37:1
وَٱلصَّٰٓفَّٰتِ صَفࣰّ ا

Diyanet İşleri MealiSıra Sıra duran ve önlerindekini sürdükçe süren ve Allah'ı andıkça anan meleklere and olsun ki, sizin Tanrınız birdir; göklerin, yerin ve ikisi arasında bulunanların -doğuların da- Rabbidir

Saheeh InternationalBy those [angels] lined up in rows

Yusuf AliBy those who range themselves in ranks

37:2
فَٱلزَّٰجِرَٰتِ زَجۡرࣰ ا

Diyanet İşleri MealiSıra Sıra duran ve önlerindekini sürdükçe süren ve Allah'ı andıkça anan meleklere and olsun ki, sizin Tanrınız birdir; göklerin, yerin ve ikisi arasında bulunanların -doğuların da- Rabbidir

Saheeh InternationalAnd those who drive [the clouds]

Yusuf AliAnd so are strong in repelling (evil)

37:3
فَٱلتَّٰلِيَٰتِ ذِكۡرًا

Diyanet İşleri MealiSıra Sıra duran ve önlerindekini sürdükçe süren ve Allah'ı andıkça anan meleklere and olsun ki, sizin Tanrınız birdir; göklerin, yerin ve ikisi arasında bulunanların -doğuların da- Rabbidir

Saheeh InternationalAnd those who recite the message

Yusuf AliAnd thus proclaim the Message (of God)

37:4
إِنَّ إِلَٰهَكُمۡ لَوَٰحِدࣱ‏

Diyanet İşleri MealiSıra Sıra duran ve önlerindekini sürdükçe süren ve Allah'ı andıkça anan meleklere and olsun ki, sizin Tanrınız birdir; göklerin, yerin ve ikisi arasında bulunanların -doğuların da- Rabbidir

Saheeh InternationalIndeed, your God is One

Yusuf AliVerily, verily, your God is one

37:5
رَّبُّ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَمَا بَيۡنَهُمَا وَرَبُّ ٱلۡمَشَٰرِقِ

Diyanet İşleri MealiSıra Sıra duran ve önlerindekini sürdükçe süren ve Allah'ı andıkça anan meleklere and olsun ki, sizin Tanrınız birdir; göklerin, yerin ve ikisi arasında bulunanların -doğuların da- Rabbidir

Saheeh InternationalLord of the heavens and the earth and that between them and Lord of the sunrises

Yusuf AliLord of the heavens and of the earth and all between them, and Lord of every point at the rising of the sun

37:6 📚 2
إِنَّا زَيَّنَّا ٱلسَّمَآءَ ٱلدُّنۡيَا بِزِينَةٍ ٱلۡكَوَاكِبِ

Diyanet İşleri MealiŞüphesiz Biz, yakın göğü bir süsle, yıldızlarla süsledik

Saheeh InternationalIndeed, We have adorned the nearest heaven with an adornment of stars

Yusuf AliWe have indeed decked the lower heaven with beauty (in) the stars

37:7
وَحِفۡظࣰ ا مِّن كُلِّ شَيۡطَٰنࣲ مَّارِدࣲ‏

Diyanet İşleri MealiOnu, inatçı her türlü şeytandan koruduk

Saheeh InternationalAnd as protection against every rebellious devil

Yusuf Ali(For beauty) and for guard against all obstinate rebellious evil spirits

37:8 📚 1
لَّا يَسَّمَّعُونَ إِلَى ٱلۡمَلَإِ ٱلۡأَعۡلَىٰ وَيُقۡذَفُونَ مِن كُلِّ جَانِبࣲ‏

Diyanet İşleri MealiOnlar yüce alemi asla dinleyemezler. Her yönden kovularak atılırlar. Onlara sürekli bir azap vardır

Saheeh International[So] they may not listen to the exalted assembly [of angels] and are pelted from every side

Yusuf Ali(So) they should not strain their ears in the direction of the Exalted Assembly but be cast away from every side

37:9
دُحُورࣰ اۖ وَلَهُمۡ عَذَابࣱ وَاصِبٌ

Diyanet İşleri MealiOnlar yüce alemi asla dinleyemezler. Her yönden kovularak atılırlar. Onlara sürekli bir azap vardır

Saheeh InternationalRepelled; and for them is a constant punishment

Yusuf AliRepulsed, for they are under a perpetual penalty

37:10 📚 1
إِلَّا مَنۡ خَطِفَ ٱلۡخَطۡفَةَ فَأَتۡبَعَهُۥ شِهَابࣱ ثَاقِبࣱ‏

Diyanet İşleri MealiHele bir tek söz kapan olsun; delici bir alev onun peşine düşüverir

Saheeh InternationalExcept one who snatches [some words] by theft, but they are pursued by a burning flame, piercing [in brightness]

Yusuf AliExcept such as snatch away something by stealth, and they are pursued by a flaming fire, of piercing brightness

37:11 📚 2
فَٱسۡتَفۡتِهِمۡ أَهُمۡ أَشَدُّ خَلۡقًا أَم مَّنۡ خَلَقۡنَآۚ إِنَّا خَلَقۡنَٰهُم مِّن طِينࣲ لَّازِبِۭ

Diyanet İşleri MealiAllah'a eş koşanlara sor: Kendilerini yaratmak mı daha zordur, yoksa Bizim yarattığımız gökleri yaratmak mı? Aslında Biz kendilerini özlü ve yapışkan çamurdan yaratmışızdır

Saheeh InternationalThen inquire of them, [O Muhammad], "Are they a stronger [or more difficult] creation or those [others] We have created?" Indeed, We created men from sticky clay

Yusuf AliJust ask their opinion: are they the more difficult to create, or the (other) beings We have created? Them have We created out of a sticky clay

37:12 📚 2
بَلۡ عَجِبۡتَ وَيَسۡخَرُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiEvet; sen onlara şaşıyorsun, onlar da seni alaya alıyorlar

Saheeh InternationalBut you wonder, while they mock

Yusuf AliTruly dost thou marvel, while they ridicule

37:13
وَإِذَا ذُكِّرُواْ لَا يَذۡكُرُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiOnlara öğüt verildiğinde öğüt dinlemezler

Saheeh InternationalAnd when they are reminded, they remember not

Yusuf AliAnd, when they are admonished, pay no heed

37:14
وَإِذَا رَأَوۡاْ ءَايَةࣰ يَسۡتَسۡخِرُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiBir mucize gördüklerinde onu eğlenceye alırlar

Saheeh InternationalAnd when they see a sign, they ridicule

Yusuf AliAnd, when they see a Sign, turn it to mockery

37:15
وَقَالُوٓاْ إِنۡ هَٰذَآ إِلَّا سِحۡرࣱ مُّبِينٌ

Diyanet İşleri MealiBu apaçık bir sihirdir; öldüğümüz, toprak ve kemik olduğumuz zaman, önceki babalarımız yahut biz mi dirileceğiz?" derler

Saheeh InternationalAnd say, "This is not but obvious magic

Yusuf AliAnd say, "This is nothing but evident sorcery

37:16
أَءِذَا مِتۡنَا وَكُنَّا تُرَابࣰ ا وَعِظَٰمًا أَءِنَّا لَمَبۡعُوثُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiBu apaçık bir sihirdir; öldüğümüz, toprak ve kemik olduğumuz zaman, önceki babalarımız yahut biz mi dirileceğiz?" derler

Saheeh InternationalWhen we have died and become dust and bones, are we indeed to be resurrected

Yusuf AliWhat! when we die, and become dust and bones, shall we (then) be raised up (again)

37:17
أَوَءَابَآؤُنَا ٱلۡأَوَّلُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiBu apaçık bir sihirdir; öldüğümüz, toprak ve kemik olduğumuz zaman, önceki babalarımız yahut biz mi dirileceğiz?" derler

Saheeh InternationalAnd our forefathers [as well]

Yusuf AliAnd also our fathers of old

37:18
قُلۡ نَعَمۡ وَأَنتُمۡ دَٰخِرُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiDe ki: "Evet hem de zelil ve hakir olarak

Saheeh InternationalSay, "Yes, and you will be [rendered] contemptible

Yusuf AliSay thou: "Yea, and ye shall then be humiliated (on account of your evil)

37:19
فَإِنَّمَا هِيَ زَجۡرَةࣱ وَٰحِدَةࣱ فَإِذَا هُمۡ يَنظُرُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiTek bir çığlık. Hemen bakıp kalırlar

Saheeh InternationalIt will be only one shout, and at once they will be observing

Yusuf AliThen it will be a single (compelling) cry; and behold, they will begin to see

37:20
وَقَالُواْ يَٰوَيۡلَنَا هَٰذَا يَوۡمُ ٱلدِّينِ

Diyanet İşleri MealiŞöyle derler: "Vay bize! İşte bu ceza günüdür

Saheeh InternationalThey will say, "O woe to us! This is the Day of Recompense

Yusuf AliThey will say, "Ah! Woe to us! This is the Day of Judgment

37:21
هَٰذَا يَوۡمُ ٱلۡفَصۡلِ ٱلَّذِي كُنتُم بِهِۦ تُكَذِّبُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiOnlara: "İşte bu, yalanladığınız hüküm günüdür" denir

Saheeh International[They will be told], "This is the Day of Judgement which you used to deny

Yusuf Ali(A voice will say,) "This is the Day of Sorting Out, whose truth ye (once) denied

37:22
۞ٱحۡشُرُواْ ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ وَأَزۡوَٰجَهُمۡ وَمَا كَانُواْ يَعۡبُدُونَ

Diyanet İşleri Mealiİlgililere şöyle emredilir: "Zulmedenleri, onlarla işbirliği edenleri ve Allah'ı bırakıp da taptıklarını derleyin. Onları cehennem yoluna koyun

Saheeh International[The angels will be ordered], "Gather those who committed wrong, their kinds, and what they used to worship

Yusuf AliBring ye up", it shall be said, "The wrong-doers and their wives, and the things they worshipped

37:23
مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ فَٱهۡدُوهُمۡ إِلَىٰ صِرَٰطِ ٱلۡجَحِيمِ

Diyanet İşleri Mealiİlgililere şöyle emredilir: "Zulmedenleri, onlarla işbirliği edenleri ve Allah'ı bırakıp da taptıklarını derleyin. Onları cehennem yoluna koyun

Saheeh InternationalOther than Allah, and guide them to the path of Hellfire

Yusuf AliBesides God, and lead them to the Way to the (Fierce) Fire

37:24
وَقِفُوهُمۡۖ إِنَّهُم مَّسۡـُٔولُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiOnları durdurun; çünkü kendilerinden daha da sorulacaktır

Saheeh InternationalAnd stop them; indeed, they are to be questioned

Yusuf AliBut stop them, for they must be asked

37:25 📚 1
مَا لَكُمۡ لَا تَنَاصَرُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiŞöyle sorulur: "Size ne oldu ki birbirinizle yardımlaşmıyorsunuz

Saheeh International[They will be asked], "What is [wrong] with you? Why do you not help each other

Yusuf AliWhat is the matter with you that ye help not each other

37:26
بَلۡ هُمُ ٱلۡيَوۡمَ مُسۡتَسۡلِمُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiHayır; bugün onların hepsi teslim olmuşlardır

Saheeh InternationalBut they, that Day, are in surrender

Yusuf AliNay, but that day they shall submit (to Judgment)

37:27 📚 3
وَأَقۡبَلَ بَعۡضُهُمۡ عَلَىٰ بَعۡضࣲ يَتَسَآءَلُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiBirbirlerine dönüp soruşurlar

Saheeh InternationalAnd they will approach one another blaming each other

Yusuf AliAnd they will turn to one another, and question one another

37:28
قَالُوٓاْ إِنَّكُمۡ كُنتُمۡ تَأۡتُونَنَا عَنِ ٱلۡيَمِينِ

Diyanet İşleri Mealiİleri gelenlerine: "Doğrusu siz bize sureti hakdan görünürdünüz" derler

Saheeh InternationalThey will say, "Indeed, you used to come at us from the right

Yusuf AliThey will say: "It was ye who used to come to us from the right hand (of power and authority)

37:29
قَالُواْ بَل لَّمۡ تَكُونُواْ مُؤۡمِنِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiOnlar da şöyle derler: "Hayır; siz inanmış kimseler değildiniz

Saheeh InternationalThe oppressors will say, "Rather, you [yourselves] were not believers

Yusuf AliThey will reply: "Nay, ye yourselves had no Faith

37:30
وَمَا كَانَ لَنَا عَلَيۡكُم مِّن سُلۡطَٰنِۭۖ بَلۡ كُنتُمۡ قَوۡمࣰ ا طَٰغِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiBizim sizin üstünüzde bir nüfuzumuz yoktu. Bilakis, azmış bir millettiniz

Saheeh InternationalAnd we had over you no authority, but you were a transgressing people

Yusuf AliNor had we any authority over you. Nay, it was ye who were a people in obstinate rebellion

37:31
فَحَقَّ عَلَيۡنَا قَوۡلُ رَبِّنَآۖ إِنَّا لَذَآئِقُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiBu sebeple, Rabbimizin sözü aleyhimizde gerçekleşti. şüphesiz azabı tadacağız

Saheeh InternationalSo the word of our Lord has come into effect upon us; indeed, we will taste [punishment]

Yusuf AliSo now has been proved true, against us, the word of our Lord that we shall indeed (have to) taste (the punishment of our sins)

37:32
فَأَغۡوَيۡنَٰكُمۡ إِنَّا كُنَّا غَٰوِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiSizi biz azdırmıştık, çünkü kendimiz azgındık

Saheeh InternationalAnd we led you to deviation; indeed, we were deviators

Yusuf AliWe led you astray: for truly we were ourselves astray

37:33
فَإِنَّهُمۡ يَوۡمَئِذࣲ فِي ٱلۡعَذَابِ مُشۡتَرِكُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiO gün hepsi azabda birleşirler

Saheeh InternationalSo indeed they, that Day, will be sharing in the punishment

Yusuf AliTruly, that Day, they will (all) share in the Penalty

37:34
إِنَّا كَذَٰلِكَ نَفۡعَلُ بِٱلۡمُجۡرِمِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiDoğrusu suçlulara böyle yaparız

Saheeh InternationalIndeed, that is how We deal with the criminals

Yusuf AliVerily that is how We shall deal with Sinners

37:35 📚 1
إِنَّهُمۡ كَانُوٓاْ إِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمۡ لَآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا ٱللَّهُ يَسۡتَكۡبِرُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiOnlara: "Allah'tan başka tanrı yoktur" denildiği zaman şüphesiz büyüklenirler

Saheeh InternationalIndeed they, when it was said to them, "There is no deity but Allah," were arrogant

Yusuf AliFor they, when they were told that there is no god except God, would puff themselves up with Pride

37:36
وَيَقُولُونَ أَئِنَّا لَتَارِكُوٓاْ ءَالِهَتِنَا لِشَاعِرࣲ مَّجۡنُونِۭ

Diyanet İşleri MealiDeli bir şair yüzünden tanrılarımızı mı bırakalım?" derlerdi

Saheeh InternationalAnd were saying, "Are we to leave our gods for a mad poet

Yusuf AliAnd say: "What! shall we give up our gods for the sake of a Poet possessed

37:37
بَلۡ جَآءَ بِٱلۡحَقِّ وَصَدَّقَ ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiHayır; o, gerçeği getirmiş ve peygamberleri doğrulamıştı

Saheeh InternationalRather, the Prophet has come with the truth and confirmed the [previous] messengers

Yusuf AliNay! he has come with the (very) Truth, and he confirms (the Message of) the apostles (before him)

37:38
إِنَّكُمۡ لَذَآئِقُواْ ٱلۡعَذَابِ ٱلۡأَلِيمِ

Diyanet İşleri MealiŞüphesiz siz can yakıcı azabı tadacaksınız

Saheeh InternationalIndeed, you [disbelievers] will be tasters of the painful punishment

Yusuf AliYe shall indeed taste of the Grievous Penalty

37:39
وَمَا تُجۡزَوۡنَ إِلَّا مَا كُنتُمۡ تَعۡمَلُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiYaptığınızdan başka birşeyle cezalanmayacaksınız

Saheeh InternationalAnd you will not be recompensed except for what you used to do

Yusuf AliBut it will be no more than the retribution of (the Evil) that ye have wrought

37:40 📚 1
إِلَّا عِبَادَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلۡمُخۡلَصِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiAncak Allah'a içten bağlı kullar bunun dışındadır

Saheeh InternationalBut not the chosen servants of Allah

Yusuf AliBut the sincere (and devoted) Servants of God

37:41
أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ لَهُمۡ رِزۡقࣱ مَّعۡلُومࣱ‏

Diyanet İşleri Mealiİşte bildirilen rızık ve meyveler onlaradır. Nimet cennetlerinde, karşılıklı tahtlar üzerinde kendilerine ikram olunur

Saheeh InternationalThose will have a provision determined

Yusuf AliFor them is a Sustenance determined

37:42
فَوَٰكِهُ وَهُم مُّكۡرَمُونَ

Diyanet İşleri Mealiİşte bildirilen rızık ve meyveler onlaradır. Nimet cennetlerinde, karşılıklı tahtlar üzerinde kendilerine ikram olunur

Saheeh InternationalFruits; and they will be honored

Yusuf AliFruits (Delights); and they (shall enjoy) honour and dignity

37:43
فِي جَنَّٰتِ ٱلنَّعِيمِ

Diyanet İşleri Mealiİşte bildirilen rızık ve meyveler onlaradır. Nimet cennetlerinde, karşılıklı tahtlar üzerinde kendilerine ikram olunur

Saheeh InternationalIn gardens of pleasure

Yusuf AliIn Gardens of Felicity

37:44
عَلَىٰ سُرُرࣲ مُّتَقَٰبِلِينَ

Diyanet İşleri Mealiİşte bildirilen rızık ve meyveler onlaradır. Nimet cennetlerinde, karşılıklı tahtlar üzerinde kendilerine ikram olunur

Saheeh InternationalOn thrones facing one another

Yusuf AliFacing each other on Thrones (of Dignity)

37:45
يُطَافُ عَلَيۡهِم بِكَأۡسࣲ مِّن مَّعِينِۭ

Diyanet İşleri MealiBaş ağrısı vermeyen, sarhoş etmeyen, içenlere zevk bahşeden bembeyaz bir kaynaktan doldurulmuş kadehler sunulur

Saheeh InternationalThere will be circulated among them a cup [of wine] from a flowing spring

Yusuf AliRound will be passed to them a Cup from a clear-flowing fountain

37:46
بَيۡضَآءَ لَذَّةࣲ لِّلشَّٰرِبِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiBaş ağrısı vermeyen, sarhoş etmeyen, içenlere zevk bahşeden bembeyaz bir kaynaktan doldurulmuş kadehler sunulur

Saheeh InternationalWhite and delicious to the drinkers

Yusuf AliCrystal-white, of a taste delicious to those who drink (thereof)

37:47 📚 1
لَا فِيهَا غَوۡلࣱ وَلَا هُمۡ عَنۡهَا يُنزَفُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiBaş ağrısı vermeyen, sarhoş etmeyen, içenlere zevk bahşeden bembeyaz bir kaynaktan doldurulmuş kadehler sunulur

Saheeh InternationalNo bad effect is there in it, nor from it will they be intoxicated

Yusuf AliFree from headiness; nor will they suffer intoxication therefrom

37:48
وَعِندَهُمۡ قَٰصِرَٰتُ ٱلطَّرۡفِ عِينࣱ‏

Diyanet İşleri MealiYanlarında, örtülü yumurta gibi (bembeyaz), bakışlarını da yalnız eşlerine çevirmiş güzel gözlüler vardır

Saheeh InternationalAnd with them will be women limiting [their] glances, with large, [beautiful] eyes

Yusuf AliAnd besides them will be chaste women, restraining their glances, with big eyes (of wonder and beauty)

37:49 📚 3
كَأَنَّهُنَّ بَيۡضࣱ مَّكۡنُونࣱ‏

Diyanet İşleri MealiYanlarında, örtülü yumurta gibi (bembeyaz), bakışlarını da yalnız eşlerine çevirmiş güzel gözlüler vardır

Saheeh InternationalAs if they were [delicate] eggs, well-protected

Yusuf AliAs if they were (delicate) eggs closely guarded

37:50
فَأَقۡبَلَ بَعۡضُهُمۡ عَلَىٰ بَعۡضࣲ يَتَسَآءَلُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiBirbirlerine dönüp sorarlar

Saheeh InternationalAnd they will approach one another, inquiring of each other

Yusuf AliThen they will turn to one another and question one another

37:51
قَالَ قَآئِلࣱ مِّنۡهُمۡ إِنِّي كَانَ لِي قَرِينࣱ‏

Diyanet İşleri Mealiİçlerinden biri şöyle der: "Benim bir dostum vardı, bana: 'Sen de mi, ölüp toprak ve kemik olduğumuz zaman dirilerek ceza göreceğimizi tasdik edenlerdensin?' derdi

Saheeh InternationalA speaker among them will say, "Indeed, I had a companion [on earth]

Yusuf AliOne of them will start the talk and say: "I had an intimate companion (on the earth)

37:52
يَقُولُ أَءِنَّكَ لَمِنَ ٱلۡمُصَدِّقِينَ

Diyanet İşleri Mealiİçlerinden biri şöyle der: "Benim bir dostum vardı, bana: 'Sen de mi, ölüp toprak ve kemik olduğumuz zaman dirilerek ceza göreceğimizi tasdik edenlerdensin?' derdi

Saheeh InternationalWho would say, 'Are you indeed of those who believe

Yusuf AliWho used to say, 'what! art thou amongst those who bear witness to the Truth (of the Message)

37:53
أَءِذَا مِتۡنَا وَكُنَّا تُرَابࣰ ا وَعِظَٰمًا أَءِنَّا لَمَدِينُونَ

Diyanet İşleri Mealiİçlerinden biri şöyle der: "Benim bir dostum vardı, bana: 'Sen de mi, ölüp toprak ve kemik olduğumuz zaman dirilerek ceza göreceğimizi tasdik edenlerdensin?' derdi

Saheeh InternationalThat when we have died and become dust and bones, we will indeed be recompensed

Yusuf AliWhen we die and become dust and bones, shall we indeed receive rewards and punishments

37:54
قَالَ هَلۡ أَنتُم مُّطَّلِعُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiYanındakilere: "Siz onu bilir misiniz?" der

Saheeh InternationalHe will say, "Would you [care to] look

Yusuf Ali(A voice) said: "Would ye like to look down

37:55
فَٱطَّلَعَ فَرَءَاهُ فِي سَوَآءِ ٱلۡجَحِيمِ

Diyanet İşleri MealiBir bakar onu cehennemin ortasında görür

Saheeh InternationalAnd he will look and see him in the midst of the Hellfire

Yusuf AliHe looked down and saw him in the midst of the Fire

37:56
قَالَ تَٱللَّهِ إِن كِدتَّ لَتُرۡدِينِ

Diyanet İşleri MealiOna der ki: "Allah'a and olsun ki, az kalsın beni de mahvedecektin

Saheeh InternationalHe will say, "By Allah, you almost ruined me

Yusuf AliHe said: "By God! thou wast little short of bringing me to perdition

37:57 📚 1
وَلَوۡلَا نِعۡمَةُ رَبِّي لَكُنتُ مِنَ ٱلۡمُحۡضَرِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiEğer Rabbimin lütfu olmasaydı ben de oraya götürülenlerden olurdum

Saheeh InternationalIf not for the favor of my Lord, I would have been of those brought in [to Hell]

Yusuf AliHad it not been for the Grace of my Lord, I should certainly have been among those brought (there)

37:58
أَفَمَا نَحۡنُ بِمَيِّتِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiBirinci ölümden sonra bir daha ölmeyeceğiz değil mi? Azap da görmeyeceğiz ha

Saheeh InternationalThen, are we not to die

Yusuf AliIs it (the case) that we shall not die

37:59
إِلَّا مَوۡتَتَنَا ٱلۡأُولَىٰ وَمَا نَحۡنُ بِمُعَذَّبِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiBirinci ölümden sonra bir daha ölmeyeceğiz değil mi? Azap da görmeyeceğiz ha

Saheeh InternationalExcept for our first death, and we will not be punished

Yusuf AliExcept our first death, and that we shall not be punished

37:60
إِنَّ هَٰذَا لَهُوَ ٱلۡفَوۡزُ ٱلۡعَظِيمُ

Diyanet İşleri Mealiİşte büyük kurtuluş şüphesiz budur

Saheeh InternationalIndeed, this is the great attainment

Yusuf AliVerily this is the supreme achievement

37:61
لِمِثۡلِ هَٰذَا فَلۡيَعۡمَلِ ٱلۡعَٰمِلُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiÇalışanlar bunun için çalışsın

Saheeh InternationalFor the like of this let the workers [on earth] work

Yusuf AliFor the like of this let all strive, who wish to strive

37:62
أَذَٰلِكَ خَيۡرࣱ نُّزُلًا أَمۡ شَجَرَةُ ٱلزَّقُّومِ

Diyanet İşleri MealiKonukluk olarak bu mu iyidir, yoksa zakkum ağacı mı

Saheeh InternationalIs Paradise a better accommodation or the tree of zaqqum

Yusuf AliIs that the better entertainment or the Tree of Zaqqum

37:63
إِنَّا جَعَلۡنَٰهَا فِتۡنَةࣰ لِّلظَّٰلِمِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiBiz o ağacı, zalimler için bir dert yaptık

Saheeh InternationalIndeed, We have made it a torment for the wrongdoers

Yusuf AliFor We have truly made it (as) a trial for the wrong-doers

37:64 📚 1
إِنَّهَا شَجَرَةࣱ تَخۡرُجُ فِيٓ أَصۡلِ ٱلۡجَحِيمِ

Diyanet İşleri MealiO, cehennemin dibinde çıkan bir ağaçtır

Saheeh InternationalIndeed, it is a tree issuing from the bottom of the Hellfire

Yusuf AliFor it is a tree that springs out of the bottom of Hell-Fire

37:65
طَلۡعُهَا كَأَنَّهُۥ رُءُوسُ ٱلشَّيَٰطِينِ

Diyanet İşleri MealiTomurcukları şeytan başı gibidir

Saheeh InternationalIts emerging fruit as if it was heads of the devils

Yusuf AliThe shoots of its fruit-stalks are like the heads of devils

37:66
فَإِنَّهُمۡ لَأٓكِلُونَ مِنۡهَا فَمَالِـُٔونَ مِنۡهَا ٱلۡبُطُونَ

Diyanet İşleri Mealiİşte cehennemlikler bundan yerler, karınlarını onunla doldururlar

Saheeh InternationalAnd indeed, they will eat from it and fill with it their bellies

Yusuf AliTruly they will eat thereof and fill their bellies therewith

37:67
ثُمَّ إِنَّ لَهُمۡ عَلَيۡهَا لَشَوۡبࣰ ا مِّنۡ حَمِيمࣲ‏

Diyanet İşleri MealiSonra, üzerine kaynar su katılmış içki şüphesiz onlar içindir

Saheeh InternationalThen indeed, they will have after it a mixture of scalding water

Yusuf AliThen on top of that they will be given a mixture made of boiling water

37:68 📚 1
ثُمَّ إِنَّ مَرۡجِعَهُمۡ لَإِلَى ٱلۡجَحِيمِ

Diyanet İşleri MealiDoğrusu sonra dönecekleri yer yine cehennemdir

Saheeh InternationalThen indeed, their return will be to the Hellfire

Yusuf AliThen shall their return be to the (Blazing) Fire

37:69
إِنَّهُمۡ أَلۡفَوۡاْ ءَابَآءَهُمۡ ضَآلِّينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiOnlar babalarını şüphesiz sapık kimseler olarak bulmuşlardı

Saheeh InternationalIndeed they found their fathers astray

Yusuf AliTruly they found their fathers on the wrong Path

37:70
فَهُمۡ عَلَىٰٓ ءَاثَٰرِهِمۡ يُهۡرَعُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiÖyleyken yine de onların izlerinden kovalanırcasına koşturuyorlardı

Saheeh InternationalSo they hastened [to follow] in their footsteps

Yusuf AliSo they (too) were rushed down on their footsteps

37:71
وَلَقَدۡ ضَلَّ قَبۡلَهُمۡ أَكۡثَرُ ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiOnlardan önce, evvelki ümmetlerin çoğu, and olsun ki sapıtmıştı

Saheeh InternationalAnd there had already strayed before them most of the former peoples

Yusuf AliAnd truly before them, many of the ancients went astray

37:72 📚 1
وَلَقَدۡ أَرۡسَلۡنَا فِيهِم مُّنذِرِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiAnd olsun ki, içlerine uyarıcılar göndermiştik

Saheeh InternationalAnd We had already sent among them warners

Yusuf AliBut We sent aforetime, among them, (apostles) to admonish them

37:73
فَٱنظُرۡ كَيۡفَ كَانَ عَٰقِبَةُ ٱلۡمُنذَرِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiUyarıldığı halde yola gelmeyenlerin sonunun nasıl olduğuna bir bak

Saheeh InternationalThen look how was the end of those who were warned

Yusuf AliThen see what was the end of those who were admonished (but heeded not)

37:74 📚 1
إِلَّا عِبَادَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلۡمُخۡلَصِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiAllah'ın, O'na içten bağlanan kulları bunun dışındadır

Saheeh InternationalBut not the chosen servants of Allah

Yusuf AliExcept the sincere (and devoted) Servants of God

37:75
وَلَقَدۡ نَادَىٰنَا نُوحࣱ فَلَنِعۡمَ ٱلۡمُجِيبُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiAnd olsun ki, Nuh Bize seslenmişti de duasına ne güzel icabet etmiştik

Saheeh InternationalAnd Noah had certainly called Us, and [We are] the best of responders

Yusuf Ali(In the days of old), Noah cried to Us, and We are the best to hear prayer

37:76
وَنَجَّيۡنَٰهُ وَأَهۡلَهُۥ مِنَ ٱلۡكَرۡبِ ٱلۡعَظِيمِ

Diyanet İşleri MealiOnu ve ailesini büyük sıkıntıdan kurtarmıştık

Saheeh InternationalAnd We saved him and his family from the great affliction

Yusuf AliAnd We delivered him and his people from the Great Calamity

37:77 📚 2
وَجَعَلۡنَا ذُرِّيَّتَهُۥ هُمُ ٱلۡبَاقِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiAncak onun soyunu sürekli kıldık

Saheeh InternationalAnd We made his descendants those remaining [on the earth]

Yusuf AliAnd made his progeny to endure (on this earth)

37:78 📚 2
وَتَرَكۡنَا عَلَيۡهِ فِي ٱلۡأٓخِرِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiSonra gelenler içinde "Alemlerde, Nuh'a selam olsun" diye ona iyi bir ün bıraktık

Saheeh InternationalAnd left for him [favorable mention] among later generations

Yusuf AliAnd We left (this blessing) for him among generations to come in later times

37:79
سَلَٰمٌ عَلَىٰ نُوحࣲ فِي ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiSonra gelenler içinde "Alemlerde, Nuh'a selam olsun" diye ona iyi bir ün bıraktık

Saheeh InternationalPeace upon Noah among the worlds

Yusuf AliPeace and salutation to Noah among the nations

37:80 📚 2
إِنَّا كَذَٰلِكَ نَجۡزِي ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ

Diyanet İşleri Mealiİşte Biz iyi davrananları böyle mükafatlandırırız

Saheeh InternationalIndeed, We thus reward the doers of good

Yusuf AliThus indeed do we reward those who do right

37:81
إِنَّهُۥ مِنۡ عِبَادِنَا ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiDoğrusu o, bizim inanmış kullarımızdandı

Saheeh InternationalIndeed, he was of Our believing servants

Yusuf AliFor he was one of our believing Servants

37:82
ثُمَّ أَغۡرَقۡنَا ٱلۡأٓخَرِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiSonra, diğerlerini suda boğduk

Saheeh InternationalThen We drowned the disbelievers

Yusuf AliThen the rest we overwhelmed in the Flood

37:83
۞وَإِنَّ مِن شِيعَتِهِۦ لَإِبۡرَٰهِيمَ

Diyanet İşleri Mealiİbrahim de şüphesiz O'nun yolunda olanlardandı

Saheeh InternationalAnd indeed, among his kind was Abraham

Yusuf AliVerily among those who followed his Way was Abraham

37:84 📚 1
إِذۡ جَآءَ رَبَّهُۥ بِقَلۡبࣲ سَلِيمٍ

Diyanet İşleri MealiNitekim Rabbine temiz bir kalple geldi

Saheeh InternationalWhen he came to his Lord with a sound heart

Yusuf AliBehold! he approached his Lord with a sound heart

37:85
إِذۡ قَالَ لِأَبِيهِ وَقَوۡمِهِۦ مَاذَا تَعۡبُدُونَ

Diyanet İşleri Mealiİbrahim babasına ve milletine şöyle demişti: "Nelere kulluk ediyorsunuz

Saheeh International[And] when he said to his father and his people, "What do you worship

Yusuf AliBehold! he said to his father and to his people, "What is that which ye worship

37:86
أَئِفۡكًا ءَالِهَةࣰ دُونَ ٱللَّهِ تُرِيدُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiAllah'ı bırakıp uydurma tanrılar mı istiyorsunuz

Saheeh InternationalIs it falsehood [as] gods other than Allah you desire

Yusuf AliIs it a falsehood- gods other than God- that ye desire

37:87
فَمَا ظَنُّكُم بِرَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiAlemlerin Rabbi hakkındaki sanınız nedir

Saheeh InternationalThen what is your thought about the Lord of the worlds

Yusuf AliThen what is your idea about the Lord of the worlds

37:88 📚 1
فَنَظَرَ نَظۡرَةࣰ فِي ٱلنُّجُومِ

Diyanet İşleri Mealiİbrahim yıldızlara bir göz attı ve "Ben rahatsızım" dedi

Saheeh InternationalAnd he cast a look at the stars

Yusuf AliThen did he cast a glance at the Stars

37:89 📚 2
فَقَالَ إِنِّي سَقِيمࣱ‏

Diyanet İşleri Mealiİbrahim yıldızlara bir göz attı ve "Ben rahatsızım" dedi

Saheeh InternationalAnd said, "Indeed, I am [about to be] ill

Yusuf AliAnd he said, "I am indeed sick (at heart)

37:90
فَتَوَلَّوۡاْ عَنۡهُ مُدۡبِرِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiOnu bırakıp gittiler

Saheeh InternationalSo they turned away from him, departing

Yusuf AliSo they turned away from him, and departed

37:91
فَرَاغَ إِلَىٰٓ ءَالِهَتِهِمۡ فَقَالَ أَلَا تَأۡكُلُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiO da onların tanrılarına gizlice yönelip: "Sundukları yiyecekleri yemiyor musunuz? Ne o, konuşmuyor musunuz?" dedi

Saheeh InternationalThen he turned to their gods and said, "Do you not eat

Yusuf AliThen did he turn to their gods and said, "will ye not eat (of the offerings before you)

37:92 📚 1
مَا لَكُمۡ لَا تَنطِقُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiO da onların tanrılarına gizlice yönelip: "Sundukları yiyecekleri yemiyor musunuz? Ne o, konuşmuyor musunuz?" dedi

Saheeh InternationalWhat is [wrong] with you that you do not speak

Yusuf AliWhat is the matter with you that ye speak not (intelligently)

37:93
فَرَاغَ عَلَيۡهِمۡ ضَرۡبَۢا بِٱلۡيَمِينِ

Diyanet İşleri MealiSonunda, üzerlerine yürüyüp kuvvetle vurdu

Saheeh InternationalAnd he turned upon them a blow with [his] right hand

Yusuf AliThen did he turn upon them, striking (them) with the right hand

37:94
فَأَقۡبَلُوٓاْ إِلَيۡهِ يَزِفُّونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiBunun üzerine putperestler koşarak ona geldiler

Saheeh InternationalThen the people came toward him, hastening

Yusuf AliThen came (the worshippers) with hurried steps, and faced (him)

37:95 📚 1
قَالَ أَتَعۡبُدُونَ مَا تَنۡحِتُونَ

Diyanet İşleri Mealiİbrahim onlara şöyle söyledi: "Yonttuğunuz şeylere mi tapıyorsunuz? Oysa sizi de, yonttuklarınızı da Allah yaratmıştır

Saheeh InternationalHe said, "Do you worship that which you [yourselves] carve

Yusuf AliHe said: "Worship ye that which ye have (yourselves) carved

37:96 📚 8
وَٱللَّهُ خَلَقَكُمۡ وَمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ

Diyanet İşleri Mealiİbrahim onlara şöyle söyledi: "Yonttuğunuz şeylere mi tapıyorsunuz? Oysa sizi de, yonttuklarınızı da Allah yaratmıştır

Saheeh InternationalWhile Allah created you and that which you do

Yusuf AliBut God has created you and your handwork

37:97
قَالُواْ ٱبۡنُواْ لَهُۥ بُنۡيَٰنࣰ ا فَأَلۡقُوهُ فِي ٱلۡجَحِيمِ

Diyanet İşleri MealiPutperestler: "Onun için bir yapı yapın da onu oradan ateşin içine atın" dediler

Saheeh InternationalThey said, "Construct for him a furnace and throw him into the burning fire

Yusuf AliThey said, "Build him a furnace, and throw him into the blazing fire

37:98
فَأَرَادُواْ بِهِۦ كَيۡدࣰ ا فَجَعَلۡنَٰهُمُ ٱلۡأَسۡفَلِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiOna düzen kurmak istediler, ama Biz onları altettik

Saheeh InternationalAnd they intended for him a plan, but We made them the most debased

Yusuf Ali(This failing), they then sought a stratagem against him, but We made them the ones most humiliated

37:99 📚 1
وَقَالَ إِنِّي ذَاهِبٌ إِلَىٰ رَبِّي سَيَهۡدِينِ

Diyanet İşleri Mealiİbrahim: "Doğrusu ben Rabbim uğrunda sizi bırakıp gidiyorum; O beni doğru yola eriştirir" dedi

Saheeh InternationalAnd [then] he said, "Indeed, I will go to [where I am ordered by] my Lord; He will guide me

Yusuf AliHe said: "I will go to my Lord! He will surely guide me

37:100
رَبِّ هَبۡ لِي مِنَ ٱلصَّٰلِحِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiRabbim! Bana iyilerden olacak bir çocuk ver" diye yalvardı

Saheeh InternationalMy Lord, grant me [a child] from among the righteous

Yusuf AliO my Lord! Grant me a righteous (son)

37:101
فَبَشَّرۡنَٰهُ بِغُلَٰمٍ حَلِيمࣲ‏

Diyanet İşleri MealiBiz de ona yumuşak huylu bir oğlan müjdeledik

Saheeh InternationalSo We gave him good tidings of a forbearing boy

Yusuf AliSo We gave him the good news of a boy ready to suffer and forbear

37:102 📚 5
فَلَمَّا بَلَغَ مَعَهُ ٱلسَّعۡيَ قَالَ يَٰبُنَيَّ إِنِّيٓ أَرَىٰ فِي ٱلۡمَنَامِ أَنِّيٓ أَذۡبَحُكَ فَٱنظُرۡ مَاذَا تَرَىٰۚ قَالَ يَٰٓأَبَتِ ٱفۡعَلۡ مَا تُؤۡمَرُۖ سَتَجِدُنِيٓ إِن شَآءَ ٱللَّهُ مِنَ ٱلصَّٰبِرِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiÇocuk kendisinin yanısıra yürümeye başlayınca: "Ey oğulcuğum! Doğrusu ben uykuda iken seni boğazladığımı görüyorum, bir düşün, ne dersin?" dedi. "Ey babacığım! Ne ile emrolundunsa yap, Allah dilerse, sabredenlerden olduğumu göreceksin" dedi

Saheeh InternationalAnd when he reached with him [the age of] exertion, he said, "O my son, indeed I have seen in a dream that I [must] sacrifice you, so see what you think." He said, "O my father, do as you are commanded. You will find me, if Allah wills, of the steadfast

Yusuf AliThen, when (the son) reached (the age of) (serious) work with him, he said: "O my son! I see in vision that I offer thee in sacrifice: Now see what is thy view!" (The son) said: "O my father! Do as thou art commanded: thou will find me, if God so wills one practising Patience and Constancy

37:103 📚 3
فَلَمَّآ أَسۡلَمَا وَتَلَّهُۥ لِلۡجَبِينِ

Diyanet İşleri MealiBöylece ikisi de Allah' a teslimiyet gösterip, babası oğlunu alnı üzerine yatırınca Biz: "Ey İbrahim! Rüyayı gerçek yaptın; işte biz iyi davrananları böylece mükafatlandırırız" diye seslendik

Saheeh InternationalAnd when they had both submitted and he put him down upon his forehead

Yusuf AliSo when they had both submitted their wills (to God), and he had laid him prostrate on his forehead (for sacrifice)

37:104
وَنَٰدَيۡنَٰهُ أَن يَٰٓإِبۡرَٰهِيمُ

Diyanet İşleri MealiBöylece ikisi de Allah' a teslimiyet gösterip, babası oğlunu alnı üzerine yatırınca Biz: "Ey İbrahim! Rüyayı gerçek yaptın; işte biz iyi davrananları böylece mükafatlandırırız" diye seslendik

Saheeh InternationalWe called to him, "O Abraham

Yusuf AliWe called out to him "O Abraham

37:105
قَدۡ صَدَّقۡتَ ٱلرُّءۡيَآۚ إِنَّا كَذَٰلِكَ نَجۡزِي ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiBöylece ikisi de Allah' a teslimiyet gösterip, babası oğlunu alnı üzerine yatırınca Biz: "Ey İbrahim! Rüyayı gerçek yaptın; işte biz iyi davrananları böylece mükafatlandırırız" diye seslendik

Saheeh InternationalYou have fulfilled the vision." Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good

Yusuf AliThou hast already fulfilled the vision!" - thus indeed do We reward those who do right

37:106
إِنَّ هَٰذَا لَهُوَ ٱلۡبَلَٰٓؤُاْ ٱلۡمُبِينُ

Diyanet İşleri MealiDoğrusu bu apaçık bir deneme idi

Saheeh InternationalIndeed, this was the clear trial

Yusuf AliFor this was obviously a trial

37:107
وَفَدَيۡنَٰهُ بِذِبۡحٍ عَظِيمࣲ‏

Diyanet İşleri MealiOna fidye olarak büyük bir kurbanlık verdik

Saheeh InternationalAnd We ransomed him with a great sacrifice

Yusuf AliAnd We ransomed him with a momentous sacrifice

37:108 📚 2
وَتَرَكۡنَا عَلَيۡهِ فِي ٱلۡأٓخِرِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiSonra gelenler içinde "İbrahim'e selam olsun" diye ona iyi bir ün bıraktık

Saheeh InternationalAnd We left for him [favorable mention] among later generations

Yusuf AliAnd We left (this blessing) for him among generations (to come) in later times

37:109
سَلَٰمٌ عَلَىٰٓ إِبۡرَٰهِيمَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiSonra gelenler içinde "İbrahim'e selam olsun" diye ona iyi bir ün bıraktık

Saheeh InternationalPeace upon Abraham

Yusuf AliPeace and salutation to Abraham

37:110 📚 2
كَذَٰلِكَ نَجۡزِي ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ

Diyanet İşleri Mealiİşte iyileri böylece mükafatlandırırız

Saheeh InternationalIndeed, We thus reward the doers of good

Yusuf AliThus indeed do We reward those who do right

37:111
إِنَّهُۥ مِنۡ عِبَادِنَا ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiDoğrusu o, inanmış kullarımızdandı

Saheeh InternationalIndeed, he was of Our believing servants

Yusuf AliFor he was one of our believing Servants

37:112
وَبَشَّرۡنَٰهُ بِإِسۡحَٰقَ نَبِيࣰّ ا مِّنَ ٱلصَّٰلِحِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiOna, iyilerden olan İshak'ı peygamber olarak müjdeledik

Saheeh InternationalAnd We gave him good tidings of Isaac, a prophet from among the righteous

Yusuf AliAnd We gave him the good news of Isaac - a prophet,- one of the Righteous

37:113
وَبَٰرَكۡنَا عَلَيۡهِ وَعَلَىٰٓ إِسۡحَٰقَۚ وَمِن ذُرِّيَّتِهِمَا مُحۡسِنࣱ وَظَالِمࣱ لِّنَفۡسِهِۦ مُبِينࣱ‏

Diyanet İşleri MealiKendisini ve İshak'ı mübarek kıldık; ikisinin soyundan iyi olan da vardır, açıktan açığa kendisine yazık eden de vardır

Saheeh InternationalAnd We blessed him and Isaac. But among their descendants is the doer of good and the clearly unjust to himself

Yusuf AliWe blessed him and Isaac: but of their progeny are (some) that do right, and (some) that obviously do wrong, to their own souls

37:114
وَلَقَدۡ مَنَنَّا عَلَىٰ مُوسَىٰ وَهَٰرُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiAnd olsun ki Musa ve Harun'a da iyilikte bulunmuştuk

Saheeh InternationalAnd We did certainly confer favor upon Moses and Aaron

Yusuf AliAgain (of old) We bestowed Our favour on Moses and Aaron

37:115
وَنَجَّيۡنَٰهُمَا وَقَوۡمَهُمَا مِنَ ٱلۡكَرۡبِ ٱلۡعَظِيمِ

Diyanet İşleri Mealiİkisini ve milletlerini büyük bir sıkıntıdan kurtarmıştık

Saheeh InternationalAnd We saved them and their people from the great affliction

Yusuf AliAnd We delivered them and their people from (their) Great Calamity

37:116
وَنَصَرۡنَٰهُمۡ فَكَانُواْ هُمُ ٱلۡغَٰلِبِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiOnlara yardım etmiştik de üstün gelmişlerdi

Saheeh InternationalAnd We supported them so it was they who overcame

Yusuf AliAnd We helped them, so they overcame (their troubles)

37:117
وَءَاتَيۡنَٰهُمَا ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ ٱلۡمُسۡتَبِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiHer ikisine de, apaçık anlaşılan bir Kitap vermiştik

Saheeh InternationalAnd We gave them the explicit Scripture

Yusuf AliAnd We gave them the Book which helps to make things clear

37:118
وَهَدَيۡنَٰهُمَا ٱلصِّرَٰطَ ٱلۡمُسۡتَقِيمَ

Saheeh InternationalAnd We guided them on the straight path

Yusuf AliAnd We guided them to the Straight Way

37:119
وَتَرَكۡنَا عَلَيۡهِمَا فِي ٱلۡأٓخِرِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiSonra gelenler içinde "Musa ve Harun'a selam olsun" diye iyi birer ün bıraktık

Saheeh InternationalAnd We left for them [favorable mention] among later generations

Yusuf AliAnd We left (this blessing) for them among generations (to come) in later times

37:120
سَلَٰمٌ عَلَىٰ مُوسَىٰ وَهَٰرُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiSonra gelenler içinde "Musa ve Harun'a selam olsun" diye iyi birer ün bıraktık

Saheeh InternationalPeace upon Moses and Aaron

Yusuf AliPeace and salutation to Moses and Aaron

37:121 📚 2
إِنَّا كَذَٰلِكَ نَجۡزِي ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiDoğrusu Biz, iyileri böylece mükafatlandırırız

Saheeh InternationalIndeed, We thus reward the doers of good

Yusuf AliThus indeed do We reward those who do right

37:122
إِنَّهُمَا مِنۡ عِبَادِنَا ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ

Diyanet İşleri Mealiİkisi de şüphesiz inanmış kullarımızdandı

Saheeh InternationalIndeed, they were of Our believing servants

Yusuf AliFor they were two of our believing Servants

37:123
وَإِنَّ إِلۡيَاسَ لَمِنَ ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiDoğrusu İlyas da peygamberlerdendir

Saheeh InternationalAnd indeed, Elias was from among the messengers

Yusuf AliSo also was Elias among those sent (by Us)

37:124
إِذۡ قَالَ لِقَوۡمِهِۦٓ أَلَا تَتَّقُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiMilletine: "Allah'a karşı gelmekten sakınmaz mısınız? Biçim verenlerin en iyisi olan, sizin de Rabbiniz, önceki babalarınızın da Rabbi bulunan Allah'ı bırakıp da Baal putuna mı taparsınız?" demişti

Saheeh InternationalWhen he said to his people, "Will you not fear Allah

Yusuf AliBehold, he said to his people, "Will ye not fear (God)

37:125
أَتَدۡعُونَ بَعۡلࣰ ا وَتَذَرُونَ أَحۡسَنَ ٱلۡخَٰلِقِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiMilletine: "Allah'a karşı gelmekten sakınmaz mısınız? Biçim verenlerin en iyisi olan, sizin de Rabbiniz, önceki babalarınızın da Rabbi bulunan Allah'ı bırakıp da Baal putuna mı taparsınız?" demişti

Saheeh InternationalDo you call upon Ba'l and leave the best of creators

Yusuf AliWill ye call upon Baal and forsake the Best of Creators

37:126
ٱللَّهَ رَبَّكُمۡ وَرَبَّ ءَابَآئِكُمُ ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiMilletine: "Allah'a karşı gelmekten sakınmaz mısınız? Biçim verenlerin en iyisi olan, sizin de Rabbiniz, önceki babalarınızın da Rabbi bulunan Allah'ı bırakıp da Baal putuna mı taparsınız?" demişti

Saheeh InternationalAllah, your Lord and the Lord of your first forefathers

Yusuf AliGod, your Lord and Cherisher and the Lord and Cherisher of your fathers of old

37:127
فَكَذَّبُوهُ فَإِنَّهُمۡ لَمُحۡضَرُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiBunun üzerine onu yalanlamışlardı. Allah'ın O'na içten bağlı kulları bir yana, bunların hepsi cehenneme götürüleceklerdi

Saheeh InternationalAnd they denied him, so indeed, they will be brought [for punishment]

Yusuf AliBut they rejected him, and they will certainly be called up (for punishment)

37:128 📚 1
إِلَّا عِبَادَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلۡمُخۡلَصِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiBunun üzerine onu yalanlamışlardı. Allah'ın O'na içten bağlı kulları bir yana, bunların hepsi cehenneme götürüleceklerdi

Saheeh InternationalExcept the chosen servants of Allah

Yusuf AliExcept the sincere and devoted Servants of God (among them)

37:129 📚 2
وَتَرَكۡنَا عَلَيۡهِ فِي ٱلۡأٓخِرِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiSonra gelenler içinde, "İlyas'a selam olsun" diye bir ün bıraktık

Saheeh InternationalAnd We left for him [favorable mention] among later generations

Yusuf AliAnd We left (this blessing) for him among generations (to come) in later times

37:130
سَلَٰمٌ عَلَىٰٓ إِلۡ يَاسِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiSonra gelenler içinde, "İlyas'a selam olsun" diye bir ün bıraktık

Saheeh InternationalPeace upon Elias

Yusuf AliPeace and salutation to such as Elias

37:131 📚 2
إِنَّا كَذَٰلِكَ نَجۡزِي ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiDoğrusu Biz iyileri böylece mükafatlandırırız

Saheeh InternationalIndeed, We thus reward the doers of good

Yusuf AliThus indeed do We reward those who do right

37:132
إِنَّهُۥ مِنۡ عِبَادِنَا ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiO, inanmış kullarımızdandı

Saheeh InternationalIndeed, he was of Our believing servants

Yusuf AliFor he was one of our believing Servants

37:133
وَإِنَّ لُوطࣰ ا لَّمِنَ ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiŞüphesiz Lut da peygamberlerdendir

Saheeh InternationalAnd indeed, Lot was among the messengers

Yusuf AliSo also was Lut among those sent (by Us)

37:134
إِذۡ نَجَّيۡنَٰهُ وَأَهۡلَهُۥٓ أَجۡمَعِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiGeridekiler arasında kalan yaşlı bir kadın dışında, Lut'u ve ailesinin hepsini kurtarmıştık

Saheeh International[So mention] when We saved him and his family, all

Yusuf AliBehold, We delivered him and his adherents, all

37:135
إِلَّا عَجُوزࣰ ا فِي ٱلۡغَٰبِرِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiGeridekiler arasında kalan yaşlı bir kadın dışında, Lut'u ve ailesinin hepsini kurtarmıştık

Saheeh InternationalExcept his wife among those who remained [with the evildoers]

Yusuf AliExcept an old woman who was among those who lagged behind

37:136
ثُمَّ دَمَّرۡنَا ٱلۡأٓخَرِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiSonra diğerlerini yok etmiştik

Saheeh InternationalThen We destroyed the others

Yusuf AliThen We destroyed the rest

37:137 📚 3
وَإِنَّكُمۡ لَتَمُرُّونَ عَلَيۡهِم مُّصۡبِحِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiSabah akşam, onların yerleri üzerinden geçersiniz. Akletmez misiniz

Saheeh InternationalAnd indeed, you pass by them in the morning

Yusuf AliVerily, ye pass by their (sites), by day

37:138
وَبِٱلَّيۡلِۚ أَفَلَا تَعۡقِلُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiSabah akşam, onların yerleri üzerinden geçersiniz. Akletmez misiniz

Saheeh InternationalAnd at night. Then will you not use reason

Yusuf AliAnd by night: will ye not understand

37:139 📚 2
وَإِنَّ يُونُسَ لَمِنَ ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiDoğrusu Yunus da peygamberlerdendir

Saheeh InternationalAnd indeed, Jonah was among the messengers

Yusuf AliSo also was Jonah among those sent (by Us)

37:140 📚 2
إِذۡ أَبَقَ إِلَى ٱلۡفُلۡكِ ٱلۡمَشۡحُونِ

Diyanet İşleri MealiDolu bir gemiye kaçmıştı

Saheeh International[Mention] when he ran away to the laden ship

Yusuf AliWhen he ran away (like a slave from captivity) to the ship (fully) laden

37:141 📚 1
فَسَاهَمَ فَكَانَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُدۡحَضِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiGemide olanlarla karşılıklı kura çekmişti de yenilenlerden olmuştu, bu sebeple denize atılmıştı

Saheeh InternationalAnd he drew lots and was among the losers

Yusuf AliHe (agreed to) cast lots, and he was condemned

37:142
فَٱلۡتَقَمَهُ ٱلۡحُوتُ وَهُوَ مُلِيمࣱ‏

Diyanet İşleri MealiKendini kınarken onu bir balık yutmuştu

Saheeh InternationalThen the fish swallowed him, while he was blameworthy

Yusuf AliThen the big Fish did swallow him, and he had done acts worthy of blame

37:143 📚 8
فَلَوۡلَآ أَنَّهُۥ كَانَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُسَبِّحِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiEğer Allah'ı tesbih edenlerden olmasaydı, tekrar diriltilecek güne kadar balığın karnında kalacaktı

Saheeh InternationalAnd had he not been of those who exalt Allah

Yusuf AliHad it not been that he (repented and) glorified God

37:144 📚 2
لَلَبِثَ فِي بَطۡنِهِۦٓ إِلَىٰ يَوۡمِ يُبۡعَثُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiEğer Allah'ı tesbih edenlerden olmasaydı, tekrar diriltilecek güne kadar balığın karnında kalacaktı

Saheeh InternationalHe would have remained inside its belly until the Day they are resurrected

Yusuf AliHe would certainly have remained inside the Fish till the Day of Resurrection

37:145
۞فَنَبَذۡنَٰهُ بِٱلۡعَرَآءِ وَهُوَ سَقِيمࣱ‏

Diyanet İşleri MealiHalsiz bir halde iken kendisini sahile çıkardık

Saheeh InternationalBut We threw him onto the open shore while he was ill

Yusuf AliBut We cast him forth on the naked shore in a state of sickness

37:146
وَأَنۢبَتۡنَا عَلَيۡهِ شَجَرَةࣰ مِّن يَقۡطِينࣲ‏

Diyanet İşleri MealiOnun için, geniş yapraklı bir bitki yetiştirdik

Saheeh InternationalAnd We caused to grow over him a gourd vine

Yusuf AliAnd We caused to grow, over him, a spreading plant of the gourd kind

37:147
وَأَرۡسَلۡنَٰهُ إِلَىٰ مِاْئَةِ أَلۡفٍ أَوۡ يَزِيدُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiOnu, yüzbin veya daha çok kişiye peygamber olarak gönderdik

Saheeh InternationalAnd We sent him to [his people of] a hundred thousand or more

Yusuf AliAnd We sent him (on a mission) to a hundred thousand (men) or more

37:148
فَـَٔامَنُواْ فَمَتَّعۡنَٰهُمۡ إِلَىٰ حِينࣲ‏

Diyanet İşleri MealiSonunda ona inandılar, bunun üzerine Biz de onları bir süreye kadar geçindirdik

Saheeh InternationalAnd they believed, so We gave them enjoyment [of life] for a time

Yusuf AliAnd they believed; so We permitted them to enjoy (their life) for a while

37:149
فَٱسۡتَفۡتِهِمۡ أَلِرَبِّكَ ٱلۡبَنَاتُ وَلَهُمُ ٱلۡبَنُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiPutperestlere sor, kızlar senin Rabbinin de erkekler onların mı

Saheeh InternationalSo inquire of them, [O Muhammad], "Does your Lord have daughters while they have sons

Yusuf AliNow ask them their opinion: Is it that thy Lord has (only) daughters, and they have sons

37:150
أَمۡ خَلَقۡنَا ٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةَ إِنَٰثࣰ ا وَهُمۡ شَٰهِدُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiYoksa melekleri kız olarak yarattığımızda onlar hazır mı idiler

Saheeh InternationalOr did We create the angels as females while they were witnesses

Yusuf AliOr that We created the angels female, and they are witnesses (thereto)

37:151
أَلَآ إِنَّهُم مِّنۡ إِفۡكِهِمۡ لَيَقُولُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiDikkat edin; doğrusu onlar yalan uydurup söylüyorlar, "Allah doğurdu" diyorlar. Onlar şüphesiz yalancıdırlar

Saheeh InternationalUnquestionably, it is out of their [invented] falsehood that they say

Yusuf AliIs it not that they say, from their own invention

37:152
وَلَدَ ٱللَّهُ وَإِنَّهُمۡ لَكَٰذِبُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiDikkat edin; doğrusu onlar yalan uydurup söylüyorlar, "Allah doğurdu" diyorlar. Onlar şüphesiz yalancıdırlar

Saheeh InternationalAllah has begotten," and indeed, they are liars

Yusuf AliGod has begotten children"? but they are liars

37:153
أَصۡطَفَى ٱلۡبَنَاتِ عَلَى ٱلۡبَنِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiAllah kızları, oğullara tercih mi etmiş

Saheeh InternationalHas He chosen daughters over sons

Yusuf AliDid He (then) choose daughters rather than sons

37:154 📚 2
مَا لَكُمۡ كَيۡفَ تَحۡكُمُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiNe oluyorsunuz? Ne biçim hükmediyorsunuz

Saheeh InternationalWhat is [wrong] with you? How do you make judgement

Yusuf AliWhat is the matter with you? How judge ye

37:155
أَفَلَا تَذَكَّرُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiHiç düşünmez misiniz

Saheeh InternationalThen will you not be reminded

Yusuf AliWill ye not then receive admonition

37:156
أَمۡ لَكُمۡ سُلۡطَٰنࣱ مُّبِينࣱ‏

Diyanet İşleri MealiYoksa apaçık bir deliliniz mi var

Saheeh InternationalOr do you have a clear authority

Yusuf AliOr have ye an authority manifest

37:157
فَأۡتُواْ بِكِتَٰبِكُمۡ إِن كُنتُمۡ صَٰدِقِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiDoğru sözlülerden iseniz, kitabınızı getirin bakalım

Saheeh InternationalThen produce your scripture, if you should be truthful

Yusuf AliThen bring ye your Book (of authority) if ye be truthful

37:158
وَجَعَلُواْ بَيۡنَهُۥ وَبَيۡنَ ٱلۡجِنَّةِ نَسَبࣰ اۚ وَلَقَدۡ عَلِمَتِ ٱلۡجِنَّةُ إِنَّهُمۡ لَمُحۡضَرُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiAllah'la cinler (melekler) arasında da bir soy bağı icadettiler. And olsun ki, cinler de, kendilerinin (bunu söyleyenlerin) hesap yerine götürüleceklerini bilirler

Saheeh InternationalAnd they have claimed between Him and the jinn a lineage, but the jinn have already known that they [who made such claims] will be brought to [punishment]

Yusuf AliAnd they have invented a blood-relationship between Him and the Jinns: but the Jinns know (quite well) that they have indeed to appear (before his Judgment- Seat)

37:159
سُبۡحَٰنَ ٱللَّهِ عَمَّا يَصِفُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiAllah onların vasıflandırmalarından münezzehtir

Saheeh InternationalExalted is Allah above what they describe

Yusuf AliGlory to God! (He is free) from the things they ascribe (to Him)

37:160 📚 1
إِلَّا عِبَادَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلۡمُخۡلَصِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiAllah'ın içten bağlı kulları bunların dışındadır

Saheeh InternationalExcept the chosen servants of Allah [who do not share in that sin]

Yusuf AliNot (so do) the Servants of God, sincere and devoted

37:161
فَإِنَّكُمۡ وَمَا تَعۡبُدُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiSizler ve taptığınız şeyler, cehenneme girecek kimseden başkasını Allah'a karşı azdırıcı değilsiniz

Saheeh InternationalSo indeed, you [disbelievers] and whatever you worship

Yusuf AliFor, verily, neither ye nor those ye worship

37:162
مَآ أَنتُمۡ عَلَيۡهِ بِفَٰتِنِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiSizler ve taptığınız şeyler, cehenneme girecek kimseden başkasını Allah'a karşı azdırıcı değilsiniz

Saheeh InternationalYou cannot tempt [anyone] away from Him

Yusuf AliCan lead (any) into temptation concerning God

37:163
إِلَّا مَنۡ هُوَ صَالِ ٱلۡجَحِيمِ

Diyanet İşleri MealiSizler ve taptığınız şeyler, cehenneme girecek kimseden başkasını Allah'a karşı azdırıcı değilsiniz

Saheeh InternationalExcept he who is to [enter and] burn in the Hellfire

Yusuf AliExcept such as are (themselves) going to the blazing Fire

37:164 📚 3
وَمَا مِنَّآ إِلَّا لَهُۥ مَقَامࣱ مَّعۡلُومࣱ‏

Diyanet İşleri MealiMelekler şöyle derler: "Bizim her birimizin bilinen bir makamı vardır. Şüphesiz biz sıra sıra duranlarız, şüphesiz biz Allah'ı tesbih edenleriz

Saheeh International[The angels say], "There is not among us any except that he has a known position

Yusuf Ali(Those ranged in ranks say): "Not one of us but has a place appointed

37:165 📚 5
وَإِنَّا لَنَحۡنُ ٱلصَّآفُّونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiMelekler şöyle derler: "Bizim her birimizin bilinen bir makamı vardır. Şüphesiz biz sıra sıra duranlarız, şüphesiz biz Allah'ı tesbih edenleriz

Saheeh InternationalAnd indeed, we are those who line up [for prayer]

Yusuf AliAnd we are verily ranged in ranks (for service)

37:166 📚 4
وَإِنَّا لَنَحۡنُ ٱلۡمُسَبِّحُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiMelekler şöyle derler: "Bizim her birimizin bilinen bir makamı vardır. Şüphesiz biz sıra sıra duranlarız, şüphesiz biz Allah'ı tesbih edenleriz

Saheeh InternationalAnd indeed, we are those who exalt Allah

Yusuf AliAnd we are verily those who declare (God's) glory

37:167
وَإِن كَانُواْ لَيَقُولُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiPutperestler: "Öncekilerde olduğu gibi bizde de bir kitap olsaydı, Allah'ın O'na içten bağlanan kulları olurduk" derlerdi

Saheeh InternationalAnd indeed, the disbelievers used to say

Yusuf AliAnd there were those who said

37:168
لَوۡ أَنَّ عِندَنَا ذِكۡرࣰ ا مِّنَ ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiPutperestler: "Öncekilerde olduğu gibi bizde de bir kitap olsaydı, Allah'ın O'na içten bağlanan kulları olurduk" derlerdi

Saheeh InternationalIf we had a message from [those of] the former peoples

Yusuf AliIf only we had had before us a Message from those of old

37:169
لَكُنَّا عِبَادَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلۡمُخۡلَصِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiPutperestler: "Öncekilerde olduğu gibi bizde de bir kitap olsaydı, Allah'ın O'na içten bağlanan kulları olurduk" derlerdi

Saheeh InternationalWe would have been the chosen servants of Allah

Yusuf AliWe should certainly have been Servants of God, sincere (and devoted)

37:170
فَكَفَرُواْ بِهِۦۖ فَسَوۡفَ يَعۡلَمُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiBöyleyken O'nu inkar ettiler. Ama bileceklerdir

Saheeh InternationalBut they disbelieved in it, so they are going to know

Yusuf AliBut (now that the Qur'an has come), they reject it: But soon will they know

37:171 📚 1
وَلَقَدۡ سَبَقَتۡ كَلِمَتُنَا لِعِبَادِنَا ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiAnd olsun ki, peygamber kullarımıza söz vermişizdir

Saheeh InternationalAnd Our word has already preceded for Our servants, the messengers

Yusuf AliAlready has Our Word been passed before (this) to our Servants sent (by Us)

37:172
إِنَّهُمۡ لَهُمُ ٱلۡمَنصُورُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiOnlar şüphesiz yardım göreceklerdir

Saheeh International[That] indeed, they would be those given victory

Yusuf AliThat they would certainly be assisted

37:173
وَإِنَّ جُندَنَا لَهُمُ ٱلۡغَٰلِبُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiBizim ordumuz şüphesiz üstün gelecektir

Saheeh InternationalAnd [that] indeed, Our soldiers will be those who overcome

Yusuf AliAnd that Our forces,- they surely must conquer

37:174
فَتَوَلَّ عَنۡهُمۡ حَتَّىٰ حِينࣲ‏

Diyanet İşleri MealiBir süreye kadar onlara aldırış etme

Saheeh InternationalSo, [O Muhammad], leave them for a time

Yusuf AliSo turn thou away from them for a little while

37:175
وَأَبۡصِرۡهُمۡ فَسَوۡفَ يُبۡصِرُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiOnlara inecek azabı gözetle, onlar da göreceklerdir

Saheeh InternationalAnd see [what will befall] them, for they are going to see

Yusuf AliAnd watch them (how they fare), and they soon shall see (how thou farest)

37:176
أَفَبِعَذَابِنَا يَسۡتَعۡجِلُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiAzabımıza uğramakta acele mi ediyorlar

Saheeh InternationalThen for Our punishment are they impatient

Yusuf AliDo they wish (indeed) to hurry on our Punishment

37:177 📚 1
فَإِذَا نَزَلَ بِسَاحَتِهِمۡ فَسَآءَ صَبَاحُ ٱلۡمُنذَرِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiO azap, yurtlarına indiğinde, uyarılan fakat yola gelmeyenlerin sabahı ne kötü olur

Saheeh InternationalBut when it descends in their territory, then evil is the morning of those who were warned

Yusuf AliBut when it descends into the open space before them, evil will be the morning for those who were warned (and heeded not)

37:178
وَتَوَلَّ عَنۡهُمۡ حَتَّىٰ حِينࣲ‏

Diyanet İşleri MealiBir süreye kadar onlardan yüz çevir

Saheeh InternationalAnd leave them for a time

Yusuf AliSo turn thou away from them for a little while

37:179
وَأَبۡصِرۡ فَسَوۡفَ يُبۡصِرُونَ

Diyanet İşleri Mealiİnecek azabı gözetle, onlar da göreceklerdir

Saheeh InternationalAnd see, for they are going to see

Yusuf AliAnd watch (how they fare) and they soon shall see (how thou farest)

37:180
سُبۡحَٰنَ رَبِّكَ رَبِّ ٱلۡعِزَّةِ عَمَّا يَصِفُونَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiSenin güçlü olan Rabbin, onların vasıflandırmalarından münezzehtir

Saheeh InternationalExalted is your Lord, the Lord of might, above what they describe

Yusuf AliGlory to thy Lord, the Lord of Honour and Power! (He is free) from what they ascribe (to Him)

37:181
وَسَلَٰمٌ عَلَى ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiVe selam, peygamberleredir

Saheeh InternationalAnd peace upon the messengers

Yusuf AliAnd Peace on the apostles

37:182
وَٱلۡحَمۡدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ

Diyanet İşleri MealiHamd de Alemlerin Rabbi Allah'adır

Saheeh InternationalAnd praise to Allah, Lord of the worlds
