89. Al-Fajr سُورَةُ الفَجۡرِ
Saheeh InternationalBy the dawn
Süleyman AteşAndolsun fecre (tan yeri ağarmasına)
Yusuf AliBy the break of Day
«والفجر» أي فجر كل يوم.
Saheeh InternationalAnd [by] ten nights
Süleyman AteşOn geceye
Yusuf AliBy the Nights twice five
«وليال عشر» أي عشر ذي الحجة.
Saheeh InternationalAnd [by] the even [number] and the odd
Süleyman AteşÇift'e ve tek'e
Yusuf AliBy the even and odd (contrasted)
«والشفع» الزوج «والوتر» بفتح الواو وكسرها لغتان: الفرد.
Saheeh InternationalAnd [by] the night when it passes
Süleyman AteşGitmekte olan geceye
Yusuf AliAnd by the Night when it passeth away
«والليل إذا يسْر» مقبلا ومدبرا.
Saheeh InternationalIs there [not] in [all] that an oath [sufficient] for one of perception
Süleyman AteşBu( anıla)n (şeyler)de akıl sahibi için bir yemin var, değil mi? (İşte bunlara andolsun ki kafirler mutlaka azaba uğrayacaklardır)
Yusuf AliIs there (not) in these an adjuration (or evidence) for those who understand
«هل في ذلك» القسم «قسمٌ لذي حجر» عقل، وجواب القسم محذوف أي: لتعذبنّ يا كفار مكة.
Saheeh InternationalHave you not considered how your Lord dealt with 'Aad
Süleyman AteşGörmedin mi Rabbin ne yaptı 'Ad(kavmin)e
Yusuf AliSeest thou not how thy Lord dealt with the 'Ad (people)
«ألم ترَ» تعلم يا محمد «كيف فعل ربك بعاد».
Saheeh International[With] Iram - who had lofty pillars
Süleyman AteşSütunlu İrem'e
Yusuf AliOf the (city of) Iram, with lofty pillars
«إرَمَ» هي عاد الأولى، فإرم عطف بيان أو بدل، ومنع الصرف للعلمية والتأنيث «ذات العماد» أي الطول كان طول الطويل منهم أربعمائة ذراع.
Saheeh InternationalThe likes of whom had never been created in the land
Süleyman AteşKi ülkeler arasında onun eşi yaratılmamıştı
Yusuf AliThe like of which were not produced in (all) the land
«التي لم يُخلق مثلها في البلاد» في بطشهم وقوتهم.
Saheeh InternationalAnd [with] Thamud, who carved out the rocks in the valley
Süleyman AteşVadi('l-Kura)da kayaları oya(rak evler yapa)n Semud(kavmin)e
Yusuf AliAnd with the Thamud (people), who cut out (huge) rocks in the valley
«وثمود الذين جابوا» قطعوا «الصخر» جمع صخرة واتخذوها بيوتا «بالواد» وادي القرى.
Saheeh InternationalAnd [with] Pharaoh, owner of the stakes
Süleyman AteşVe kazıklar sahibi Fir'avn'a
Yusuf AliAnd with Pharaoh, lord of stakes
«وفرعون ذي الأوتاد» كان يتد أربعة أوتاد يشد إليها يدي ورجلي من يعذبه.
Saheeh International[All of] whom oppressed within the lands
Süleyman AteşBunlar ülkelerde azmışlardı
Yusuf Ali(All) these transgressed beyond bounds in the lands
«الذين طغوا» تجبروا «في البلاد».
Saheeh InternationalAnd increased therein the corruption
Süleyman AteşOralarda çok kötülük etmişlerdi
Yusuf AliAnd heaped therein mischief (on mischief)
«فأكثروا فيها الفساد» القتل وغيره.
Saheeh InternationalSo your Lord poured upon them a scourge of punishment
Süleyman AteşBu yüzden Rabbin onların üzerine azab kırbacını çarptı
Yusuf AliTherefore did thy Lord pour on them a scourge of diverse chastisements
«فصبَّ عليهم ربك سوط» نوع «عذاب».
Saheeh InternationalIndeed, your Lord is in observation
Süleyman AteşElbette Rabbin gözetleme yerindedir (her an kullarının fiillerini gözetlemektedir)
Yusuf AliFor thy Lord is (as a Guardian) on a watch-tower
«إن ربك لبالمرصاد» يرصد أعمال العباد فلا يفوته منها شيء ليجازيهم عليها.
Saheeh InternationalAnd as for man, when his Lord tries him and [thus] is generous to him and favors him, he says, "My Lord has honored me
Süleyman AteşFakat insan öyledir; Rabbi ne zaman kendisini sınayıp ona ikramda bulunur, ona ni'met verirse: "Rabbim bana ikram etti" der
Yusuf AliNow, as for man, when his Lord trieth him, giving him honour and gifts, then saith he, (puffed up), "My Lord hath honoured me
«فأما الإنسان» الكافر «إذا ما ابتلاه» اختبره «ربه فأكرمه» بالمال وغيره «ونعَّمه فيقول ربي أكرمن».
Saheeh InternationalBut when He tries him and restricts his provision, he says, "My Lord has humiliated me
Süleyman AteşAma Rabbi onu sınayıp rızkını daraltırsa: "Rabbim beni alçalttı (perişan etti)" der
Yusuf AliBut when He trieth him, restricting his subsistence for him, then saith he (in despair), "My Lord hath humiliated me
«وأما إذا ما ابتلاه فقدره» ضيق «عليه رزقه فيقول ربي أهانن».
Saheeh InternationalNo! But you do not honor the orphan
Süleyman AteşHayır, doğrusu siz (Allah'tan ikram bekliyorsunuz ama kendiniz) yetime ikram etmiyorsunuz
Yusuf AliNay, nay! but ye honour not the orphans
«كلا» ردع، أي ليس الإكرام بالغنى والإهانة بالفقر وإنما هو بالطاعة والمعصية، وكفار مكة لا ينتبهون لذلك «بل لا يكرمون اليتيم» لا يحسنون إليه مع غناهم أو لا يعطونه حقه من الميراث.
Saheeh InternationalAnd you do not encourage one another to feed the poor
Süleyman AteşYoksula yedirmeğe teşvik etmiyorsunuz
Yusuf AliNor do ye encourage one another to feed the poor
«ولا يحضون» أنفسهم أو غيرهم «على طعام» أي طعام «المسكين».
Saheeh InternationalAnd you consume inheritance, devouring [it] altogether
Süleyman AteşMirası hırsla yutuyorsunuz
Yusuf AliAnd ye devour inheritance - all with greed
«وتأكلون التراث» الميراث «أكلا لما» أي شديدا، للمهم نصيب النساء والصبيان من الميراث مع نصيبهم منه أو مع مالهم.
Saheeh InternationalAnd you love wealth with immense love
Süleyman AteşMalı pek çok seviyorsunuz
Yusuf AliAnd ye love wealth with inordinate love
«ويحبون المال حبا جما» أي: كثيرا فلا ينفقونه، وفي قراءة بالفوقانية في الأفعال الأربعة.
Saheeh InternationalNo! When the earth has been leveled - pounded and crushed
Süleyman AteşHayır, yer birbiri ardınca sarsılıp dümdüz edildiği zaman
Yusuf AliNay! When the earth is pounded to powder
«كلا» ردع لهم عن ذلك «إذا دكت الأرض دكا دكا» زلزلت حتى ينهدم كل بناء عليها وينعدم.
Saheeh InternationalAnd your Lord has come and the angels, rank upon rank
Süleyman AteşMelekler sıra sıra dizili durumda Rabbin geldiği zaman
Yusuf AliAnd thy Lord cometh, and His angels, rank upon rank
«وجاء ربك» أي أمره «والملك» أي الملائكة «صفا صفا» حال، أي مصطفين أو ذوي صفوف كثيرة.
Saheeh InternationalAnd brought [within view], that Day, is Hell - that Day, man will remember, but what good to him will be the remembrance
Süleyman AteşVe cehennem de getirildiği zaman. İşte o gün insan anlar, ama artık anlamanın kendisine ne yararı var
Yusuf AliAnd Hell, that Day, is brought (face to face),- on that Day will man remember, but how will that remembrance profit him
«وجيء يومئذ بجهنم» تقاد بسبعين ألف زمام كل زمام بأيدي سبعين ألف ملك لها زفير وتغيظ «يومئذ» بدل من إذا وجوابها «يتذكر الإنسان» أي الكافر ما فرط فيه «وأنَّي له الذكرى» استفهام بمعنى النفي، أي لا ينفعه تذكره ذلك.
Saheeh InternationalHe will say, "Oh, I wish I had sent ahead [some good] for my life
Süleyman Ateş(O zaman insan): "Ah, keşke ben bu hayatım için (iyi işler yapıp) gönderseydim!" der
Yusuf AliHe will say: "Ah! Would that I had sent forth (good deeds) for (this) my (Future) Life
«يقول» مع تذكره «يا» للتنبيه «ليتني قدمت» الخير والإيمان «لحياتي» الطيبة في الآخرة أو وقت حياتي في الدنيا.
Saheeh InternationalSo on that Day, none will punish [as severely] as His punishment
Süleyman AteşO gün O'nun yapacağı azabı kimse yapamaz
Yusuf AliFor, that Day, His Chastisement will be such as none (else) can inflict
«فيومئذٍ لا يعذِّب» بكسر الذال «عذابه» أي الله «أحد» أي لا يكله إلى غيره.
Saheeh InternationalAnd none will bind [as severely] as His binding [of the evildoers]
Süleyman AteşVe O'nun vuracağı bağı kimse vuramaz
Yusuf AliAnd His bonds will be such as none (other) can bind
«و» كذا «لا يوثق» بكسر الثاء «وثاقه أحد» وفي قراءة بفتح الذال والثاء فضمير عذابه ووثاقه للكافر والمعنى لا يعذب أحد مثل تعذيبه ولا يوثق مثل إيثاقه.
Saheeh International[To the righteous it will be said], "O reassured soul
Süleyman AteşEy huzura eren nefis
Yusuf Ali(To the righteous soul will be said:) "O (thou) soul, in (complete) rest and satisfaction
«يا أيتها النفس المطمئنة» الآمنة وهي المؤمنة.
Saheeh InternationalReturn to your Lord, well-pleased and pleasing [to Him]
Süleyman AteşRazı edici ve razı edilmiş olarak Rabbine dön
Yusuf AliCome back thou to thy Lord,- well pleased (thyself), and well-pleasing unto Him
«إرجعي إلى ربك» يقال لها ذلك عند الموت، أي إرجعي إلى أمره وإرادته «راضية» بالثواب «مرضية» عند الله بعملك، أي جامعة بين الوصفين وهما حالان ويقال لها في القيامة:
Saheeh InternationalAnd enter among My [righteous] servants
Süleyman Ateş(İyi) Kullarım arasına gir
Yusuf AliEnter thou, then, among My devotees
«فادخلي في» جملة «عبادي» الصالحين.
Saheeh InternationalAnd enter My Paradise
Süleyman AteşCennetime gir
Yusuf AliYea, enter thou My Heaven
«وادخلي جنتي» معهم.
