87. Al-A'laa سُورَةُ الأَعۡلَىٰ

Saheeh InternationalExalt the name of your Lord, the Most High

Süleyman AteşRabbinin yüce adını tesbih et (O'nun eksikliklerden uzak olduğunu an)

Yusuf AliGlorify the name of thy Guardian-Lord Most High

Saheeh InternationalWho created and proportioned

Süleyman AteşO ki (her şeyi) yarattı, düzenledi

Yusuf AliWho hath created, and further, given order and proportion

Saheeh InternationalAnd who destined and [then] guided

Süleyman AteşVe O ki herşeyin miktarını, biçimini belirleyip hedefini gösterdi

Yusuf AliWho hath ordained laws. And granted guidance

Saheeh InternationalAnd who brings out the pasture

Süleyman AteşVe O ki otlağı çıkardı

Yusuf AliAnd Who bringeth out the (green and luscious) pasture

Saheeh InternationalAnd [then] makes it black stubble

Süleyman AteşSonra da onu kupkuru, siyah bir çöpe çevirdi

Yusuf AliAnd then doth make it (but) swarthy stubble

Saheeh InternationalWe will make you recite, [O Muhammad], and you will not forget

Süleyman AteşSana (Kur'an'ı), okutacağız, unutmayacaksın

Yusuf AliBy degrees shall We teach thee to declare (the Message), so thou shalt not forget

Saheeh InternationalExcept what Allah should will. Indeed, He knows what is declared and what is hidden

Süleyman AteşYalnız Allah'ın dilediğini unutursun. O, açığı da bilir, gizli olanı da

Yusuf AliExcept as God wills: For He knoweth what is manifest and what is hidden

Saheeh InternationalAnd We will ease you toward ease

Süleyman AteşSeni en kolay yola muvaffak edeceğiz

Yusuf AliAnd We will make it easy for thee (to follow) the simple (Path)

Saheeh InternationalSo remind, if the reminder should benefit

Süleyman AteşO halde eğer hatırlatmak yarar verirse hatırlat, öğüt ver

Yusuf AliTherefore give admonition in case the admonition profits (the hearer)

Saheeh InternationalHe who fears [Allah] will be reminded

Süleyman Ateş(Allah'a) Saygılı olan hatırlar (öğüt alır)

Yusuf AliThe admonition will be received by those who fear (God)

Saheeh InternationalBut the wretched one will avoid it

Süleyman AteşBahtsız olan da ondan kaçınır

Yusuf AliBut it will be avoided by those most unfortunate ones

Saheeh International[He] who will [enter and] burn in the greatest Fire

Süleyman AteşO da en büyük ateşe girer

Yusuf AliWho will enter the Great Fire

Saheeh InternationalNeither dying therein nor living

Süleyman AteşSonra orada ne ölür, ne de yaşar

Yusuf AliIn which they will then neither die nor live

Saheeh InternationalHe has certainly succeeded who purifies himself

Süleyman AteşDoğrusu, mutluluğa ermiştir zekat veren

Yusuf AliBut those will prosper who purify themselves

Saheeh InternationalAnd mentions the name of his Lord and prays

Süleyman AteşRabbinin adını anıp namaz kılan

Yusuf AliAnd glorify the name of their Guardian-Lord, and (lift their hearts) in prayer

Saheeh InternationalBut you prefer the worldly life

Süleyman AteşAma siz, şu yakın hayatı yeğliyorsunuz

Yusuf AliDay (behold), ye prefer the life of this world

Saheeh InternationalWhile the Hereafter is better and more enduring

Süleyman AteşOysa ahiret daha iyi ve daha kalıcıdır

Yusuf AliBut the Hereafter is better and more enduring

Saheeh InternationalIndeed, this is in the former scriptures

Süleyman AteşBu (hükümler), elbette ilk sahifelerde de vardı

Yusuf AliAnd this is in the Books of the earliest (Revelation)
