88. Al-Ghaashiya سُورَةُ الغَاشِيَةِ

Saheeh InternationalHas there reached you the report of the Overwhelming [event]

Yusuf AliHas the story reached thee of the overwhelming (Event)

Süleyman Ateş(Şiddet ve dehşetiyle her şeyi) Sarıp kaplayacak olan(o felaket)in haberi sana geldi mi

Saheeh International[Some] faces, that Day, will be humbled

Yusuf AliSome faces, that Day, will be humiliated

Süleyman AteşYüzler var ki o gün öne düşüktür

Saheeh InternationalWorking [hard] and exhausted

Yusuf AliLabouring (hard), weary

Süleyman AteşÇalışır, yorulur

Saheeh InternationalThey will [enter to] burn in an intensely hot Fire

Yusuf AliThe while they enter the Blazing Fire

Süleyman AteşKızgın ateşe girerler

Saheeh InternationalThey will be given drink from a boiling spring

Yusuf AliThe while they are given, to drink, of a boiling hot spring

Süleyman AteşKendilerine kaynamış bir gözeden (su) içirilir

Saheeh InternationalFor them there will be no food except from a poisonous, thorny plant

Yusuf AliNo food will there be for them but a bitter Dhari

Süleyman AteşOnlar için kuru dikenden başka yiyecek de yoktur

Saheeh InternationalWhich neither nourishes nor avails against hunger

Yusuf AliWhich will neither nourish nor satisfy hunger

Süleyman AteşO da ne semirtir, ne de açlığı giderir

Saheeh International[Other] faces, that Day, will show pleasure

Yusuf Ali(Other) faces that Day will be joyful

Yusuf AliAnd at the Mountains, how they are fixed firm

Saheeh InternationalAnd at the earth - how it is spread out

Yusuf AliAnd at the Earth, how it is spread out

Süleyman AteşYere, nasıl yayılıp döşenmiş

Saheeh InternationalSo remind, [O Muhammad]; you are only a reminder

Yusuf AliTherefore do thou give admonition, for thou art one to admonish

Süleyman AteşÖğüt ver, çünkü sen ancak öğüt verensin

Saheeh InternationalYou are not over them a controller

Yusuf AliThou art not one to manage (men's) affairs

Süleyman AteşOnların üzerinde zorlayıcı değilsin

Saheeh InternationalHowever, he who turns away and disbelieves

Yusuf AliBut if any turn away and reject God

Süleyman AteşAncak kim yüz çevirir ve inanmazsa

Saheeh InternationalThen Allah will punish him with the greatest punishment

Yusuf AliGod will punish him with a mighty Punishment

Süleyman AteşAllah ona en büyük azabı eder

Saheeh InternationalIndeed, to Us is their return
