8. Al-Anfaal سُورَةُ الأَنفَالِ
Yusuf AliThey ask thee concerning (things taken as) spoils of war. Say: "(such) spoils are at the disposal of God and the Apostle: So fear God, and keep straight the relations between yourselves: Obey God and His Apostle, if ye do believe
Saheeh InternationalThey ask you, [O Muhammad], about the bounties [of war]. Say, "The [decision concerning] bounties is for Allah and the Messenger." So fear Allah and amend that which is between you and obey Allah and His Messenger, if you should be believers
Yusuf AliFor, Believers are those who, when God is mentioned, feel a tremor in their hearts, and when they hear His signs rehearsed, find their faith strengthened, and put (all) their trust in their Lord
Saheeh InternationalThe believers are only those who, when Allah is mentioned, their hearts become fearful, and when His verses are recited to them, it increases them in faith; and upon their Lord they rely
Yusuf AliWho establish regular prayers and spend (freely) out of the gifts We have given them for sustenance
Saheeh InternationalThe ones who establish prayer, and from what We have provided them, they spend
Yusuf AliSuch in truth are the believers: they have grades of dignity with their Lord, and forgiveness, and generous sustenance
Saheeh InternationalThose are the believers, truly. For them are degrees [of high position] with their Lord and forgiveness and noble provision
Yusuf AliJust as thy Lord ordered thee out of thy house in truth, even though a party among the Believers disliked it
Saheeh International[It is] just as when your Lord brought you out of your home [for the battle of Badr] in truth, while indeed, a party among the believers were unwilling
Yusuf AliDisputing with thee concerning the truth after it was made manifest, as if they were being driven to death and they (actually) saw it
Saheeh InternationalArguing with you concerning the truth after it had become clear, as if they were being driven toward death while they were looking on
Yusuf AliBehold! God promised you one of the two (enemy) parties, that it should be yours: Ye wished that the one unarmed should be yours, but God willed to justify the Truth according to His words and to cut off the roots of the Unbelievers
Saheeh International[Remember, O believers], when Allah promised you one of the two groups - that it would be yours - and you wished that the unarmed one would be yours. But Allah intended to establish the truth by His words and to eliminate the disbelievers
Yusuf AliThat He might justify Truth and prove Falsehood false, distasteful though it be to those in guilt
Saheeh InternationalThat He should establish the truth and abolish falsehood, even if the criminals disliked it
Yusuf AliRemember ye implored the assistance of your Lord, and He answered you: "I will assist you with a thousand of the angels, ranks on ranks
Saheeh International[Remember] when you asked help of your Lord, and He answered you, "Indeed, I will reinforce you with a thousand from the angels, following one another
Yusuf AliGod made it but a message of hope, and an assurance to your hearts: (in any case) there is no help except from God: and God is Exalted in Power, Wise
Saheeh InternationalAnd Allah made it not but good tidings and so that your hearts would be assured thereby. And victory is not but from Allah. Indeed, Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise
Yusuf AliRemember He covered you with a sort of drowsiness, to give you calm as from Himself, and he caused rain to descend on you from heaven, to clean you therewith, to remove from you the stain of Satan, to strengthen your hearts, and to plant your feet firmly therewith
Saheeh International[Remember] when He overwhelmed you with drowsiness [giving] security from Him and sent down upon you from the sky, rain by which to purify you and remove from you the evil [suggestions] of Satan and to make steadfast your hearts and plant firmly thereby your feet
Yusuf AliRemember thy Lord inspired the angels (with the message): "I am with you: give firmness to the Believers: I will instil terror into the hearts of the Unbelievers: smite ye above their necks and smite all their finger-tips off them
Saheeh International[Remember] when your Lord inspired to the angels, "I am with you, so strengthen those who have believed. I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieved, so strike [them] upon the necks and strike from them every fingertip
Yusuf AliThis because they contended against God and His Apostle: If any contend against God and His Apostle, God is strict in punishment
Saheeh InternationalThat is because they opposed Allah and His Messenger. And whoever opposes Allah and His Messenger - indeed, Allah is severe in penalty
Yusuf AliThus (will it be said): "Taste ye then of the (punishment): for those who resist God, is the penalty of the Fire
Saheeh InternationalThat [is yours], so taste it." And indeed for the disbelievers is the punishment of the Fire
Yusuf AliO ye who believe! when ye meet the Unbelievers in hostile array, never turn your backs to them
Saheeh InternationalO you who have believed, when you meet those who disbelieve advancing [for battle], do not turn to them your backs [in flight]
Yusuf AliIf any do turn his back to them on such a day - unless it be in a stratagem of war, or to retreat to a troop (of his own)- he draws on himself the wrath of God, and his abode is Hell,- an evil refuge (indeed)
Saheeh InternationalAnd whoever turns his back to them on such a day, unless swerving [as a strategy] for war or joining [another] company, has certainly returned with anger [upon him] from Allah, and his refuge is Hell - and wretched is the destination
Yusuf AliIt is not ye who slew them; it was God: when thou threwest (a handful of dust), it was not thy act, but God's: in order that He might test the Believers by a gracious trial from Himself: for God is He Who heareth and knoweth (all things)
Saheeh InternationalAnd you did not kill them, but it was Allah who killed them. And you threw not, [O Muhammad], when you threw, but it was Allah who threw that He might test the believers with a good test. Indeed, Allah is Hearing and Knowing
Yusuf AliThat, and also because God is He Who makes feeble the plans and stratagem of the Unbelievers
Saheeh InternationalThat [is so], and [also] that Allah will weaken the plot of the disbelievers
Yusuf Ali(O Unbelievers!) if ye prayed for victory and judgment, now hath the judgment come to you: if ye desist (from wrong), it will be best for you: if ye return (to the attack), so shall We. Not the least good will your forces be to you even if they were multiplied: for verily God is with those who believe
Saheeh InternationalIf you [disbelievers] seek the victory - the defeat has come to you. And if you desist [from hostilities], it is best for you; but if you return [to war], We will return, and never will you be availed by your [large] company at all, even if it should increase; and [that is] because Allah is with the believers
Yusuf AliO ye who believe! Obey God and His Apostle, and turn not away from him when ye hear (him speak)
Saheeh InternationalO you who have believed, obey Allah and His Messenger and do not turn from him while you hear [his order]
Yusuf AliNor be like those who say, "We hear," but listen not
Saheeh InternationalAnd do not be like those who say, "We have heard," while they do not hear
Yusuf AliFor the worst of beasts in the sight of God are the deaf and the dumb,- those who understand not
Saheeh InternationalIndeed, the worst of living creatures in the sight of Allah are the deaf and dumb who do not use reason
Yusuf AliIf God had found in them any good. He would indeed have made them listen: (As it is), if He had made them listen, they would but have turned back and declined (Faith)
Saheeh InternationalHad Allah known any good in them, He would have made them hear. And if He had made them hear, they would [still] have turned away, while they were refusing
Yusuf AliO ye who believe! give your response to God and His Apostle, when He calleth you to that which will give you life; and know that God cometh in between a man and his heart, and that it is He to Whom ye shall (all) be gathered
Saheeh InternationalO you who have believed, respond to Allah and to the Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life. And know that Allah intervenes between a man and his heart and that to Him you will be gathered
Yusuf AliAnd fear tumult or oppression, which affecteth not in particular (only) those of you who do wrong: and know that God is strict in punishment
Saheeh InternationalAnd fear a trial which will not strike those who have wronged among you exclusively, and know that Allah is severe in penalty
Yusuf AliCall to mind when ye were a small (band), despised through the land, and afraid that men might despoil and kidnap you; But He provided a safe asylum for you, strengthened you with His aid, and gave you Good things for sustenance: that ye migh t be grateful
Saheeh InternationalAnd remember when you were few and oppressed in the land, fearing that people might abduct you, but He sheltered you, supported you with His victory, and provided you with good things - that you might be grateful
Yusuf AliO ye that believe! betray not the trust of God and the Apostle, nor misappropriate knowingly things entrusted to you
Saheeh InternationalO you who have believed, do not betray Allah and the Messenger or betray your trusts while you know [the consequence]
Yusuf AliAnd know ye that your possessions and your progeny are but a trial; and that it is God with Whom lies your highest reward
Saheeh InternationalAnd know that your properties and your children are but a trial and that Allah has with Him a great reward
Yusuf AliO ye who believe! if ye fear God, He will grant you a criterion (to judge between right and wrong), remove from you (all) evil (that may afflict) you, and forgive you: for God is the Lord of grace unbounded
Saheeh InternationalO you who have believed, if you fear Allah, He will grant you a criterion and will remove from you your misdeeds and forgive you. And Allah is the possessor of great bounty
Yusuf AliRemember how the Unbelievers plotted against thee, to keep thee in bonds, or slay thee, or get thee out (of thy home). They plot and plan, and God too plans; but the best of planners is God
Saheeh InternationalAnd [remember, O Muhammad], when those who disbelieved plotted against you to restrain you or kill you or evict you [from Makkah]. But they plan, and Allah plans. And Allah is the best of planners
Yusuf AliWhen Our Signs are rehearsed to them, they say: "We have heard this (before): if we wished, we could say (words) like these: these are nothing but tales of the ancients
Saheeh InternationalAnd when Our verses are recited to them, they say, "We have heard. If we willed, we could say [something] like this. This is not but legends of the former peoples
Yusuf AliRemember how they said: "O God if this is indeed the Truth from Thee, rain down on us a shower of stones form the sky, or send us a grievous penalty
Saheeh InternationalAnd [remember] when they said, "O Allah, if this should be the truth from You, then rain down upon us stones from the sky or bring us a painful punishment
Yusuf AliBut God was not going to send them a penalty whilst thou wast amongst them; nor was He going to send it whilst they could ask for pardon
Saheeh InternationalBut Allah would not punish them while you, [O Muhammad], are among them, and Allah would not punish them while they seek forgiveness
Yusuf AliBut what plea have they that God should not punish them, when they keep out (men) from the sacred Mosque - and they are not its guardians? No men can be its guardians except the righteous; but most of them do not understand
Saheeh InternationalBut why should Allah not punish them while they obstruct [people] from al-Masjid al- Haram and they were not [fit to be] its guardians? Its [true] guardians are not but the righteous, but most of them do not know
Yusuf AliTheir prayer at the House (of God) is nothing but whistling and clapping of hands: (Its only answer can be), "Taste ye the penalty because ye blasphemed
Saheeh InternationalAnd their prayer at the House was not except whistling and handclapping. So taste the punishment for what you disbelieved
Yusuf AliThe Unbelievers spend their wealth to hinder (man) from the path of God, and so will they continue to spend; but in the end they will have (only) regrets and sighs; at length they will be overcome: and the Unbelievers will be gathered together to Hell
Saheeh InternationalIndeed, those who disbelieve spend their wealth to avert [people] from the way of Allah. So they will spend it; then it will be for them a [source of] regret; then they will be overcome. And those who have disbelieved - unto Hell they will be gathered
Yusuf AliIn order that God may separate the impure from the pure, put the impure, one on another, heap them together, and cast them into Hell. They will be the ones to have lost
Saheeh International[This is] so that Allah may distinguish the wicked from the good and place the wicked some of them upon others and heap them all together and put them into Hell. It is those who are the losers
Yusuf AliSay to the Unbelievers, if (now) they desist (from Unbelief), their past would be forgiven them; but if they persist, the punishment of those before them is already (a matter of warning for them)
Saheeh InternationalSay to those who have disbelieved [that] if they cease, what has previously occurred will be forgiven for them. But if they return [to hostility] - then the precedent of the former [rebellious] peoples has already taken place
Yusuf AliAnd fight them on until there is no more tumult or oppression, and there prevail justice and faith in God altogether and everywhere; but if they cease, verily God doth see all that they do
Saheeh InternationalAnd fight them until there is no fitnah and [until] the religion, all of it, is for Allah. And if they cease - then indeed, Allah is Seeing of what they do
Yusuf AliIf they refuse, be sure that God is your Protector - the best to protect and the best to help
Saheeh InternationalBut if they turn away - then know that Allah is your protector. Excellent is the protector, and Excellent is the helper
Yusuf AliAnd know that out of all the booty that ye may acquire (in war), a fifth share is assigned to God,- and to the Apostle, and to near relatives, orphans, the needy, and the wayfarer,- if ye do believe in God and in the revelation We sent down to Our servant on the Day of Testing,- the Day of the meeting of the two forces. For God hath power over all things
Saheeh InternationalAnd know that anything you obtain of war booty - then indeed, for Allah is one fifth of it and for the Messenger and for [his] near relatives and the orphans, the needy, and the [stranded] traveler, if you have believed in Allah and in that which We sent down to Our Servant on the day of criterion - the day when the two armies met. And Allah, over all things, is competent
Yusuf AliRemember ye were on the hither side of the valley, and they on the farther side, and the caravan on lower ground than ye. Even if ye had made a mutual appointment to meet, ye would certainly have failed in the appointment: But (thus ye met), t hat God might accomplish a matter already enacted; that those who died might die after a clear Sign (had been given), and those who lived might live after a Clear Sign (had been given). And verily God is He Who heareth and knoweth (all things)
Saheeh International[Remember] when you were on the near side of the valley, and they were on the farther side, and the caravan was lower [in position] than you. If you had made an appointment [to meet], you would have missed the appointment. But [it was] so that Allah might accomplish a matter already destined - that those who perished [through disbelief] would perish upon evidence and those who lived [in faith] would live upon evidence; and indeed, Allah is Hearing and Knowing
Yusuf AliRemember in thy dream God showed them to thee as few: if He had shown them to thee as many, ye would surely have been discouraged, and ye would surely have disputed in (your) decision; but God saved (you): for He knoweth well the (secrets) of (all) hearts
Saheeh International[Remember, O Muhammad], when Allah showed them to you in your dream as few; and if He had shown them to you as many, you [believers] would have lost courage and would have disputed in the matter [of whether to fight], but Allah saved [you from that]. Indeed, He is Knowing of that within the breasts
Yusuf AliAnd remember when ye met, He showed them to you as few in your eyes, and He made you appear as contemptible in their eyes: that God might accomplish a matter already enacted. For to God do all questions go back (for decision)
Saheeh InternationalAnd [remember] when He showed them to you, when you met, as few in your eyes, and He made you [appear] as few in their eyes so that Allah might accomplish a matter already destined. And to Allah are [all] matters returned
Yusuf AliO ye who believe! When ye meet a force, be firm, and call God in remembrance much (and often); that ye may prosper
Saheeh InternationalO you who have believed, when you encounter a company [from the enemy forces], stand firm and remember Allah much that you may be successful
Yusuf AliAnd obey God and His Apostle; and fall into no disputes, lest ye lose heart and your power depart; and be patient and persevering: For God is with those who patiently persevere
Saheeh InternationalAnd obey Allah and His Messenger, and do not dispute and [thus] lose courage and [then] your strength would depart; and be patient. Indeed, Allah is with the patient
Yusuf AliAnd be not like those who started from their homes insolently and to be seen of men, and to hinder (men) from the path of God: For God compasseth round about all that they do
Saheeh InternationalAnd do not be like those who came forth from their homes insolently and to be seen by people and avert [them] from the way of Allah. And Allah is encompassing of what they do
Yusuf AliRemember Satan made their (sinful) acts seem alluring to them, and said: "No one among men can overcome you this day, while I am near to you": But when the two forces came in sight of each other, he turned on his heels, and said: "Lo! I am cle ar of you; lo! I see what ye see not; Lo! I fear God: for God is strict in punishment
Saheeh InternationalAnd [remember] when Satan made their deeds pleasing to them and said, "No one can overcome you today from among the people, and indeed, I am your protector." But when the two armies sighted each other, he turned on his heels and said, "Indeed, I am disassociated from you. Indeed, I see what you do not see; indeed I fear Allah. And Allah is severe in penalty
Yusuf AliLo! the hypocrites say, and those in whose hearts is a disease: "These people,- their religion has misled them." But if any trust in God, behold! God is Exalted in might, Wise
Saheeh International[Remember] when the hypocrites and those in whose hearts was disease said, "Their religion has deluded those [Muslims]." But whoever relies upon Allah - then indeed, Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise
Yusuf AliIf thou couldst see, when the angels take the souls of the Unbelievers (at death), (How) they smite their faces and their backs, (saying): "Taste the penalty of the blazing Fire
Saheeh InternationalAnd if you could but see when the angels take the souls of those who disbelieved... They are striking their faces and their backs and [saying], "Taste the punishment of the Burning Fire
Yusuf AliBecause of (the deeds) which your (own) hands sent forth; for God is never unjust to His servants
Saheeh InternationalThat is for what your hands have put forth [of evil] and because Allah is not ever unjust to His servants
Yusuf Ali(Deeds) after the manner of the people of Pharaoh and of those before them: They rejected the Signs of God, and God punished them for their crimes: for God is Strong, and Strict in punishment
Saheeh International[Theirs is] like the custom of the people of Pharaoh and of those before them. They disbelieved in the signs of Allah, so Allah seized them for their sins. Indeed, Allah is Powerful and severe in penalty
Yusuf AliBecause God will never change the grace which He hath bestowed on a people until they change what is in their (own) souls: and verily God is He Who heareth and knoweth (all things)
Saheeh InternationalThat is because Allah would not change a favor which He had bestowed upon a people until they change what is within themselves. And indeed, Allah is Hearing and Knowing
Yusuf Ali(Deeds) after the manner of the people of Pharaoh and those before them": They treated as false the Signs of their Lord: so We destroyed them for their crimes, and We drowned the people of Pharaoh: for they were all oppressors and wrong- doers
Saheeh International[Theirs is] like the custom of the people of Pharaoh and of those before them. They denied the signs of their Lord, so We destroyed them for their sins, and We drowned the people of Pharaoh. And all [of them] were wrongdoers
Yusuf AliFor the worst of beasts in the sight of God are those who reject Him: They will not believe
Saheeh InternationalIndeed, the worst of living creatures in the sight of Allah are those who have disbelieved, and they will not [ever] believe
Yusuf AliThey are those with whom thou didst make a covenant, but they break their covenant every time, and they have not the fear (of God)
Saheeh InternationalThe ones with whom you made a treaty but then they break their pledge every time, and they do not fear Allah
Yusuf AliIf ye gain the mastery over them in war, disperse, with them, those who follow them, that they may remember
Saheeh InternationalSo if you, [O Muhammad], gain dominance over them in war, disperse by [means of] them those behind them that perhaps they will be reminded
Yusuf AliIf thou fearest treachery from any group, throw back (their covenant) to them, (so as to be) on equal terms: for God loveth not the treacherous
Saheeh InternationalIf you [have reason to] fear from a people betrayal, throw [their treaty] back to them, [putting you] on equal terms. Indeed, Allah does not like traitors
Yusuf AliLet not the unbelievers think that they can get the better (of the godly): they will never frustrate (them)
Saheeh InternationalAnd let not those who disbelieve think they will escape. Indeed, they will not cause failure [to Allah]
Yusuf AliAgainst them make ready your strength to the utmost of your power, including steeds of war, to strike terror into (the hearts of) the enemies, of God and your enemies, and others besides, whom ye may not know, but whom God doth know. Whatever ye shall spend in the cause of God, shall be repaid unto you, and ye shall not be treated unjustly
Saheeh InternationalAnd prepare against them whatever you are able of power and of steeds of war by which you may terrify the enemy of Allah and your enemy and others besides them whom you do not know [but] whom Allah knows. And whatever you spend in the cause of Allah will be fully repaid to you, and you will not be wronged
Yusuf AliBut if the enemy incline towards peace, do thou (also) incline towards peace, and trust in God: for He is One that heareth and knoweth (all things)
Saheeh InternationalAnd if they incline to peace, then incline to it [also] and rely upon Allah. Indeed, it is He who is the Hearing, the Knowing
Yusuf AliShould they intend to deceive thee,- verily God sufficeth thee: He it is That hath strengthened thee with His aid and with (the company of) the Believers
Saheeh InternationalBut if they intend to deceive you - then sufficient for you is Allah. It is He who supported you with His help and with the believers
Yusuf AliAnd (moreover) He hath put affection between their hearts: not if thou hadst spent all that is in the earth, couldst thou have produced that affection, but God hath done it: for He is Exalted in might, Wise
Saheeh InternationalAnd brought together their hearts. If you had spent all that is in the earth, you could not have brought their hearts together; but Allah brought them together. Indeed, He is Exalted in Might and Wise
Yusuf AliO Apostle! sufficient unto thee is God,- (unto thee) and unto those who follow thee among the Believers
Saheeh InternationalO Prophet, sufficient for you is Allah and for whoever follows you of the believers
Yusuf AliO Apostle! rouse the Believers to the fight. If there are twenty amongst you, patient and persevering, they will vanquish two hundred: if a hundred, they will vanquish a thousand of the Unbelievers: for these are a people without understanding
Saheeh InternationalO Prophet, urge the believers to battle. If there are among you twenty [who are] steadfast, they will overcome two hundred. And if there are among you one hundred [who are] steadfast, they will overcome a thousand of those who have disbelieved because they are a people who do not understand
Yusuf AliFor the present, God hath lightened your (task), for He knoweth that there is a weak spot in you: But (even so), if there are a hundred of you, patient and persevering, they will vanquish two hundred, and if a thousand, they will vanquish two thousand, with the leave of God: for God is with those who patiently persevere
Saheeh InternationalNow, Allah has lightened [the hardship] for you, and He knows that among you is weakness. So if there are from you one hundred [who are] steadfast, they will overcome two hundred. And if there are among you a thousand, they will overcome two thousand by permission of Allah. And Allah is with the steadfast
Yusuf AliIt is not fitting for an apostle that he should have prisoners of war until he hath thoroughly subdued the land. Ye look for the temporal goods of this world; but God looketh to the Hereafter: And God is Exalted in might, Wise
Saheeh InternationalIt is not for a prophet to have captives [of war] until he inflicts a massacre [upon Allah 's enemies] in the land. Some Muslims desire the commodities of this world, but Allah desires [for you] the Hereafter. And Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise
Yusuf AliHad it not been for a previous ordainment from God, a severe penalty would have reached you for the (ransom) that ye took
Saheeh InternationalIf not for a decree from Allah that preceded, you would have been touched for what you took by a great punishment
Yusuf AliBut (now) enjoy what ye took in war, lawful and good: but fear God: for God is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful
Saheeh InternationalSo consume what you have taken of war booty [as being] lawful and good, and fear Allah. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful
Yusuf AliO Apostle! say to those who are captives in your hands: "If God findeth any good in your hearts, He will give you something better than what has been taken from you, and He will forgive you: for God is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful
Saheeh InternationalO Prophet, say to whoever is in your hands of the captives, "If Allah knows [any] good in your hearts, He will give you [something] better than what was taken from you, and He will forgive you; and Allah is Forgiving and Merciful
Yusuf AliBut if they have treacherous designs against thee, (O Apostle!), they have already been in treason against God, and so hath He given (thee) power over them. And God so He Who hath (full) knowledge and wisdom
Saheeh InternationalBut if they intend to betray you - then they have already betrayed Allah before, and He empowered [you] over them. And Allah is Knowing and Wise
Yusuf AliThose who believed, and adopted exile, and fought for the Faith, with their property and their persons, in the cause of God, as well as those who gave (them) asylum and aid,- these are (all) friends and protectors, one of another. As to those w ho believed but came not into exile, ye owe no duty of protection to them until they come into exile; but if they seek your aid in religion, it is your duty to help them, except against a people with whom ye have a treaty of mutual alliance. And (reme mber) God seeth all that ye do
Saheeh InternationalIndeed, those who have believed and emigrated and fought with their wealth and lives in the cause of Allah and those who gave shelter and aided - they are allies of one another. But those who believed and did not emigrate - for you there is no guardianship of them until they emigrate. And if they seek help of you for the religion, then you must help, except against a people between yourselves and whom is a treaty. And Allah is Seeing of what you do
Yusuf AliThe Unbelievers are protectors, one of another: Unless ye do this, (protect each other), there would be tumult and oppression on earth, and great mischief
Saheeh InternationalAnd those who disbelieved are allies of one another. If you do not do so, there will be fitnah on earth and great corruption
Yusuf AliThose who believe, and adopt exile, and fight for the Faith, in the cause of God as well as those who give (them) asylum and aid,- these are (all) in very truth the Believers: for them is the forgiveness of sins and a provision most generous
Saheeh InternationalBut those who have believed and emigrated and fought in the cause of Allah and those who gave shelter and aided - it is they who are the believers, truly. For them is forgiveness and noble provision
Yusuf AliAnd those who accept Faith subsequently, and adopt exile, and fight for the Faith in your company,- they are of you. But kindred by blood have prior rights against each other in the Book of God. Verily God is well-acquainted with all things
Saheeh InternationalAnd those who believed after [the initial emigration] and emigrated and fought with you - they are of you. But those of [blood] relationship are more entitled [to inheritance] in the decree of Allah. Indeed, Allah is Knowing of all things
