt is He Who creates from the very beginning, and He can restore (life)

Saheeh InternationalAnd He is the Forgiving, the Affectionate

Yusuf AliAnd He is the Oft-Forgiving, Full of Loving-Kindness

Saheeh InternationalHonorable Owner of the Throne

Saheeh InternationalEffecter of what He intends

Ali BulaçHer dilediğini yapıp-gerçekleştirendir

Yusuf AliDoer (without let) of all that He intends

Saheeh InternationalHas there reached you the story of the soldiers

Ali BulaçOrduların haberi sana geldi mi

Yusuf AliHas the story reached thee, of the forces

Saheeh International[Those of] Pharaoh and Thamud

Ali BulaçFiravun ve Semud (ordularının)

Yusuf AliOf Pharaoh and the Thamud

Saheeh InternationalBut they who disbelieve are in [persistent] denial

Ali BulaçHayır; inkar edenler, (kesintisiz) bir yalanlama içindedirler

Yusuf AliAnd yet the Unbelievers (persist) in rejecting (the Truth)

Saheeh InternationalWhile Allah encompasses them from behind

Ali BulaçAllah ise, onları arkalarından sarıp-kuşatmıştır

Yusuf AliBut God doth encompass them from behind

Saheeh InternationalBut this is an honored Qur'an
