90. Al-Balad سُورَةُ البَلَدِ

Yusuf AliI do call to witness this City

Saheeh InternationalI swear by this city, Makkah

Süleyman AteşYoo, and içerim bu kente

Yusuf AliAnd thou art a freeman of this City

Saheeh InternationalAnd you, [O Muhammad], are free of restriction in this city

Süleyman AteşKi sen bu şehire girmekte(burada yaşamakta)sın

Yusuf AliAnd (the mystic ties of) parent and child

Saheeh InternationalAnd [by] the father and that which was born [of him]

Süleyman AteşVe (and içerim) doğurucuya ve doğurduğuna ki

Yusuf AliVerily We have created man into toil and struggle

Saheeh InternationalWe have certainly created man into hardship

Süleyman AteşBiz insanı zorluk arasında yarattık

Yusuf AliThinketh he, that none hath power over him

Saheeh InternationalDoes he think that never will anyone overcome him

Süleyman Ateşİnsan, hiç kimsenin kendisine güç yetiremeyeceğini mi sanıyor

Yusuf AliHe may say (boastfully); Wealth have I squandered in abundance

Saheeh InternationalHe says, "I have spent wealth in abundance

Yusuf AliThinketh he that none beholdeth him

Saheeh InternationalDoes he think that no one has seen him

Süleyman AteşKimsenin kendisini görmediğini mi sanıyor

Yusuf AliHave We not made for him a pair of eyes

Saheeh InternationalHave We not made for him two eyes

Süleyman AteşBiz ona vermedik mi: İki göz

Yusuf AliAnd a tongue, and a pair of lips

Saheeh InternationalAnd a tongue and two lips

Süleyman AteşBir dil, iki dudak

Yusuf AliAnd shown him the two highways

Saheeh InternationalAnd have shown him the two ways

Süleyman AteşOna iki tepeyi (anasının iki memesini emmenin veya hayır ve şerrin yolunu) gösterdik

Yusuf AliBut he hath made no haste on the path that is steep

Saheeh InternationalBut he has not broken through the difficult pass

Süleyman AteşFakat o, sarp yokuşa atılamadı

Yusuf AliAnd what will explain to thee the path that is steep

Saheeh InternationalAnd what can make you know what is [breaking through] the difficult pass

Süleyman AteşSarp yokuşun ne olduğunu sen nereden bileceksin

Yusuf Ali(It is:) freeing the bondman

Saheeh InternationalIt is the freeing of a slave

Süleyman AteşBir boynu (kölelik zincirinden) çözmek

Yusuf AliOr the giving of food in a day of privation

Saheeh InternationalOr feeding on a day of severe hunger

Süleyman AteşYahut açlık gününde doyurmaktır

Yusuf AliTo the orphan with claims of relationship

Saheeh InternationalAn orphan of near relationship

Süleyman AteşAkraba olan yetimi

Yusuf AliOr to the indigent (down) in the dust

Saheeh InternationalOr a needy person in misery

Süleyman AteşYahut hiçbir şeyi olmayan yoksulu

Yusuf AliThen will he be of those who believe, and enjoin patience, (constancy, and self-restraint), and enjoin deeds of kindness and compassion

Saheeh InternationalAnd then being among those who believed and advised one another to patience and advised one another to compassion

Süleyman AteşSonra inanıp birbirlerine sabır tavsiye eden ve merhamet tavsiye edenlerden olmak

Yusuf AliSuch are the Companions of the Right Hand

Saheeh InternationalThose are the companions of the right

Süleyman Ateşİşte onlar sağın adamlarıdır (Kitabı sağından verilen uğurlu kişilerdir)

Yusuf AliBut those who reject Our Signs, they are the (unhappy) Companions of the Left Hand

Saheeh InternationalBut they who disbelieved in Our signs - those are the companions of the left

Süleyman AteşAyetlerimizi tanımayanlar ise solun adamlarıdır (Kitabı solundan verilen uğursuz kişilerdir)

Yusuf AliOn them will be Fire vaulted over (all round)

Saheeh InternationalOver them will be fire closed in

Süleyman AteşOnlara (kapıları) üzerlerine kilitlenecek bir ateş vardır
